the apartment is located 800 meters from the beach Péguière. On the 1st floor of a villa of 80 m2. You can dine on the terrace which is provided with a blind. The kitchen and living room are equipped with electric shutters and double glazing, 2 rooms have double glazing and manual shutters. You have a kitchen equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, gas hob 4 burners, pressure cooker, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, living room with sofa flat screen TV, dvd player , gas barbecue in the garden, 1 bedroom large bedding of 160 cm x 200 cm, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90 cm x 200 cm, 1 separate toilet, 1 bathroom with window including a shower, equipped with a hair dryer , We can make available to you 1 baby umbrella bed with mattress and 1, booster seat. Linens are provided for the 3 beds and towels, kitchen towels. Beds are made on arrival.
The 2 bedrooms are equipped with cupboards and wardrobes. In the bedding, each room has 1 pillow per person. The bathroom has a window and a small closet to store the ironing board and clothes rack. In the hallway there is a cupboard with the vacuum cleaner, broom and broom brush and all the cleaning products necessary for the cleanliness of the place.

Everything was good

We had a good time. The flat is spacious, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Hosts are very nice and helpful. After booking we had to sign a second contract with the hosts with the same conditions (like the online platform). Which was unusual for us, but maybe common in France.

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung

Wie waren von Ende August bis Anfang September für 6 Tage in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gemütlich und ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Sehr schön ist auch der große Balkon, auf dem man zumindest zu Dritt gut essen kann. Man sieht auch das Meer und ein kleiner Strand ist nicht allzu weit zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben es trotzdem bevorzugt, in die City an den Strand zu fahren, da dort auch viele Restaurants und Läden sind. Praktisch ist auch, dass die Vermieter im Erdgeschoss des Hauses wohnen, dennoch hat man seinen eigenen Bereich und eigenen Zugang zum Haus über eine Haustür als auch seitlich über eine Treppe zum Balkon. Madame und Monsieur Fournot sind sehr freundlich und man kann sich immer an sie wenden. Sehr gut ist auch, dass man sowohl im Hof des Hauses als auch direkt davor eine Parkmöglichkeit hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder und hoffen, dass es nächstes Jahr wieder klappt.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Wir haben uns zu viert (2 Erwachsene und zwei Jugendliche) sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein sehr schönes Quartier mit reichlich Ausstattung, guter Lage und sehr netten Vermietern. Dazu die schöne Urlaubsregion mit sehr vielen Möglichkeiten, es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub dort!!!

Nous avons passés 2 semaines au calme et à la fraîcheur de cette maison remplit de tout nécessaire pour un séjour plus que confortable et surtout de la chaleur humaine de ces propriétaires Brigitte et Serge que nous remercions infiniment pour leur aide et gentillesse . .. Simplement dire ils sont adorables, généreux et de toutes bonnes intentions . Monsieur Fournot nous a gentiment proposé de nous emmener partout où on a eu besoin quand pendant de 2 jours nous étions resté sans voiture. Nous y reviendrons absolument pour faire avec lui une randonnée en montagne! On recommande les yeux fermés cette adresse.

Agréable sejour

Nous avons passer un agréable sejour dans cette maison situe dans un quartier calme, avec à proximité un espace vert pour y promener votre animal de compagnie. La maison est vraiment le reflet des photos et est très bien équipée. Les propriétaires sont très accueillant et très discret à la fois. Le balcon est très agréable pour y prendre tous les repas et la vue sur les pins et la mer est très agréable. Les ballades et activités sont nombreuses. Nous garderons un bon souvenir de cette endroit et de l accueil avec le vin d'Orange.

Au calme, proche des commerces, des plages et du centre ville. Accueil très chaleureux avec le petit plus très apprécié: vin d'oranges, fabrication maison. Gîte spacieux, confortable et très fonctionnel( Rien ne manque) avec jolie vue sur mer et végétation (pour les amoureux de la nature). Beaucoup de documentations à disposition pour les balades et sorties. Pas de problèmes de parking. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Nette Vermieter - große Wohnung

In einer ruhigen Wohngegend mitten in Saint Raphael gelegen haben meine Frau und ich angenehme Tage verbracht. In der äusserst sauberen Wohnung (sind öfters in Frankreich unterwegs keine Unterkunft war in diesem sauberen Zustand) ist alles vorhanden, -gut einegrichtete Küche, Bad, zwei Schlafzimmer, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank mit großem Tiefkühlfach-, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Zentrale Lage für Ausflüge mit dem Fahrrad in das Esterelgebirge. Waren auch sehr schnell am Gelände des Roc dAzur. Merci beaucoup et à bientôt Brigitte et Serge. Liebe Grüße Hans und Doris

Große Wohnung ausgezeichneter Standort

Großzügige Wohnung mit Allem was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub braucht. Aussergewöhnlich sauber (sind öfters in Frankreich unterwegs haben aber noch keine so saubere Unterkunft gehabt wie hier). Sehr ruhige Lage in einem Wohngebiet von Saint Raphael guter Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradausflüge ins Esterelgebirge und zu sonstige Ausflüge zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Cote dAzur. Un formidable séjour

Bel appartement, spacieux et lumineux. Rien ne manque et tout est très propre. C'est vraiment conforme aux photos et encore mieux ! La maison est située dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et à la fois discrets et disponibles. Aucune mauvaise surprise, que du positif. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et aurons plaisir à y retourner.

Accogliente, tranquilla e silenziosa

Nonostante tutte le catastrofi che ci sono capitate durante questa settimana di vacanza, l'unica consolazione è stata quella di aver trovato questa accogliente casetta e i suoi gentilissimi proprietari. L'appartamento era ordinato e pulito, ben equipaggiato e curato nei particolari. La zona era tranquilla e silenziosa, vicino al mare e ai negozietti (boulangerie e piccolo supermercato). Abbiamo apprezzato soprattutto il balcone con la sua incantevole vista mare. Non vediamo l'ora di ritornare... Magari NON in moto!

Großzügige Wohnung - nette Vermieter

Die ruhig gelegene Wohnung ist für 4 Personen sehr großzügig geschnitten und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben alles sauber und ordentlich vorgefunden. Die im Erdgeschoss wohnenden Vermieter waren jederzeit hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich (trotz mangelnder Französischkenntnisse unsererseits). Der Balkon geht nach Osten und wir hatten herrliche Sonne bis zum Mittag. Man blickt von dort über das grüne Viertel bis zum Meer. Diese Wohnung empfehlen wir gern weiter.

Ruhige Ferienwohnung - ideal für Strand + Ausflüge

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Jugendliche) haben 2 Wochen in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Lage ist ideal - nachts ruhig, dennoch ist der Hafen Santa Lucia mit sehr guten Lokalen zu Fuß erreichbar. Ausflüge zu den Bergdörfern, nach Verdon, St. Tropez, Nizza und Monaco bieten sich ebenfalls an. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch zum einem kleineren Strand kann man in 10-15min laufen. Die Wohnung ist für bis zu 4 Personen ideal und sehr geräumig, sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Wir haben alles wie im Inserat beschrieben vorgefunden.

ruhige Wohnung mit wunderschönem Meerblick

Die sehr ruhige, saubere Wohnung im ersten Stock des Vermieterhauses, hat uns rundum sehr gut gefallen. Alles was wir brauchten (und noch viel mehr an Ausstattung) war vorhanden. Der Meerblick vom Esstisch und dem Balkon, über nur kleine Häuser und viel Grün, war Urlaubsgefühl pur. Das Internet funktionierte problemlos, Fernsehprogramm aber nur in französisch. Die sehr freundlichen, hilfsbereiten und entspannten Vermieter waren immer ansprechbar, wenn man sie etwas fragen wollten, haben uns aber ansonsten unseren Urlaub genießen lassen. Tolles Haus, tolle Vermieter!

Absolut empfehlenswert! Sehr liebevoll ausgestattet, sehr sauber. Alles Notwendige vorhanden und Vieles darüber hinaus (sogar dicke Bettdecken für die kühleren Monate). Toller großer Balkon mit (entferntem) Meerblick. Küste fußläufig, bis zum Stadtkern toller Spaziergang am Yachthafen/Strand entlang. Bäcker /kleiner Supermarkt in der Nähe. Vermieter sehr, sehr hilfsbereit - weit über das Normalmaß hinaus! Merci beaucoup et à bientôt!!!

Eine schöne Woche in wunderschönem Haus

Die Bilder des Hauses entsprechen nicht ganz der Wirklichkeit: es ist wahrlich viel schöner. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und hat wirklich alles, was man zum täglichen Leben braucht. Der Blick von Balkon und Schlafzimmer ist atemberaubend: Meer und Palmen inklusive. Die sehr liebenswerte und hilfsbereite Vermieterin stand einem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und selbst unsere Hündin war sehr begeistert von ihr! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Eine tolle Unterkunft, sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Beschreibung der Wohnung hundertprozentig stimmig. Lage sehr ruhig und zum Meer nicht weit. Schöner Blick vom Balkon (mit Sonnenaufgang). Küche ist sehr gut ausgesattet, zur Selbstverpflegung ideal. Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieterin. Rundum ein perfektes Urlaubsdomizil, das wir wieder anmieten werden und jedem empfehlen können.

Super Ferienhaus/-wohnung!!!

Das Ferienhaus/-wohnung ist einfach genial. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Vermieter waren stehts hilfreich, alles lief ganz entspannt und trotz unserer etwas eingestaubten französisch Kenntnisse, war das ein oder andere nette Gespräch möglich. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit sofort wieder buchen. Top eingerichtet, egal ob Küche oder Wohnzimmer, sehr schöner Balkon.
