About this property

The villa is an air-conditioned, typical Creole villa ideally located in the south of Martinique, a 2-minute walk from the beach 'Corps de Garde'. A coastal hiking trail takes you to almost all the beaches of Sainte-Luce, as well as the fishing village, which attracts you with numerous restaurants and shops.
The villa has 4 large, air-conditioned and spacious bedrooms; two master bedrooms with bathroom and 180x200 beds, one bedroom with 2 single beds 90x200 and a fourth bedroom with a double bed. The villa has two floors.
From 2024 the house will be enlarged, with an additional bedroom with bathroom and a gym.

Séjour Martinique février 2024

Belle villa spacieuse et fonctionnelle pour une grande famille de 10 personnes. Bien située a proximité de sainte Luce et ses commerces. Juste un peu bruyant avec la N5 qui ne passe pas très loin. Très bon séjour

Super séjour chez Emmanuel

Après un début de séjour un peu compliqué suite à une fuite de 2 des wc … me rivière et Verena ont été réactifs et efficaces ce qui nous a permis de poursuivre notre séjour dans de bonne conditions . L’emplacement de la maison est top . Proche plages et très proche de Ste Luce . La maison est belle, vaste et confortable . La piscine est très agréable . Louer chez Emmanuel est le meilleur moyen de passer des vacances inoubliables et apprécier au mieux tout ce que Madinina a à offrir à ses visiteurs ! Merci encore mille fois à Verena !

Propre, agréable, bien situé!

Bien situé

Le descriptif ne mentionne pas qu'il y a deux niveaux et donc avec escalier. Il y a une photo avec un spa qui n'existe plus. Il y a aussi une alarme qui ne fonctionne plus. Le barbecue est dans un triste état, les grilles sont innommables et pas nettoyables et il n'y a pas d'accessoires pour cela. Nous avons du acheter deux saladiers car manque de vaisselles et les casseroles sont vétustes. Il est notifié qu'il y a un parking pour la voiture mais à moins d'avoir un 4x4 l'entrée est périlleuse même aux dires de la personne qui nous a reçu au demeurant accueillante avec le planteur et les acras. Il n'y a pas de notices d'utilisation pour le micro-onde et le four dont les inscriptions sur la façades sont effacées en presque totalité. Sinon très bon séjour.
