A very bright house with a large roof Terrace, located in the centre of Marseillan, 34340, FRANCE. Comfortably sleeps 6, two generously sized bedrooms, both with identical en suite shower rooms and own toilet plus sofa bed in the kitchen diner. Guests have a free access to WiFi, reversible air conditioning (which is capable of producing cold or hot air) has been installed in both bedrooms and in the kitchen diner for your comfort. The house has been completely renovated and is located on a quiet road in the centre of the village. There is lots of free parking on the road. The nearest airport is Beziers Cap d'age airport, serviced by Ryanair which is about 20 minutes drive away. Montpelier airport used by many airlines is around 45 minutes drive away.

Why they chose this property
After viewing a few properties in late 2014, I fell in love with this property on the first visit. It had no electricity and only one tap on the ground floor and was begging for some love and a new lease of life. I wont bore you with the details but I immersed myself in this project. My goal was to bring the property up to date whilst simultaneously keeping the original features where possible. I hope I have achieved that. I welcome feedback from guests and try my best to improve the property and guest’s experience where possible.
What makes this property unique
The property has one of the largest Roof terraces in Marseillan which is great for summer meals and relaxing in the sun. Air conditioning is installed in the bedrooms and kitchen diner and the property is on a quiet road with lots of parking.
