This place is fantastic. There is so much space - we never felt crowded even when we had extra cousins over for dinner. Everything was clean and accessible and the management was very responsive when we had a small issue with the freezer. We definitely recommend staying here!!

Enjoyed out stay!

Nice Condo. Clean and Comfortable. Our family enjoyed the space and sat around the large dining table for breakfast and dinner most evenings. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed. I wish I knew it was a Keurig vs a coffee machine but no big deal. We had a clog and called maintenance who handled it pretty quickly. We utilized the shuttle across the way and found it convenient. We would recommend the condo and would not hesitate to stay there again in the future.

Brian the Manager worked with us each time to move our dates around and was very responsive. The condo was great for our 2 families with everything you need in the building. We did 2 days at Vail by catching the bus at the stop 1 block from the back door. Then 2 days at Beaver with the short walk to the gondola. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay

The condo is beautifully decorated, updated and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with nice pots and pans. There was plenty of everything. The bathrooms had plenty of nice thick towels and although I used my own toiletries, there were a lot of extras. We loved all the big bedrooms with comfortable beds. We shared the condo with another family of four and we loved how each family had their privacy since each end has two rooms. The shuttle service to Vail was a bit confusing. Be sure to do your research ahead of time and install the app for the tickets and schedule. Location was excellent! Very close to stores and restaurants. We enjoyed Bob’s place and Ticino downstairs. So convenient. Also loved the ski rental in the building. I can’t think of any flaws about this condo!

August Trip

Property is great for multiple family looking to stay together. Layout was perfect for 3 families with multiple kids. Like most mountain homes there isn't any AC, which led to the only downside. All widows are on same side of unit, which doesn't allow for good airflow, which prevented the unit from cooling down at night. Fans were provided in all bedrooms, but this had little effect. Pros: Layout, cleanliness, location Cons: Hot

There was plenty of room for 11 people. The gondola to beaver creek was close (maybe a 3 minute walk) but only went to intermediate runs so we were dropped off for skiing. Some folks also drove to the nearby Copper Mountain for slightly more affordable skiing and better conditions. The only negative was that the management was pretty irresponsive through the VRBO app, so calling them during when the office was open was the best way to reach them.

We had such a wonderful experience here! The place was clean, spacious, and location was the best. Short ride on the free shuttle to the slopes, delicious restaurants downstairs Bobs place, and u can rent ur skies in the building. Will definitely be back!

Amazing location and amazing condo

This place exceeded all expectations. It was a lovely condo, with enough room easily for 8 people (we were 5). Avon is a cute town, the condo is walking distance from the gondola, rec center, and a cute walking path by the river. If I'm ever back in Avon, I will most definitely stay here again! We were here for a month and never got over how amazing it was.

Overall a good stay

We really enjoyed our condo. Open space in living room/dining room area were great for family time. Rooms were nice and room amenities were also what we needed. The deck was a bit dirty, the light switches in the kitchen area were confusing, and there was never anyone at the front desk. It didn’t take long to reach someone when we needed help with the few minor issues we had, but the process would have been easier if there was actually someone at the front desk. Overall the “issues” we had were pretty minor, and our overall experience was pretty good. If you are looking for a nice condo with plenty of space for 10 or more, and you don’t need a pool, hot tub, game room, etc. then you will enjoy this property.

Their security situation is antiquated. Instead of a key card that accesses everywhere you need to go,you are issued metal keys and about 4 codes to different doors that you must memorize or carry with you to get around. And each door requires two hands to open.

Perfect for a group of 8

Out “6th Floor Ski Club” from Rockwell Automation in Milwaukee called this beautiful condo home for 4 nights. It was the perfect base of operations for skiing Beaver Creek and Vail due to its proximity to the Beaver Creek lifts, and the Vail bus stop. The kitchen is well appointed, there are 8 separate beds, and the living space is both stunning and comfortable. Highly recommended!

The condo exceeded our expectations.. plenty of rooms for two families (total of nine) with two extra beds. It was a two minute walk to the bus, although we didn’t take, and about a four minute walk to the gondola, which we took. The ski sshop was great on level one of the condo. Everyone had a great time!

This property was perfect for us. Great location, plenty of available parking, furnishings were very nice and comfortable. Rooms all had plenty of space. Management was great to work with. Only suggestion would be to have a few larger pots and pans as there were 8 of us and we cooked most meals.

Large, convenient location, great for groups

My group of friends really enjoyed staying this property for a ski trip at Beaver Creek. We really appreciated that each bedroom had a private bathroom, and the large common space was fantastic for socializing. The walk to the Riverfront Gondola was 5 minutes or less. While we cooked all our meals in the large, fully updated kitchen, it was convenient that the building also included three restaurants, a liquor store, and a ski shop. Grocery store was also within a 10 minute walk. Would definitely recommend to a large group looking for ample common and private space in the heart of Avon!

Great location-- short walk to the gondola at the Westin. However, several items in the condo needed repair. The light over the dining room table was not working when we arrived and had to be fixed 3 times during our stay. Also, one shower was broken when we arrived and the kitchen sink faucet leaked. The staff was responsive and quickly repaired the items. Overall, the property was roomy and clean.

Wonderful stay with plenty of room and a great Italian restaurant in the bldg.

Very well furnished...lots of room..would stay here again! We had 6 adults and two teenagers and two small ones. The restaurant Ticino downstairs was great and so convenient for dining..
