Quest'anno è la terza volta che torniamo dalla Sig.ra Lina. La casa è molto carina, accogliente, dotata di tutto ciò che serve e anche di più. Lina è molto gentile, disponibile e ospitale, attenta a tutti i particolari. La zona è silenziosa anche se è vicinissima al centro. Dal terrazzino si gode di una vista stupenda sul mare. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Abbiamo soggiornato da Lina in 5 amiche, la casa è molto comoda, spaziosa sia all'interno che all'esterno, pulitissima ed arredata con gusto, dotata di tutte le comodità. In posizione tranquillissima e comoda al centro. Lina è molto gentile e disponibile, cura in modo impeccabile la casa ed il giardino. Le foto sono fedelissime alla realtà. La consiglio assolutamente.

Soggiornare a Ponza in settembre è stata la scelta più giusta che potevamo fare..l accoglienza di Lina ha reso la vacanza un esperienza che nn dimenticheremo..casa accogliente, posizione ottima ,comoda a tutti i servizi..un po' dispendiosa ma ne vale la pena!!

Una vacanza da ricordare

Siamo appena rientrati e riguardando le foto della casa non nascondiamo un po' di malinconia. Dopo un giorno ci si rituffa nella routine quotidiana e riguardare queste foto che così fedelmente ritraggono la casa che ci ha ospitato per quindici giorni fa venir voglia di tornarci subito. Siamo stati veramente bene nella casa, a Ponza, e soprattutto è stato un vero piacere conoscere Lina e Roberto che si sono prodigati per farci veramente sentire " a casa". Ottima location, ad un passo dal centro ed al contempo in assoluta tranquillità. Una casa che consigliamo a tutti... ma non andateci in molti ... perchè noi vogliamo tornarci!!! Alessandro, Marica, Andrea, Federica, nonna Maria ed il piccolo Nick (il figlio peloso)

Grazie Lina per una settimana molto bella!!

Die Wohnung liegt nahe am Ortszentrum, ist dennoch total ruhig. Man hat Meerblick und im Garten blühen die Blumen. Wir haben uns dort sehr! wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Dass der Satellit für den Fernseher nicht auf einen deutschen Sender einzustellen war, ist egal. Auf Ponza braucht man keinen Fernseher!! Lina ist eine reizende lady! Sehr freundlich, offen und hilfsbereit. Wir freuen uns wiederzukommen!!

Très bien !

Séjour d'une semaine à 5 personnes début mai 2015. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Lina. La maison est très agréable, la terrasse est superbe. Ce logement est très bien situé, proche de tous les commerces et services (magasins, restaurants, bus, port) et permet de rayonner sur l'ensemble de l'île. A recommander ! JGilles and co

Casa molto vivibile e da vero relax

Siamo stati in questa bella abitazione nella prima settimana di Agosto in sei persone e il nostro cane Willy. La casa che è ubicata a pochi passi dall'inizio del corso Carlo Pisacane ma in una posizione appartata e silenziosa, è tenuta dalla signora Lina in maniera molto curata sia al'interno che all'esterno. Dentro un bel salone, due camere e due bagni ci ha dato la possibilità di avere i nostri spazi nonostante fossimo in sei. Una delle due camere è con bagno interno e accesso sia in salone che in giardino. La cucina a vista bene attrezzata, ci ha permesso di organizzare delle belle cene che abbiamo consumato sempre all'esterno in una terrazza con ampi spazi e contornata da grandi vasi con fiori e piante grasse. La mattina colazione all'aperto sotto un grande ombrellone. La sera a conversare sulle sdraio al fresco. La mattina, salendo nella parte più alta della terrazza dove ci sta un altro tavolino, scrutavo la baia di Ponza fino all'isola di Gavi, per vedere le condizioni del mare. E' una casa dove, dopo una giornata di mare con la barca, ti rilassi e stai bene con la tua famiglia.

Ideale per una vacanza fra amici!!

Ho soggiornato una settimana con amici in questa dimora molto carina e caratteristica!! Al nostro arrivo abbiamo conosciuto la proprietaria, la Signora Lina, che ci ha accolto in modo molto cordiale e gentile e con della buonissima frutta fresca, facendoci trovare la casa molto pulita e curata nei minimi dettagli. La dimora é spaziosa, ideale per un gruppo di amici...fantastica anche per il giardino esterno che ha fatto da cornice alle nostre cene all'aperto! Ci sono un po' di gradini per raggiungerla, niente però a confronto con altre abitazioni (quando si programma un viaggio a Ponza bisogna metterlo in conto! :) ). A due passi, però, dal centro e dal porto quindi posizione ottimale direi! Inoltre, dettaglio da non trascurare, la proprietaria ci ha consigliato un affitta barche al porto ad un prezzo molto interessante (vi posso assicurare che abbiamo chiesto in giro e i prezzi erano decisamente più alti!). Un grazie ancora speciale alla Signora Lina per l'accoglienza e per averci fatto conoscere questa fantastica isola!! Silvia & friends
