Chalet on the slopes in Valmeinier 1800

If you are looking for an authentic winter holiday in the mountains, my chalet can hold your attention to the extent that it has, in my opinion, the following qualities.
First of all, it is very well located, since in the immediate vicinity of the NEUVACHE piste (less than 20 meters) which gives you access to all of the 150 km of pistes in the resort (Valmeinier / Valloire ski area ).
At the same time, you will stay in a quiet place surrounded by nature, while remaining very close to the station, its shops and its entertainment (less than 400 meters).
In addition, you will have all the comforts of a modern house even if the alpine chalet side has been carefully preserved. For example, the roof is made of real slate, stones which were imported from Greece via an Italian stonemason. 13 tonnes of slate were laid to cover the roof.
The chalet is also the starting point for walks or snowshoe walks in the Valmeinier nature reserve.
It is therefore obviously also the ideal place for those who appreciate the practice of ski touring. This is also a point that should be emphasized because in addition to the practice of piste skiing, the chalet is a privileged starting point for those who wish to reach the Col de Marches, Roche Noire, la Roche du Lac and even the Thabord in ski touring.
For beginners, a stroll to the recently opened refuge of the red earth can be organized and allows you to stroll in the heart of nature while admiring magnificent landscapes.

Two optional services are offered. First of all cleaning can be carried out by us on the day of your departure, for an additional charge of 60 euros. Likewise, sheets and towels can be provided for the same amount.

To be more precise on the localization, two point deserve to be noted.
The first is that the location announced by the site, 1. 6 km from the center, is wrong. Indeed, the chalet is precisely located 350 meters from the shops of Valmeinier 1800. Likewise, on google maps, the location is not entirely exact. The chalet is along the Neuvache piste, just after (around 100 meters) from the Casses ski lift. I reported these anomalies to the host of the site who indicated that I could not make the necessary changes.

Given its location at the edge of the Neuvache piste, it is therefore important to specify that in winter, the chalet is not accessible by car. You will park your vehicle in the Valmeinier 1800 (free) car park and will have to walk the last 350 meters. I can provide you with sleds to transport your luggage and, as I personally handle the reception, help you transport it on the day of your arrival.
This is essential to take into account at the time of your choice.
In return, you will benefit from a chalet located in a magnificent setting and close to the nature reserve.
