La Casita Toledo - In the heart of Naples

In the center of Naples, La Casita Toledo is a charming apartment located in a very quiet nineteenth-century building (De Rosa palace, later also known as Palazzo de Gemmis), in Toledo street, one of the most renowned streets of Naples, rich of numerous shops of all kinds, refreshment points and bars; a few steps from the famous Dante Alighieri square and all means of transport (buses, metro, funiculars, Cumana), museums, monuments, theaters and cinemas.
A few minutes from the ancient centre, rich in a particularly large number of cultural and artistic resources: the well-known streets of the nativity scene, San Gregorio Armeno, Decumani, Basilica of Santa Chiara, Napoli Underground, catacombs, outdoor and underground archaeological excavations.
About 15 minutes from boarding for Ischia, Capri, Procida, Sorrento, Amalfi and Positano.
The apartment is located on the second floor and there is a concierge and an elevator.
The total surface area is 60 m2. arranged on one level: entrance, living room with equipped kitchen, dining table and double sofa bed, balcony overlooking a typical internal courtyard, bathroom with shower, bidet, sink and toilet.
Equipped with a large and comfortable room with double bed (divisible if necessary), double sofa bed, 40-inch LED TV and balcony overlooking the courtyard which gives it extreme tranquility.
