A 10-minute walk from the beach in Ste Marguerite sur Mer, this villa from the end of the 19th century, completely renovated, is located in a privileged environment very calm and peaceful.
With its panoramic view of the countryside, the sea and the cliffs (the gaze goes to Saint Valéry en Caux), "Chante-Brise" promises unforgettable holidays in a small Norman village, on the cliff of the Côte d ' Albate.
With its 3 bedrooms offering up to 6 beds and the majority of the rooms looking onto the sea, the villa is ideal for a family vacation, or just a couple.
you will be able
- buy your freshly caught fish from Quiberville fishermen (5 mins from the house)
- go to Dieppe market on Saturday morning and to Luneray market on Sunday morning
- taste the REAL farm raw cream and Neufchâtel cheese (at the Quiberville grocery store, opposite the tourist office)
- discover the valleys (Vastérival, Gorge du Petit Ailly) at low tide

By a small path, you will reach the beach on foot in 10 minutes, and pretty escapades along the coast will be offered to you. Dieppe and its 4 ports, Veules les Roses and its smallest river in France, Saint Valéry en Caux, Fécamp and the Bénédictine, Etretat and the Aiguille Creuse, Varengeville and its marine cemetery: so many small villages and towns on the Côte d 'Alabaster to discover.

Clean, well-behaved pets are welcome: only 1 pet per rental (30 kg maximum). The property is not fully enclosed, but we do have a removable fence.

We were here with the whole family and the stay was great from start to finish. The house is beautifully furnished, the location is great and we felt at home. You can go on many beautiful excursions from there. Even if the weather is bad, you feel very comfortable in the house. We have rarely experienced such clean accommodation. Superb views and house very clean & tidy with plenty of room. Our hosts were on hand for any queries regarding the area. They very kindly left some local cider chilling in the fridge for us and on learning our interest in the local produce popped over a bottle of calvados. Very kind and friendly. Nathalie even phoned and booked us a table at the local restaurant for our first night which we enjoyed tremendously and to which we returned to on our last evening, an easy walk up the hill. We all enjoyed our holiday here and would have no problem recommending this lovely home.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in einem wunderbaren Haus mit einer sehr herzlichen und fürsorglichen Gastgeberin! Ein tolles Ferienhaus

Heerlijk huis met fantastisch uitzicht

Super!

Mooie vakantiewoning in rustige omgeving en met prachtig uitzicht. De gastvrouw en haar echtgenoot zijn de buren dus makkelijk om iets te vragen. De woning is mooi gerenoveerd en alles is aanwezig. Winkels en uitstapjes dichtbij. Een aanrader.

Ein sehr schönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit tollem Meerblick und, so das Wetter mitspielt, Blick auf Sonnenuntergang im Meer. Un petit paradis au Normandie

La maison "Chante-Brise" a tout pour réussir ses vacances : belle terasse vue mer - maison très bien équipée et décorée et une service exceptionelle. Grand merci aux propriétaires Nathalie & Philippe pour leurs nombreuses attentions et recommandations. En bref, un endroit où on aime retourner en Normandie pour le repos, les promenades et la mer !

Un Noël enchanté

Une semaine en famille dans une maison avec vue sur mer, chaleureuse et parfaitement équipée. Des propriétaires à proximité adorables et attentionnés. Un séjour tout simplement parfait. Un grand merci à Nathalie pour son aide lors du départ compliqué (panne de voiture) !

Wunderschön!

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem tollen Haus mit seiner bezaubernden Lage auf den Klippen mit Blick auf das Meer. Das schön eingerichtete Haus hat viele große Fenster und ist daher hell und sonnig. In der Gegend gibt es viel zu sehen und zu unternehmen, und unsere Gastgeber Nathalie und Philippe waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

14-Tage-Normandie Ende September….liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus…es fehlt an Nichts! Ein toller Blick auf Landschaft und Meer….wir haben die Terrasse sehr genossen. Der Garten wurde mittels Schafzaun extra hundesicher gemacht….perfekt. Erwähnenswert ist auch, daß das Haus absolut tauglich ist für Winterurlaub….Heizung prima! Und natürlich Nathalie und Philipp….sehr herzliche Vermieter….es gab Willkommens-und Abschiedsgeschenke…..DANKE! Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig….zum Erholen, Wandern und Radfahren prima. Supermärkte und Geschäfte nicht fußläufig….aber das macht es für uns gerade aus….

Sowohl das Haus mit der Lage als auch die herzlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber Nathalie und Philippe machen den Urlaub perfekt. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten für Aktivitäten und Kultur. Wir waren alle wirklich sehr, sehr zufrieden. Sicher einer der schönsten Urlaube.

Een heerlijk, smaakvol ingericht huis dat van alle gemakken is voorzien en dat vanaf terras en vanuit drie kamers uitzicht biedt op zee. Aardige en behulpzame eigenaars die vlakbij wonen. Een heerlijke plek om te luieren, tekenen, fotograferen, lezen, wandelen en elk uur een 'andere' zee te zien. Zwaluwen, uilen, meeuwen, paragliders, deltavliegers in de lucht en kitesurfers op zee.
