Sunny maisonette with stunning sea view for 2 people
Anything small is cute! La Crevette charms its occupants all year round, by its view, its location, its calm, its decoration and of course its price ! Easy to heat in the off-season, it benefits from a beautiful sunshine all day long. 340 steps from the sand in less than 4 minutes ! The path of the customs officers for a walk between land and sea is a 5 mn walk from your door.
This semi-detached house on one side is very functional and the view is magnificent whatever the weather!
At equal distance from the islands of Batz and Bréhat it is a privileged place to visit the region of the Pink Granite Coast. 5 minutes walk from the door, you can park on the pavement in front of the house.
The house is composed of :
* A private terrace with sea view
* A living room with sitting area, kitchenette and table for your meals
° A bedroom with a double bed (140cm) on the first floor.
° A shower room with WC and washbasin
* WIFI
* Bed made on arrival
°Parking : You are parked on the pavement in front of the rental .
In option :
- Towels : 10€/person to be paid on site (on prior request)
- Cleaning at the end of your stay: 40€ to be paid on site
