This villa is located in a quiet environment, along the hiking trail leading to the village of Collias and the gorges of Gardon (5 min). You can enjoy the garden, the south facing private pool and a large covered terrace.
Ideally situated you can discover the charms of this beautiful region. The Gardon gorges and the descent in canoe to the Pont du Gard, Uzes and its market, Avignon, Nimes, the Camargue. From the house you will have the opportunity to make many walking and mountain biking.

Un cocon de bien être au milieu des cigales!

Endroit dans un village plein de charme au pied du verdon. La maison est confortable, très propre et bien équipée et la piscine grande et très appréciable pour se détendre au retour des balades dans cette belle région.L' 'hôte est très agréable et nous a donné tous les renseignements nécessaires pour passer un très bon séjour.

Aufenthalt mit vielen Mängeln und einem Horror Ende

Die Lage des Hauses hatte uns überzeugt. Als wir ankamen wurden wir noch freundlich begrüßt und wir haben uns auf 2 Wochen Provence gefreut. Das Haus liegt am Beginn der Kayak Strecke Richtung Pont du Gard und praktisch zwischen schönen Städten wir Uzès oder Nîmes. Das Haus selber wirkt stark zusammengestückelt, hat wenig bis gar keinen Stauraum oder Schränke für die Personenzahl. Die Vermieterin bewohnt selber das Haus zu gewissen Jahreszeiten- somit sind manche Schränke und Zimmer mit Vorhängeschlössern verschlossen, was es nicht sehr wohnlich macht. Auch eine Baustelle im oberen Bereich ist nicht repräsentativ. Wir hatten für teures Geld Bettwäsche und Handtücher bestellt, die leider kein einziges mal gereinigt wurden. Ich kenne das so, dass bei einem Aufenthalt von 2 Wochen zwischendurch jemand kommt, der mal sauber macht - auch das wurde nicht gemacht. Von Beginn an gluckerte die Kanalisation eines Zimmers. Wir merkten dass eines der Abflussrohre die Küche und Bad versorgten sich verschloss. Eine Situation die sicher schon über Monate entstanden ist aber u.a. jetzt uns zum Vorwurf gemacht wird. Außerdem haben wir (genug) Geld an die Vermieterin bezahlt um eine Reinigung nach Abreise durchzuführen. Viel zu viel Geld. Zum positiven: der Außenbereich inkl Pool ist sehr schön. Nun zum Horror: Nach unserer Abreise versucht nun die Vermieterin die geleistete Kaution einzubehalten. Ein Vorgang der komplett lächerlich ist und sich durch geschriebene Kommunikation und Fotos auflösen wird. Leider wird hier versucht mit Unwahrheiten seine Gäste abzuzocken - somit ist dieses Objekt bzw. die Vermieterin leider nicht zu empfehlen. Auf Einzelheiten will ich hier gar nicht eingehen, da es mir zu müssig ist mich über 3 schmutzige Teller in der Spülmaschine oder eine angelassene Glühbirne zu äußern. Diese Vorgehensweise, ohne mit uns in die Kommunikation zu gehen ist lächerlich, unfreundlich und ein „No Go“. Schade.

Family vacation in Collias

Thank you Nathalie for such a lovely stay in your house in Collias. The property was comfortable for our family of 6 and centrally located with so many interesting places to visit around. We loved our stay and will happily recommend this to our friends. If we pass again we will be happy to stay here again. A la prochain :)

Belle maison pour de belles vacances au calme

Un premier mot : Merci beaucoup Nathalie!!! Maison bien entretenue située au calme et très proche du Gardon. Une superbe piscine avec alarme (appréciable avec des enfants et qui fonctionne a la perfection), une belle terrasse a l'ombre. A l’intérieur, maison bien équipée, cuisine neuve et plus que fonctionnelle. Le petit plus qui fait la différence, une climatisation bien utile avec les grosses chaleurs que nous avons eu! La propriétaire, Nathalie, très accueillante avec un petit cadeau de bienvenue et toutes les informations nécessaires pour passer un bon moment. 4 Etoiles et non 5 car avec l’interdiction des barbecues charbon dans la région, le barbecue Electrique était un peu limite. Une Plancha en plus et c’était le carton plein (mais la je cherche la petite bête) Je recommande vivement cette maison si vous souhaitez passer de superbes vacances dans le Gard. A bientôt je l’espère ! PS : autre bon point, une femme de ménage qui passe une fois par semaine pour la maison et l’entretien de la piscine.

Agréable maison de vacances avec belle piscine

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette région magnifique. La maison est bien située et dans un environnement calme. Nous avons surtout profité de la belle piscine et de la grande terrasse couverte. Merci à Nathalie pour son accueil.
