The apartment is well situated for access to the shops, restaurants and the cable car. It is also very quiet. It was very well furnished for our arrival, having provision in the cupboards of coffee, pasta, salt, pepper, oil etc, also toiletries and cleaning products.The apartment felt like home from home. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The two large balconies were a lovely bonus, giving brilliant views of the mountains and plenty of space to sit outside. There was no Wi-Fi, but that wasn’t a problem. There was excellent communication with the owner, who was very helpful and took time to answer queries.We enjoyed reading the ‘Livre d’or de la maison’. We could do many walks without using the car. A wonderful place to be in Summer. We have no hesitation in recommending the apartment. Thank you.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage mit gut ausgestatteter Küche und zwei Terrassen. Die Wohnung war schön eingerichtet und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im Vanoise. Leider musste die Bettwäsche extra bezahlt werden und es gab (noch) kein WLAN. Das Bad und die Toilette rochen leider modrig.

Séjour très agréable à Pralognan

Nous avons séjourné une semaine à deux dans cet appartement agréable, propre et très bien équipé. On peut déjeuner ou dîner sur le balcon principal - celui de la salle de séjour - qui offre une belle vue sur les montagnes avoisinantes. La documentation sur le parc national et les randonnées autour de Pralognan s'est avéré très utile.

Nous avons passés 3 nuits avec notre fille et petite fille, appartement spacieux, très bien équipé et propre. Conforme aux photos et descriptifs de Nicolas. Nous trouvons très pratique le système de remise des clés dans la boîte sécurisée. L'appartement idéalement situé permet d'oublier la voiture pour la durée du séjour, proche des commerces, activités, départ de balade. Nous reviendrons.

Appartement spacieux, joliment décoré, dans lequel rien ne manque. La vue depuis les terrasses et juste magnifique! C'est le point de départ parfait pour de petites ou de grandes randonnées, et le village est à 2 pas. Bref, nous gardons précieusement l'adresse et comptons bien renouveler cette super expérience!

After more than 10 years of rent to Pralognan in family, in particular in this very beautiful residence and this apartment nicely decorated and placed, we had the opportunity to acquire him(it). At 2 am 1/4 of Lyon, you can pass one week, a weekend of escape in winter as in summer, in season or off season.

What makes this property unique

Location in the station(resort) village, next to the center, the departures of ski runs (alpine or Scandinavian), of the center aqualudique and of the Olympic ice rink.
Very high quality of the residence, very well maintained by demanding owners
