Condo in the hills of Puerto Vallarta with spectacular views of Banderas Bay and the North side of town. Small 10 unit building in a very quiet area of P. V. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with floor to ceiling windows allowing great views. Marble and tile baths. Granite counters and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Large very private balcony/terrace off both master bedroom and living room. Air conditioned condo but is usually not necessary. It is about a 20 minute walk into town or you can walk down the hill and catch a cab or bus into Centro. Fruit, vegetable and fish market just down the hill.

The unit was wonderful.

I loved the location. The unit itself was beautiful and well accommodated. We had everything we needed; full washer and dryer, dishwasher, cold water system in the fridge...full stove for breakfast and snacks....very good wifi. Loved the neighborhood it was quiet and the views from the balcony were fantastic. Everything from the main living g space to the bedrooms were fantastic. We had all the support that we needed, although I've been to PV many times and I have a good support system down there. If I didn't have that support system I feel confident that our local guide would have been fantastic. He came over several times to make sure that everything was OK. In short I would highly recommend this property as a fantastic value. PV is magical and this place just made it that much better. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Outstanding view of the bay!

This is a spacious, attractive condo which offers a quiet and comfortable "home away from home" experience. The terrace and view is outstanding and private. Well appointed kitchen offers the option of cooking at home. Also, handy fresh vegetable, fruit and fish markets are a short walk away. We were there for Feb.2020 and enjoyed a month of blue skies and warm weather. The location is on top of a series of steep hills which requires some degree of fitness and good walking ability to access. We usually took a taxi home from downtown at a modest cost of 60 to 100 MXN. Going downhill is easier and leads to a bus stop which takes you downtown. Amazing view and weather. Dan is a responsive and helpful host.

comfortable with a fantastic view

My sister in law and I stayed at Daniel's condo for 16 days. It was wonderful. Everything was as he said in his description. The view from the balcony is spectacular, and we sat there most evenings, watching the sunset. He had given us the name of a taxi driver, Gerardo, who turned out to be a great resource for more than just a ride. He recommended a couple out of the way restaurants that we really enjoyed. We hired him for our first afternoon there to give us a tour of the area, so we could get the lay of the land. The pool was wonderful to massage away the aches of the day, as we did a lot of walking. The only drawback is the hill. It's brutal, but the view and the solitude make up for it. If you have a problem walking, plan on using taxis to get around. We used both taxis and Uber. Both were very safe. There is a wonderful market at the bottom, and we walked down several times, but always got a cab for the ride up. Once you're at the market, you can take a local bus to Centro or Old Town for 7.5 pesos. If you're looking for a great view, a place away from the bustle of downtown and safety, this is the place for you. If we go back to Puerto Vallarta, we would definetly stay here. Thanks, Daniel. Your place is wonderful.

Just loved this condo

We found this condo on the VBRO web site and stayed in February and March 2016. We had no references and what you read on the VBRO site posted by the owner is exactly what you are getting. The owner was exceptionally accommodating from the start to the end. He made sure we felt at home and provided all the information we needed to make our stay the best. He even connected us with a taxi driver, Gerardo, who was just awsome! On our arrival date the owner even contacted us to make sure that everything was OK! He was also available at any time during our stay to answer any questions or assist us with any requests. The condo is very clean and very well furnished with everything you need. The balcony is breathtaking and very private. This is a very quiet and safe area. It is a short walking distance to the main attraction so if you don't mind walking this is the location you want to be away from all the noise and enjoy a relaxing time at the condo. There is so much to do in Puerto Vallarta so every day there is something to do or if you want to stay at the condo it is very confortable as well. It is only a 30 minute walk to go to grocery store or you can take a taxi for a very good price! The pool is very enjoyable and just few stairs away. We loved it so much that we are going back again in 2017. Thank you so much Daniel for making our stay memorable and for everything you have done for us before and during our stay. We are looking forward to our 2017 stay! I would recommend this condo for sure.

Why they chose this property

Our condo is away from the hustle and noise of the town center but just a several minute cab ride. In a quiet, very safe area with a more Mexican and less tourist experience.
