Beautiful villa 125 m2, completely renovated in 2012 with garden and 2 very beautiful terraces, quiet, close to the sea and all amenities (beach club, tennis, mini-golf, shops, train station, ...) . Very functional house for a very pleasant family stay.

    Emplacement parfait prĂšs de la plage Benoit. Un peu loin des commerces mais ceux-ci faciles d’accĂšs en voiture. Maison agrĂ©able avec jardinet super pour les enfants. Literie confortable. Bref ! Rien que du positif !

    Maison trĂšs pratique pour une petite famille, et la proximitĂ© de la plage BenoĂźt, quelques minutes Ă  pied, parfaite pour les enfants. En contrepartie les commerces ne sont pas Ă  distance de marche Ă  pied (en vĂ©lo peut-ĂȘtre, nous n’avons pas essayĂ©). Un sĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able.

    Séjour réussi malgré une météo capricieuse

    Bel emplacement pour la plage et les grandes balades bord de mer sans danger avec enfants en bas ùge . Maison agréable bien équipée (petit détail : manque des crochets dans la cuisine et patÚres en général) Quartier calme.

    Bel endroit mais Ă  perfectionner

    La maison est trĂšs agrĂ©able . À l’arrivĂ©e forte odeur liĂ©e Ă  la non utilisation des canalisations depuis un moment ( salle de bain rdc ).. il faudrait aĂ©rĂ©r un peu plus avant et faire tourner la machine Ă  laver . PropretĂ© moyenne ( protĂšge matelas non laves , presence de cheveux et poussiĂšre sous les lits ). Deux ampoules cassĂ©es. Le coin repas aurait bien besoin d’un vrai luminaire. En cette saison on y voyait rien le soir dans nos assiettes. Il faudrait faire rĂ©parer les poignĂ©es de portes ( chancelantes voire une cassĂ©e Ă  l’étage ). Le tapis peau de chĂšvre de la chambre rdc est insupportable : poils en tous sens .. on a du la cacher Ă  l’étage ...bonjour les allergĂšnes. Surtout que l’aspirateur est HS. Il faudrait un meuble de rangement digne de ce nom dans la chambre du rdc , le cintre ne tient mĂȘme pas en largeur et pas d’étagĂšre. Sinon tout Ă©tait ok . Chauffage impeccable, emplacement sympa.

    Un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour Ă  La Baule dans la maison de Catherine, trĂšs bien situĂ©e Ă  100 m de la plage, peut-ĂȘtre un peu loin des commerces (Ă  pied). Seul point nĂ©gatif, le mĂ©nage qui n'a pas Ă©tĂ© fait avant notre arrivĂ©e, la raison de notre note 4/5.

    Toller Urlaub in schöner Umgebung

    Das Haus war bestens geeignet fĂŒr unsere 5-Köpfige Reisegruppe. GemĂŒtliche Terrassen mit genĂŒgend Sitzmöglichkeiten, schnellem Wlan und guter Ausstattung des Hauses. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Die Lage in direkter StrandnĂ€he ist unschlagbar, trotzdem ist kein LĂ€rm zu hören, weder vom Strand noch von der Strasse. Ein Auto zum Einkaufen ist nicht zwingend notwendig, aber durchaus hilfreich. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Nur die ErlĂ€uterung des MĂŒllkonzeptes scheiterte an unseren ungenĂŒgenden Französischkenntnissen. Auch der ausgehĂ€ngte Plan brachte uns nicht weiter. So folgten wir den auf den Beuteln angegebenen Bildern und hoffen, nichts verkehrt gemacht zu haben. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen und haben uns rundherum wohlgefĂŒhlt. Danke fĂŒr diesen schönen Kurzurlaub.

    Emplacement au top (100 mÚtres de la plage), quartier trÚs tranquille, maison bien agencée et bien équipée avec une terrasse et un petit jardin trÚs agréable. Nous sommes arrivés, nous avons garé la voiture et le reste du séjour s'est fait à vélo ! Tout était parfait nous reviendrons avec plaisir !!!!
