Large house of character in Chambon-sur-Lignon 10-14 pers

Beautiful house on top of a village on the high plateaux of Vivarais with pool in fine weather. Spacious (10 rooms) and very pleasant to live in family groups, this 1930 house has kept an authentic character but with all the comfort (well heated, 3 bathrooms with bath, 2 shower rooms). On the ground floor a living room, with fireplace, a dining room with a table for 12/14 and a TV desk. The large windows overlook a large quiet garden with direct access to the village on foot 5 minutes. In the basement, games room with ping pong.
The rental of sheets and towels is optional.
Price sheets: 150 € / stay for all rooms.
Tariff sheets + towels: 180 € / stay for all rooms.
Obligatory cleaning: 120 € (included in the final amount)

Très vaste et belle maison au style de villa balnéaire début de siècle assez détonnant ici ! Idéale pour une grande famille (nous étions 14 un bébé) : chacun profite des autres en liberté et sans promiscuité (nombreuses salles de bain). De très beaux volumes, avec partout des coins où former de petits groupes ou s’isoler au calme, grandes tablées très faciles, dedans comme dehors ( beau brasero). Jardin magnifiquement entretenu et très joliment organisé : la très grande piscine un peu camouflée en contrebas d’un talus fleuri ne le « mange » nullement. Attention s’il y a des petits enfants (ce n’était pas notre cas). Cuisine assez grande, organisée à l’ancienne, à apprivoiser un peu. La maison est perchée sur les hauteurs du Chambon : des chambres du 2e, belle vue sur les monts du Vivarais. Nombreux commerces à qqs mn à pied. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, tout était à disposition notamment pour le bébé, merci !

Heel groot en comfortabel en zeer sfeervol huis, 9 ruime slaapkamers, 1 iets kleinere, goede bedden, goede badkamers, prachtig zwembad, grote tuin. Redelijke keuken, veel bestek en kookgerei, goed fornuis(inductie). Minpunt was de Wifi.

Excellent séjour dans une tres belle maison

La maison de Laurence est ideale pour des vacàces en famille ou entre amis. Idealement situee, elle est spacieuse et bien equipee. La piscine est grande et bien situee. Les espaces exterieurs sont egalement bien equipes et spacieux. Laurence est une hote disponible et prévenante.

Un beau grand domaine dans le vert

C'est une très grande maison avec plusieurs salles de bain et chambres. Le domaine offre de nombreuses possibilités, telles qu'une piscine rénovée. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Une piscine clôturée, en revanche, donnerait un sentiment de sécurité aux parents (un conseil).
