The 'Gravier' has a large garden dominated by a magnificent terrace. The park is bordered by a small river. Inside, the house of The Gravier has a large living room and a large kitchen. An imposing fireplace typical of the Perche region decorates the kitchen. A master suite and 2 other bedrooms can accommodate a large family or two couples and their children.

Beautiful house and garden in a peaceful location

The house and garden are absolutely beautiful, a fabulous restoration. It is very well equipped for children. The location is remote and it is very quiet. If you are from the UK, be aware that both bedding and towels are an additional charge unless you bring your own which is very different to UK holiday rentals.

Perfect tranquil holiday destination

The property is absolutely beautiful - if anything, the photos don't do it justice! Quiet, rural but with other properties nearby, it was the ideal location to relax and enjoy family time with plentiful green space around us. So many butterflies and lizards as well as other wildlife. The accommodation was extremely comfortable and spacious, including the outside seating area. The listing could perhaps do with a little updating to match the current amenities but everything we needed was available. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive - we had to make contact during the holiday and she replied immediately and resolved the problem. We went into Paris for the Olympics and the journey to Vendome for the TGV was easy, plenty of parking and fantastic rail service. Would highly recommend!

Très belle maison de campagne atypique, bien rénovée, avec beaucoup de charme et de chaleur. Une belle pièce de vie avec une très grande table et une belle cheminée pour nos soirées. De belles chambres et salle de bains. Un extérieur très grand avec une terrasse et un jardin bien entretenu. On s est senti tout de suite très bien lors de notre long week-end. De bons échanges avec la propriétaire et la personne qui nous a reçu. A refaire.Et la région est magnifique.

Belle propriété dans un havre de paix

Superbe maison dans un jardin arboré paradis pour les enfants. Chambres spacieuses. Grande salle de séjour avec une cheminée de pur style. A une heure des châteaux et près de deux heures du zoo de Beauval Très bon accueil de Michel. Tout ce qui est décrit dans l’annonce est bien présent. Très bon wifi ( nous étions avec cinq ados hyper connectés !). Pas de tv mais c’est ce que nous recherchions.Bref notre séjour fut excellent

Super site: calme, très vert: grand jardin avec arbres + balançoire pour enfants , maison rénovée dans l'authentique style local, grandes chambres, salon très éclairé, beaucoup de livres et jouets pour enfants. Bref, Excellentes Vacances. Propriétaires très sympathiques. Je recommande vivement!

Très bon sejour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le gite d'Aurore. Le gite est magnifique, très bucolique et très grand. Idéal pour un moment en famille ou entre amis. La literie est excellente. Le jardin est très agréable aussi. Merci pour ce très bon séjour.

Une magnifique maison

Une maison magnifique, des pièces spacieuses, de grandes et belles chambres, un salon et une terrasse immenses où nous avons passé de délicieux moments, dans une grande quiétude, sans oublier les belles balades aux abords de la maison. Par contre, le portique est à consolider, les enfants n'ont pu l'utiliser, cela semblait dangereux de le faire... l'absence de protège-matelas aussi, en cette période de crise sanitaire, et le nombre limité de transats (2) pour une maison d'une telle capacité... Pour résumer, nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette superbe maison, ce beau jardin et ce paysage bucolique, sans oublier toute cette lecture pour petits et grands...

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique maison, les volumes sont magnifiques, tout est en parfait état, le salon avec baie vitrée est très lumineux. Il y a beaucoup de jeux pour les enfants qui étaient ravis. Aurore a été très réactive et a répondu à toutes nos questions. Le monsieur qui nous a accueillis était également très gentil. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Tout était parfait !

Cette maison est absolument magnifique, très propre, avec beaucoup de couchage. C'est encore mieux qu'en photo. Nous prévoyons déjà d'y retourner !
