Breathtaking sunsets and unbeatable Gulf views await you at this impeccably kept, 2-bedroom Gulf front townhome tucked away in the serene area of Blue Mountain Beach. Take in the beautiful scenery while you lounge on the townhome's private walk out balcony or head down to the white sandy beaches via the private beach access. Six-foot wide sliding glass doors in the living room along with walk out balconies off the living room and master suite provide spectacular views of the world-famous emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Blue Mountain Beach is a moments' drive from neighboring Seaside and WaterColor where you will find a variety of fabulous shopping and dining venues.



Multiple families or guests? SEE UNIT 4B located in the same complex in the unit below. It's a one-story, one-bedroom unit located just below this unit on the ground floor.

Lovely gulf front townhome in Blue Mountain beach! We simply walked out the door, turned a corner, and used our code to open the gate to the beach. Weather was perfect and numerous dolphins greeted us each morning. Grandkids loved it and we hope to make this trip annually!

Gorgeous views and perfect location! We especially loved the two outdoor porches with views where you could also watch the sunset and look at the stars at night with the ocean sound and breeze.

We enjoyed our stay at BMV 4A. Location was perfect! Great ocean views from the LR and master bedroom. I wish the master bedroom had a better mattress but overall a nice place to away.

This was the most relaxing vacationI have had in awhile. The sound of the ocean was so peaceful at night. We could see the stars from our upstairs balcony. We ate breakfast and has coffee on the downstairs patio every day. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Great location!

I love the location of this condo and the private beach with chair service is awesome! It’s not far from public beach access, which was a zoo, so to have our own little beach space shared by only 20 or so units was awesome. The condo was spacious and well decorated with great balconies on both floors. The master had beautiful views of the gulf to wake up to. The only con I had was when you open the door and proceed up to the main floor of the unit (which is on the second floor), the carpet was dirty and the paint was scratched on the railings. I was scared the rest of the unit was going to be in that shape - but luckily it was not. So they really should replace that carpet & freshen up the paint for a better entry experience. It is right down the street from a great cafe you can walk to for breakfast and lunch - which was a great perk. And very close to other restaurants. Overall a great experience and I’ll stay there again.

Very clean, fantastic location, great view

We had a much needed family vacation at this property and it was great. The location was awesome, the view was breathtaking, and it was very comfortable. It was very clean when we arrived. The layout was great, and we felt at home. It’s very close to lots of attractions, and just steps from the beach. The sunsets were breathtaking, and we even saw small stingrays swimming in the waves. We’ll be back! My only feedback would be to provide more garbage bags for the kitchen and bathrooms, as we brought most of the “necessities” as mentioned in the listing, however it’d be nice to have garbage bags provided.

It was nicely updated in most areas, but it wasn’t the cleanest & the communication wasn’t good.

This unit was well furnished and updated well in most areas. However, traces of the remodel were everywhere with dust covering most things & pieces of wood and nails in the washing machine and garbage disposal. There was not enough paper towels or toilet paper for the week and only one trash bag, when I asked about extra toilet paper I received no response. There was also a shortage of towels so we ended up doing laundry every other day for my family of 4 just to have clean wash rags. Overall, our stay was still wonderful because of Blue Mountain Beach and we love staying at the Villas, but it is unlikely that we will stay in this unit again.

Somewhat disappointing

I felt like this was not someones property that stayed there much. The towels were great! The master shower was good. The master bed was pretty good but the sheets were old and by morning they were off the corners of the bed. There were holes in the walls like pictures or mirrors were taken off the wall and the holes or nails were not taken car off. The bathtub was not clean. The finish work on the molding and kitchen cabinets was not completed. The handle on the kitchen sink kept falling off and kitchen water did not get hot. I was disappointed. I will not be a return visitor.

This place is all about the location and ease of enjoying the beach. The condo has a wonderful view but is dated and needs to be painted. The master shower curtain was moldy and gross. All toilet seats need to be replaced. The guest bathroom sink took about 30 minutes to drain when you brush your teeth. Stairwell carpets are stained and worn. There was a hole in the sheetrock on the stairwell. main floor balcony rail felt very shifty. They are remodeling the other building so the dumpster was a construction dumpster and by the end of our trip was overflowing onto the grass, smelly and gross. Has tons of potential because of location and easy to get to private beach, just needs A LOT of TLC.

Blue Mountain Beach 4A Condo Stay

Our family of five had a delightful, weeklong stay at property 4A on Blue Mountain Beach. The area is quaint, quiet, and charming. Particularly, the condo complex provides a private area of beach for its patrons which we very much valued considering the beaches were full on both sides of us. Loved the easy access to the beach! Our unit was clean and free of bugs. Thankful! The master bedroom was the best area of the condo as it was spacious, decorated well, and provided a beautiful, 3rd floor view of the ocean. Our only complaint was that when we arrived, a good part of the ceiling in the kitchen/dining room area was unfinished, being taped and mudded. There was an empty fixture hole without the chandelier which was put in the master bedroom closet. That was disappointing as we had little lighting when eating and it was just ugly to look at all week. We certainly would have appreciated the heads up about it’s state or would hope that they’d finish the large area of ceiling before we arrived. Overall, 4A was quite nice and we would stay there again.

Mixed Emotions

This was out first time to stay in the Blue Mountain beach area. We absolutely loved this beach! It is close to great places to eat, shop, etc. The beach view is amazing! The beach is very family friendly. The condo had it's pros and cons. First this condo has SO much potential!!! So here goes.....Pros - This is a two story unit and it is laid out nicely. The owners have done a nice job updating the decor. The kitchen was well stocked. There were other supplies availlable to use which was nice. Plenty of linens and towels. Easy access to the beach. Nice combination lock on doors so no need to keep up with a key. The management of this unit were great to work with, as well. Cons - This is an older unit. The bathrooms are in need of new sinks, fixtures and all around UPDATING! Doors don't shut or stick from I am sure shifting.... The carpet may be clean, but it is stained in places which makes it look just dirty. Since it is on the second and third floor the floors creak and sink down in places. The floor tile is cracked and tiles loose in the majority of the kitchen which for little feet can be just like glass. There is missing grout all over the tile floor into the living area.... There are places that have not seen a mop or dust cloth in months or maybe years. There was an old mattress and rug padding stuck up in a nook that looked bad. Someone needs to clean the floor between the sink and refrigerator (NASTY)!!! I tried to ignore it, but just don't like filth. The patio decks are dangerous and old with nails sticking up and for tiny bare feet (which at the beach is a must) could easily get cut or splinters. This place has great potential, but still needs some work. I would not rule it out, but just be aware. But for me and my family we are still looking for that ideal spot that we want to return to every year.
