Angenehmer Aufenthalt in Straßburg

Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut. Etwas außerhalb in einer ruhigen Straße gelegen, aber mit dem Fahrrad ist die Altstadt von Straßburg in gut 10 Min. über Fahrradwege zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Leider waren die als kostenlos inserierten (bei FeWo) Parkplätze am Haus nicht mehr kostenlos. Offenbar ist die Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Anbietern Abritel und FeWo nicht optimal. Bei uns ist es jetzt zum zweitenmals vorgekommen, dass das Inserat bei FeWo nicht dem Inserat bei Abritel entsprach. In der Nähe (etwa 10 Min. zu Fuß) gab es jedoch einen kostenlosen P+R Parkplatz, den wir dann genutz haben.

Tolle Gastgeberin und gemütliche Wohnung

Leider ksmen eir mit erheblicher Verspätung uum Chevk in aber trotzdem war die Gastgeberin mehr als Berständnisvoll knd super freundlich. Ihre Freundliche Art zeigt sich auch in den bielen kleinen Details, die den Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung bequemer machen. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, Tram und Bus sind um die Ecke, drei Supermärkte und der Wochenmarkt in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.

Wohnung mit Wohlfühlcharakter

Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie ist sehr geräumig, schön eingerichtet. Alles, was wir brauchten, war vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, aber trotzdem sehr nahe am Zentrum von Straßburg. Mit unseren Fahrrädern waren wir bei 2 km Fahrstrecke in 10 Minuten am Straßburger Münster. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

The best appartement in Strasbourg!!!

I know Strasbourg very well and i'm used to rentals,i never been in a such beautiful one.Spacius,evrythings works,the owner thougt about evry details to make the stay great.I felt home,the schower is a spa,the kitchen has everything you need even a waschmaschine with a dryer.And big plus the appartement is really big. The location is just pefekt you kann even enjoy the balcony with no vis à vis.You have the choice between 3 supermarket in4 mn walk,tram C in 3 mn walk.We stayed 1 month in this lovely place.Martine's appartment is definitly the place to book in Stasboug

Accueil très chaleureux. Beau logement, calme, propre, spacieux, confortable. Rien ne manque, on vit comme chez nous. Bus et Tram à moins de 100 m. Rien à signaler d'autre, sinon que je recommande cet appartement à tous. aux portes du centre de Strasbourg.

Cómodo y bien equipado. RECOMENDABLE

El apartamento está muy bien situado, en un barrio tranquilo, con buen aparcamiento y dispone de buenos electrodomésticos y buen wiffi . Se puede ir perfectamente al centro paseando. También esta muy bien situado para entrar y salir de la ciudad al desplazarte a ver pueblos de la zona y la Selva Negra en Alemania. Hemos estado 9 días muy a gusto en el apartamento, Martine es una propietaria muy amable y disponible para cualquier duda en cualquier momento. Nos recibió ella con una botella de crémant y unos aperitivos de Bretzel. Sin duda recomendamos este apartamento y la ciudad. Cuando volvamos será a este apartamento en el que nos hemos sentido como en casa. Gracias Martine

Appartamento comodo come da descrizione,ampio luminoso e silenzioso .parcheggio davanti a casa ,fermata autobus a 100 mt(con 4 fermate 10 min orologio sei in centro),supermercato 300 mt,parco giochi per bambini a 20 mt . La posizione e' ottima vicino al centro e vicino all 'imbocco autostrade . Tutti gli eletteodomestici a disposizione ,e con rotolanti (rarissimo!) Proprietaria gentilissima,veloce nelle risposte dei contatti. Un appunto...il water e' alto ,noi non lo siamo ....ci e' servito lo sgabello dell 'ikea da bambini! Consigliato

Une adresse à retenir.

Appartement calme, agréable, fontionnel et bien équipé, au premier étage, avec un escalier toutefois un peu raide. Quartier très agréable, calme, stationnement assez facile. Les commerces sont tout proches et le tram à 5 minutes à pied ( très pratique pour accéder au centre de Strasbourg). Martine est une propriétaire accueillante, sympathique et attentive à nos demandes. La bouteille de crémant qui nous attendait a été bien appréciée ! Nous reviendrons lors de notre prochain séjour à Strasbourg.

Un accueil à la fois simple et chaleureux de la propriétaire avec une bouteille de crémant d'Alsace gentiment offerte (crémant d'Alsace qui talonne certains champagnes selon le dernier n° d'UFC Que Choisir). Un appartement qui allie le fonctionnel et l'esthétique dans un quartier agréable et à distance raisonnable du centre ville (bien desservi par le tram et le bus). Un centre ville que l'on peut même rejoindre à pied. On sent que la propriétaire est aussi locataire d'appartements lors de ces voyages et ce goût du voyage imprègne délicatement le lieu. Une belle adresse donc pour découvrir Strasbourg, peut être la plus belle grande ville française après Paris. Nous recommanderions vivement cette location à un-e ami-e.

Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage zur Stadtmitte und liegt sehr ruhig. Man kann sich gut entspannen. Die Ausstattung ist reichlich. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Danke. L'appartement dispose d'un bon emplacement pour le centre-ville et est très calme. On peut se détendre ainsi. L'équipement est abondante. Nous nous sommes sentis à la maison. Merci.
