Herrliche Lage direkt am Strand

Die direkte Lage am Strand/Meer mit Blick auf die Illes Medes. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist gut. Kühlschrank mit großem Gefrierfach und Mikrowelle. Herd mit Cerankochfeld und Umluftofen. Zwei Badezimmer Die Betten in beiden Zimmern müssen dringend erneuert werden. Ebenso die Duschwand im Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Und am Wasserdruck der Spülkästen der Toiletten muss unbedingt was verändert werden. Ein Schirmständer für einen Sonnenschirm auf dem Balkon wäre schön.

Einiges zu verbessern.

die schöne Lage und der Blick vom Balkon. vom ersten Tag an funktionierten die Jalousien im Wohnzimmer sowie im Schlafzimmer nicht, die Balkontür im Schlafzimmer ließ sich nicht öffnen und das sicher nicht erst seit unserer Ankunft. In der zweiten Woche wurde eine kaputte Gardine abgenommen und bis zum Ende des Urlaubes keine neue angebaut. Ich bin der Meinung, die Ceigrup als Vermieter sollte sich schon vom Zustand seiner Objekte informieren und den Besitzer auf Mängel hinweisen. Ansonsten war die Wohnung i.O.

Schön gelegene Wohnung mit Mängeln

Uns hat auf jeden Fall die Lage mit Meerblick sehr gefallen.Auch hat uns gefallen, dass die Wohung zwei Badezimmer hat.Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet mit Geschirr und Kochutensilien. Leider war die Spülmaschine nicht angeschlossen und somit nicht nutzbar.Aus den Wasserhähnen in beiden Bädern kam kaum Wasser raus, sodass wir erstmal die Brausen entkalken mussten,was auch nicht viel geholfen hat.Dann hatten wir kein deutsches Fernsehprogramm.Das haben wir auch noch nie erlebt,obwohl wir schon oft eine Wohnung in Rocamaura hatten.
