Las Lomas Condominiums was the first project of NATIVA RESORT. Two buildings with four units each. The units comprise large balconies, terraces, central air and offer spectacular views over the ocean, the river and the forest. The Las Lomas private pool is steps away from the front door. You can watch the sunset over the ocean and river as the Scarlet Macaws fly over for their nightly roosting areas, just as the howler monkeys begin their nightly good nights calls through out the river valley.
Nativa Resort is gated and secured by unobtrusive security guards 24/7 to ensure the safe well being of all guests and owners.

Our condo is a free standing two story unit and it has a 180 degree spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean, Tarcoles River and the rain forest. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a utility room with a washer and dryer. The first floor bedroom has a queen bed, closets and glass doors steps away from the pool area. The second floor master bedroom also has a queen bed and a TV as well as a desk, closets and a connecting Master bathroom which has a Jacuzzi soaking tub and marble shower. The views from the master suite are spectacular and it connects to a private patio overlooking the pool with lounge chairs and hooks for two hammocks. It has an overhead fan and two windows with screens allowing the sleepers to wake up to the sounds of the howler monkeys and scarlet macaws nearby. The living room has a sofa bed that sleeps additional two adults when needed. The Condo is fully furnished. We are the original owners of the unit and it has all the upgrades, including marble floors, bull nosed marble stairs, beautiful crown molding throughout with two tone paint, ceiling fans in every room, granite counter tops, original local artist art work displayed on the walls with custom made furnitures and linens, and the dining table is custom made with travertine table top. The condo is located in a small complex of 8 units. There is a beautiful swimming pool and Jacuzzi tub with a spectacular view of the ocean and the Tarcoles River. The unit perched over a cliff with unobstructed ocean views on all sides of the condo. It is definitely a perfect location for nature lovers who want to be away from the crowded, noisy towns, and yet be close enough to enjoy the local attractions.
