Front entry has partial view of Gulf. Both rear decks overlook Main Heated Pool with 3 Hot Tubs and practice putting green..

Great for families to keep track of kids/also ideal for 2 couples.

Both large Bedrooms(Split Plan) feature full Bath on-suites for total privacy .Master bedroom has it’s own private deck. There is an outside shower at the stairs to our Condo.

New Washer Dryer (December ‘23.).

We have 2 large ,updated Flat Screen TV's with HD(Family room TV is WIFI connected with access to Netflix /Amazon etc. )and a third TV in guest bedroom.
Easy access to our Gated Private beach-1,100 feet of of White Sand on the Emerald Blue Waters of Destin. Rates INCLUDE FREE seasonal Beach Service( Mar.1 thru Oct. 31) which includes 2 chairs/one umbrella. Our Beach Pavilion has clean Rest Rooms, cold showers , an ATM machine, Ice Machine and an excellent(cash only) Rick's Sandtrap Cafe.

Louisiana Lagniappe, our on-site Fine Dining Restaurant overlooks the Harbor, with beautiful views and awesome sunsets. It is rated #4 of 158 Restaurants in Destin .

Newer Sleeper/Sofa(with memory foam mattress) and newer deck furniture .

We also provide tennis racquets/balls and golf Clubs(for our 9 hole free pitch and putt course). Complex has lit tennis/ pickleball courts., shuffleboard court and Boche ball Court.. We provide 4 Tennis raquets/balls , and 2 pickle raquets/balls

Perfect family vacation!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay in Scott and Laura’s unit! The location was even better than we could’ve imagined with a short walk across the street to the beach, and an even shorter walk to the pool that was practically in our backyard. We typically cook a lot while on vacation - I usually bring my own pots and pans because there’s no telling what you will find in a rental unit. However, the kitchen had everything we needed. I was pleasantly surprised by the selection of pots and pans available, and the good condition they were in. The main deck off the living room is large and spacious. We enjoyed several meals out there as a family. The living room was large enough for an eight panel playpen for our little crawler. The unit was very clean. Communication with the host was extremely easy and always quick. Scott and Laura were on vacation themselves, but they always took the time to get back to us right away with any questions we had. We had absolutely no issues with our stay and can’t wait to book their unit again! Thank you so much Scott and Laura for sharing your unit with our family. We look forward to many more vacations here.

A great thanksgiving week in Destin

We always get away for the week of Thanksgiving, this was or first Thanksgiving stay in Destin. We have stayed at Sandpiper before and it still just as nice now. The unit was super, clean and had everything we needed for the week. We made a thanksgiving dinner in he unit along with a couple other meals. The pool was right outside and was nicely heated. The grounds and beach was not crowded at and and the kids even got in the Gulf a couple days. We enjoy Destin but this week was especially great as the crowds and traffic was minimal. We would stay here again next year

Great Place/Great Deal/Great Location

We have stayed here before and will return. The amenities are perfect for us. Super Clean and I always feel like I am at home. Steps from the best beach in Fla and the restaurants and the harbor is right down the road. Will be visiting again.

Husband and Wife, we have 4 grown children and 5 grand kids We relocated from the Atlanta Area to Destin . Scott is a retired Business leader and an American Cancer Society Volunteer . Laura is a Real Estate Agent and Pediactric Registered Nurse.

Why they chose this property

We chose Sandpiper cove because of the family atmosphere, no elevators to deal with, FREE 9 hole pitch and Putt golf course, pools(2 of which are heated). Our location is right on the Main heated Pool(with 3 Hot Tubs) -just steps from the Beach and the Harbor. The gated 24 hour Access Control (staffed 24/365) and well manicured grounds were also prime reasons for buying here.

What makes this property unique

1,100 feet Pristine private , gated Beach,6 tennis courts(3 lit), our FREE onsite Pitch and Putt Golf Course , pickleball courts , seasonal Beach Bar/Food Pavilion and we offer the Free Beach set up. We also offer on-site fine Dining at Lousianna Lagniappe restaurant.

Having a Private Beach with Showers and Clean Rest Rooms is rare in our area and a huge Plus!
