Einfaches Ferienhaus auf schönem, großem und ruhigem Naturgrundstück

Das Ferienhaus ist etwas dunkel (keine Fenster im Wohn-/Essbereich, Tageslicht nur durch die Eingangstür) und recht einfach ausgestattet. Wahrscheinlich ist es durch die fehlenden Fenster im Wohnzimmer aber besonders im Hochsommer angenehm kühl dort. Es gibt aber zusätzlich eine Klimaanlage. Das Gartengrundstück liegt an der Verbindungsstraße mitten zwischen Zilia und Calenzana. Das Haus hat ausreichend Abstand zur Straße, so dass Grundstück und Haus sehr ruhig und abgeschieden liegen. Die Gastgeberin Marie-France war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und hat ein von uns gemeldetes Problem (tropfender Wasserhahn im Schlafzimmer) umgehend beheben lassen. Wir waren Ende Juni zu zweit für eine Woche dort und haben das Haus in erster Linie als Standort für Ausflüge und Wanderungen zur Erkundung der Umgebung genutzt. Dafür war es aufgrund seiner Lage gut geeignet.

Séjour parfait dans un endroit au calme mais à côté de Calenzana où vous trouvez tous les commerces. La bergerie est très confortable, très bien équipée et très propre. L'accueil est parfait, je recommande!

Wir waren im Dez/Jan zu Zweit in dem Ferienhaus. Es liegt wunderbar ruhig, Ausstattung ist wie beschrieben, es hat alles funktioniert. Kommunikation mit der sehr netten Vermieterin ist prompt und unkompliziert. Uns hat es sehr gefallen, top Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungungen rund um Calvi und Umgebung. B&J

Venons de passer 15 jours dans la maison. La description de celle-ci est conforme à la réalité. De plus s’agissant d’une ancienne bergerie, il y fait toujours frais ce qui est idéal. Très bien située, non loin de Calenzana et Calvi, et près de nombreuses randonnées. Vraiment un îlot de tranquillité. À réserver sans aucune hésitation

Nature et tranquillité

Les extérieurs sont très agréables et très calmes. Conforme aux photos. À 20 minutes de Calvi, et a proximité des beaux villages de Balagne. La maison est petite, mais bien fraîche (agréable en été), fonctionnelle et bien équipée.

tres bonne location calme et bien placé nous avons passé une bonne semaine.

la location est tres bien mais quelque petit soucis.chasse d'eau ne fonctionne pas, lumiere chambre ne reste allumée que 5 mn ainsi que la douche, les espaces vert pas entretenu et manque table et fer a repasser. mais nous avons de bonne vacance et si c'est petits defauts disparaissent nous reviendrons.a bientot

Sejour parfait

Pour commencer, je tiens a remecier Mme Ferrandi pour son accueil parfait, ses charmantes attentions et ses bons conseils! Nous avons passé 10 jours de rêve dans la nature. Le cadre est reposant et ressourçant. La maison est aménagée avec soins et goût ! Nous nous y sommes senti comme chez nous dès les premières minutes . Très fonctionnelle, elle ne manque de rien. De plus, très bien placée elle permet de profiter d'un tas d'activités très variées. Nous y retournerons sans doute car ce fut un réel coup de coeur pour nous !
