The apartment was convenient and well equipped. The AC and appliances (including washer and dryer) worked very well. Short walk to the beach and supermarket less than a block away. While some details were not perfect (worn out linens), the customer service offered by the host and overall experience was very positive. A great value for the money!

Perfect location for a visit to Cannes

Comfortable, fully equipped apartment with essential shops almost on-site. Cannes centre is easily reached either on foot or by bus. The Croisette (the famous sea-front promenade) is only five minutes walk and is currently being re-developed. As the bus stops right outside the apartment block, we hardly used the car at all. Although the apartment is on the fourth floor, there is a lift so no problems with bags. Isabelle, the owner, was extremely helpful and answered all our queries very quickly.

Summer Holiday 2022

We spent 2 weeks in Isabelle's house. It's tiny but well equipped and tided up. Its position is fantastic, very close to the most famouse beaches in Cannes and of course to the Croisette too. Closed to the house there are some shops as a small super market and a very delicous bakery. The parking is always available on the streets and it's free too.

Hat alles gepasst

Die Parkplatzsuche kann zur Geduldsprobe werden aber letztlich haben wir in den umliegenden Straße immer eine Lücke gefunden. Bäckerei und ein Lebensmittelmarkt sind gleich über die Straße und zum Strand läuft man 15 Minuten völlig entspannt, einfach aus der Anlage heraus und die Straße gerade hinunter. Die Wohnung ist sehr stimmig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts.

Ideaal verblijf voor 2 pers..

Het appartement is volledig uitgerust met alle mogelijke apparaten: airc, koffiezet, Nespresso, mixer/fruitcutter, moderne keuken met vaatwasser en inductiekookplaat ... gewoon te veel om op te noemen. Ook de decoratie is met smaak gekozen. Vriendelijk en correct onthaal door buurvrouw Oana. Al het nodige, bakker, beenhouwer Carrefour, strand, parking: op wandelafstand. Wij vonden het een aanrader.

Très joli appartement bien situé

Immeuble un peu ancien (donc assez mal isolé phoniquement) mais appartement refait à neuf , bien décoré et bien aménagé. La salle de bain est cependant un peu petite mais on s'y fait vite; sauf le mitigeur de douche qui aurait dû être changé car robinet de réglage de température très dur à manipuler voire impossible pour quelqu'un qui n'a pas la force nécessaire! Le quartier est résidentiel et calme et le balcon, exposé ouest sans vis à vis est un peu étroit mais quand même équipé d'une chaise longue et d'une table où on peut déjeuner à deux. Le séjour a été très agréable.

Belle apparte mais dommage pour les bonne manières

Avant d écrire mon appréciation j ai pris une petite période de recule de 10 jours pour écrire le commentaire le plus objectivement possible ;Le séjour c est bien passé jusqu'au jour du départ:la veille il était convenu avec la dame qui gère dans l absence de la propriétaire de reprendre les clés à 8h50 mais sans prévenir (même pas un sms)le matin il y a une personnes qui se présente pour récupérer les clés mais sans le chèque de garantie (étant juste une cousine, de la personne qui gère, elle serait pas capable de faire l état des lieux ). Sur cela j accepte pas puisque la propriétaire m a donné un contact avec qui je dois géré et je demande le chèque pour donner les clés et que j aime pas les surprises. Et là la dame arrive apres une heure en me hurlant dessus (oui elle m hurle dessus sans exagération ) qu elle etait a l hôpital pour une intervention sur la jambe de son fils sur cela je lui dit que je serais passé a l hôpital si elle m aurait prévenu avant mais j accepte pas de laissé les clés chez une personne sans que la propriétaire soit au courant et bien entendu elle me crie dessus et elle me dit que la propriétaire est au courant de mon comportement (finalement c est moi la fautive de pas laissé les clés a madame X)et après que je lui ai remis les clés elle dit qu il manque le double alors que je lui ai donné il y a 2 minutes et sur cela je lui demande de vérifier et elle dit qu elle ne les as pas et que je devais fouiller les poubelles et que je les aient probablement jeté alors qu lors que je lui demande de vérifier elle les avaient dans sa poche et apres avoir trouvé l appartement propre et que rien ne manque elle m as donné le chèque de garantie et elle hurle SORTEZ SORTEZ. Je conseille vivement a n importe qui de ne pas loué si le propriétaire ne gère pas lui même et c est vraiment dommage car l appartement est bien situé et que semblait être bien avant qu on a voulu nous faire fouiller les poubelles (qui entre parenthèses était vide et propre car j ai nettoyer l apparte le jours j-1) mais je suis comptante de ne pas avoir donné les clés a une inconnue.(la dernière fois lorsque j ai loué à Montpellier et que c est le propriétaire qui géré son appartement il m as même féliciter pour la propreté des lieux). Vraiment dommage.

Gastvrouw was heel vriendelijk alles duidelijk uitgelegd. Echt alles is te vinden in het appartement. Echt een thuis gevoel. Ook parkeren hadden wij geen moeite mee. Strand echt op loopafstand. Ook supermarkt! Wij hebben een top vakantie gehad! Super 9 voor deze accomodatie. Ook communicatie met de eigenaar ging super goed.

Die Wohnung ist perfekt und hat alles , was wir für die Urlaubszeit brauchen.

Cannes ist wunderschön! Strände, Geschäfte usw. befinden sich in der Nähe der Wohnung. Das Meer ist unglaublich. Besuchen Sie die Umgebung: Antibes, Nizza, Monaco ... Vielen lieben Dank Frau Isabelle für die wunderschöne Wohnung und die Urlaubsempfehlungen und Oana ( unsere Koordinatorin in Cannes)

Beautiful apartment with a few flaws

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The location is great just a few minutes walk to the beach and the city centre. The supermarket is across the street. But unfortunately there was a little misunderstanding about the parking spot. It's not a private parking space, it's just a public street with parking slots on its side. Some days we spent 20 minutes to find one. The couches and chairs were uncomfortable and you could feel that many people sat on it before. Despite these negative points it was a great holiday trip in Cannes.

La casa è accogliente e calda. Elettrodomestici funzionanti alla perfezione. Buona la posizione, sotto casa ci sono un ristorante, una farmacia, una panetteria e fermata dell'autobus per raggiungere il centro. Bagno un po' piccolo. Un po' di rumori provenienti dagli altri appartamenti ma nulla di grave. La signora che ci ha accolti è stata molto gentile. Lo consiglio.

Geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet, sehr gute Lagen zum Meer und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Wir haben uns in dem Appartment sehr wohl gefühlt, alles war vorhanden samt hilfsbereiten und freundlichem Jean Michel, der einem vor Ort alles zeigt. Die Einrichtung fanden wir sehr ansprechend, eine Mischung aus modern, Kunst an den Wänden und antiken Möbeln. Die Lage perfekt und im Oktober war es kein Problem immer einen Parkplatz zu finden. Kurzer Weg ans Meer und die Croisette, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke , Cannes Zentrum fußläufig zu errreichen. Das Bett prima, wir haben gut geschlafen. Mit ein bisschen Geräuschen von der Strasse muss man aber rechnen. Die Wohnung hat ein gutes Preis- Leistunsverhältnis und wir würden wieder dort wohnen wollen. Danke. Andrea und Michael

Beautiful, cosy and very comfortable

Cannes off season is very nice, and this wonderful flat located in a very peaceful quarter made it great. Close to everything, nice shopping around, beach walks at 5 minutes, lots of sun. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is incredible with everything you might dream of. The view and the decoration are great. Very clean and cosy.

Parfait pour congrès et très confortable

Cet appartement très bien équipé a beaucoup de charme, ce qui change des meublés près du Palais ! La distance pour aller au centre est très raisonnable à pied avec une agréable promenade le long de la Croisette, et il y a un bus en dessous s'il pleut. Le quartier est idéal, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour petit déjeuner sous la residence. Accueil par une dame sympathique. Le lit est fait à l'arrivée, et la lirerie est très bonne.Wifi et TV au top. Je reviendrai.

Très jolie décoration et très bien équipé.

L'appartement est très confortable, et encore mieux que sur les photos. Belle vue, quartier très agréable avec des commerces de proximité.Facile d'aller à pied à la Croisette et aux plages. Stationnement gratuit dans la rue et pas de problème de place. Bonne surprise d'avoir le lit fait à l'arrivée avec un accueil par une dame de l'immeuble attentionnée. Nous reviendrons.

Très bel appartement !

Très bel appartement totalement rénové. Très bien décoré, agréable et bien équipé (Clim, TV, internet, lave linge, cuisine équipée). Bien situé (7 minutes des plages et 10 minutes du centre) dans un quartier calme avec tous les commerces de proximité nécessaires. Idéal pour un couple. Le balcon un peu étroit mais disposant d'un store très pratique. Une excellente location pour de superbes vacances. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Encore merci !!

I spent most of my childhood vacations in this apartment belonging to my grand mother. Years after, despite discovering the whole world, I realized that Cannes is still one of the few preserved paradise, despite the growing urbanization of the riviera, with a unique mix of mediterranean sea and beach leisure , a great offer of diverse cultural activities, and still a Provence atmosphere.
The quarter has been protected against urbanization excesses, and succeeded to keep the ancient charm of the Riviera, with the Russian Church, the art deco or 'années folles' villas, in a very green environment.
I wanted to restore this apartment giving it the cosmopolitan and timeless touch which makes the charm of Cannes, with all the state of the art amenities.
I come here a few times per-year, and I am pleased to put this very comfortable apartment at the disposal of travelers who, for holiday or for work, will be happy to feel at home and take the essence of the eternal riviera
