Torrevieja: In recent years Torrevieja has become a first-class tourist location, it boasts 320 days of sun a year and an average temperature of 18°C. There are many beautiful beaches, squares, walks, public parks, gardens and other natural beauty spots. Torrevieja is a typically lively Spanish town with its many cafes bars restaurants offering delicacies from all around the world and famous street markets. One of the main attractions to Torrevieja are the variety of festivals which take place almost every month. Some of the most popular events in Torrevieja are the Carnivals, in which thousands of people join in, forming a light show of colour, satir and good humour.

Things to do : A Trip into Torreveija town centre is a must, Take a stroll along the promenade, check out the evening street market (next to the water fountain) open every night. Visit the Tivolo (fun fair) has rides for both adults and children, have an ice-cream from one of the many ice-cream parlours along the front. Visit the huge water park with water slides, chutes and wave machines (open late June to early Sept) Go Karting at Punta Prima (open all year round) its a fantastic track offering high adrenalin fun for teenagers and adults (children over 7). Ten pin bowling near the Haberneras shopping centre. Take a relaxing walk around one of Torreveija’s parks, Go for a boat ride at the boating lake (park of Nations) For night time entertainment visit the lively bar streets (behind Ell Muelle restaurant) and if your still awake hit the night clubs try 'Pacha' (sister to Ibiza super club) located in the industrial area. Torreveija has approx 800 restaurants, cafes & bars to choose from.

The pool was fantastic, large and deep, certainly the stand out feature of the property.The villa itself is overdue a refresh. The bed was comfy and there was everything that you needed but the decor was very tired and outdated

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. The pool is amazing and the villa generally has what you need. The crickets are very loud during the day but we got used to the noise and there are dogs in neighbours houses who were barking a lot but appreciate this is not something the owner of the villa can influence. The villa is in a really quiet area, there are a few restaurants and bars within walking distance, around 25 minutes so if you want to go somewhere busier or to the beach, I'd recommend renting a car which we did.

A house with a beautiful and quiet location, it was a more than wonderful experience for me and my little family, we enjoyed the wonderful swimming pool a lot, in short a house that makes you feel calm, there are things that would be wonderful to have, like air conditioning in the rest of the rooms, and towel holders in the bathroom, in the end they are things that will never disturb your peace, the beauty of the house is in its simplicity, in the end I thank those who received me and also those who saw me off, good people

Great location, Great pool, Lovely Villa

Just returned from a 2 week stay at this lovely villa, great location, walkable to bars and restaurants and close to bus stop that runs into Torrivieja. Great Communication with Angela from start to finish. Only thing I would point out, there are dogs in the villas to the side and back of the villa and they are out most days all day. As dogs do, they bark and at times we were woken in the early hours by the noise. It didnt bother us too much as we have dogs so are used to it, but if your not, it could become an issue. Apart from that we had a great stay.

Gelegen in een mooie groene, residentiële wijk, op 10 à 15 minuten met de auto van de zee. Goede supermarkt op 500 meter van het huis. Een mooi zwembad ! Met het mooie weer hebben we altijd buiten kunnen eten, binnen iets aan de donkere kant, een kleine opfrisbeurt zou mogen. Het dubbel bed heeft een goede matras. We hadden een fijne vakantie.

Good property but need a car

The villa was great, pool size was perfect to get a swim and enjoy the evening sun. The hedges behind the pool could have done with a few feet off them for extra sun at night but it didn't deter from the holiday. The most comfortable bed and pillows I have ever had on a Spanish holiday. The air con is excellent even if only in the living room. I found keeping the air con on and with room fans it was fine at night. The paint work needs touched up and some of the cutlery could be replaced but that's fussy observations. If you are booking this villa use the lat and long as there are 2 streets in torrevieja with the same name so we ended up at the wrong one first. All in all I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend, just make sure you have a car.
