Best of both worlds!

If you want to be close to the beach but in a quiet neighborhood this is the place! Very spacious interior with all the amenities and a parking garage for those that need it. We loved the location within walking distance to all the amazing sights A Coruna has to offer. Yolanda was so helpful and easy to communicate with advising us where to visit, eat, etc. Would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to rent.

Great place

We had a lovely stay. There is an elevator or else it's just two floors up. If you have a car, you can look for free parking on the street with some hunting, or I've heard there's a paid parking garage nearby if all else fails. (Our friends had a handicap pass, so we found parking right across the street). We let our friends have the master bedroom, so I can't comment on that, but the other bathroom's shower was wonderful, with modern fixtures and plenty of hot water. The kitchen is extremely well stocked (I suspect someone lives here when it is not rented out). There is a washing machine and a rack for drying. The bedrooms have blackout shades to make it dark if you'd like. Communication with the host was great. A relative next door checked us in, and he was extremely kind and helpful. Great stay.

Excelente alojamiento en A Coruña

La casa es impecable, con tres habitaciones y un sofá cama en el salón. Dos baños y una cocina, muy limpia con todos útiles necesarios. Gran ubicación y Yolanda gran anfitriona. This is one of the cutest apartments we have ever stayed in. It’s is decorated very well and you feel right at home. The location is close to EXCELLENT restaurants and the beach. The owner is absolutely amazing. So accommodating and helpful. She really wants you to have a fantastic vacation. This apartment, the owner and the people of A Coruña made this a great vacation. We can’t wait to return!

Es como estar en casa, tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar, las camas son muy cómodas y todo esta muy limpio, en cuanto a Yolanda, es una persona encantadora, desde el primer momento parecía que nos conociésemos de toda la vida, gracias por tu amabilidad y por dejarnos disfrutar de tu apartamento.

Excellente adresse !!! L' appartement est vraiment très bien situé, on peut visiter toute la corogne à Pied. En plus stationnement gratuit très facile. L'appartement de Yolanda est plus qu'équipé !!! Vous ne manquerez de rien. En plus très propre et dans un immeuble tres calme. Yolanda était bien là à l'heure prévue pour la remise des clés, elle a pris le temps de tout nous expliqué. Documentation sur les visites fournies et sites touristiques expliqués par Yolanda à notre arrivée. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse. Merci

Desde el primer momento fueron muy atentos contestando todas mis preguntas y me aclararon todo muy bien. El piso incluso fue mejor de lo que esperaba, ya que han renovado cosas que no aparecen en las fotos (lavavajillas, tv...), incluso estrenamos ropa de cama y colchones en dos de las camas. Algunas cosas se ve que tienen tiempo, pero en general hay que darles un 10 por la limpieza, el estado del piso y la atención que tienen.Darle las gracias de nuevo a Yolanda por facilitarnos una plaza de garaje en el edificio casi regalada. Alrededor del piso hay de todo, supermercados, tiendas, bares (gracias por recomendarnos el raxo al cabrales), museos, alquiler de bicis...y el centro de la ciudad (y mercadona) está realmente a un paso a pie. Sin duda recomendaría el piso a todo el mundo.

¡GENIAL!

El apartamento está muy bien situado, se puede ir caminando al centro, a la playa, a la torre de Hércules...la zona está muy bien. Fuimos con niños y en ese barrio también hay parques para ellos, por lo que lo recomiendo. Pero lo mejor del apartamento es yolanda, la dueña, quien se esforzó al máximo por hacernos sentir como en nuestra casa, consiguiéndolo plenamente. Para repetir, sin duda.

Hemos repetido alojamiento este año y ya que el anterior no comentamos nada decir que ha sido estupendo. La casa perfecta y la propietaria muy amable y atenta. Sin duda lo recomiendo, de hecho yo he regresado.

"- Dueña del piso: Encantadora y amabilísima, antes, durante y después de nuestra estancia. - Piso: Cómodo, muy completo de menaje de cocina y electrodomésticos. Además la dueña nos facilitó dos cunas (una más grande y otra más pequeña), dos tronas (una desmontable en sillita y mesa) y una bañera de bebé. Bien situado, cerca del centro andando y al lado de la playa. Fácil aparcamiento en invierno."
