In front of the mountains, we invite you to come and enjoy your stay in an independent and quiet apartment situated at the 1st floor of our house.
This 1 bedroom apartment of 35 m2 is classified three stars.

The living room looks South to the nature and its balcony will offer you a 180° view on the mountains and our garden.
The kitchen area is modern and functional.
The bedroom which looks the East mountains, is comfortable and warm with its cupboard in old larch.
The bathroom is bright and functional.
Ideal for a couple of walkers, cyclists or, simple strollers.
You will have at your disposal the garden with its apple trees, its barbecue, a closed bike garage and a parking space in the courtyard behind the house.
At 400m or 5mn walk from the city center, the shops and the numerous summer animations will be easily accessible.

Détente absolue

Séjour (3eme semaine de septembre ) idéal, total repos, calme salutaire après un été plus que chaud. Soleil toute la semaine. Appartement parfait, rien ne manque, proximité du centre très appréciable ainsi que le wifi. Tout est fait pour que l'on se sente "chez soi". Accueil familial et attentions faites en toute discrétion de la part de la propriétaire. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Absolument génial.

Excellent séjour. Location très bien située et très bien entretenue, tout a fait fonctionelle. Propriétaires très sympathiques, très accueillants, tout est fait pour passer un excellent séjour. La vallée de l'Ubaye est vraiment jolie pour randonner au juste flâner.

Lieu de séjour idéal

Excellente semaine dans un appartement accueillant et bien équipé offrant une superbe vue sur les montagnes et à 5mn à pied du centre ville. Les conseils avisés de la propriétaire, attentionnée et discrète nous a permis de parfaire notre connaissance de cette belle région. C'est avec grand plaisir que nous y séjournerons de nouveau.

Un excellent séjour . L'appartement est soigné et très propre et les propriétaires à la fois discrets et de bon conseil . Nous avons eu le bonheur de dîner tous les soirs sur le balcon qui surplombe le jardin verdoyant avec une vue qui se prolonge jusqu'à la montagne .

Very nice apartment

This was a very nice first floor apartment with separate bedroom and balcony looking out over the mountains. Shower was excellent and kitchen was well equipped. Lots of parking out the front and a short walk into the bustling town of Barcelonette which has a decent sized supermarket. Martine was very friendly and spoke excellent English. As we were there to walk she was able to help direct us to some lovely routes. We went in September when the chair lifts etc had stopped for the summer so if this interests you, best to go in July or August.

VUE SUPERBE SUR LES MONTAGNES

La description de l'appartement correspond exactement à la réalité. Au calme, propre, avec une vue imprenable sur la montagne enneigée, nous pouvions nous rendre sans problème à Barcelonnette à pieds (ce qui n'est pas désagréable !). La propriétaire, discrète, est très accueillante et donne de bons conseils pour les balades. Nous recommandons cette location et serons ravis d'y revenir si nous sommes dans la region.

Well-equipped newly refurbished apartment (modern kitchen, owen, microwave, wifi, TV, shower, WC). 10 min walking distance to citycenter. An excellent base for road cycling with a number of mountain passes nearby. Owner shows great hospitality. Parking in the yard, bikes can be kept in the garage. Balcony with mountain view. Overall a pleasant experience. Tax and electricity is charged separately, 20-30€. Bring your own bed sheets.

un très agréable séjour

L'accueil des propriétaires a été des plus chaleureux. Ils ont été d'excellent conseil pour nos randonnées dans le Mercantour et nos visites culturelles. l'appartement était très propre et fonctionnel avec une belle vue sur les montagnes et au calme. Le wifi est un plus bien agréable. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et nous recommandons vivement cette location. Florence et Gildas

SUPER SEJOUR

Dans cette location on se trouve de suite "chez nous". Très confortable, très propre, très bien située, aucune nuisance. Il y a aussi une magnifique vue sur la montagne. Les propriétaires sont charmants et très disponibles. Bref, nous vous garantissons un super séjour !
