Stunning Seaside House
House for 6 to 8 persens with beautiful sea views in quiet location only 15 minutes walking from the village center.
With 150 m of living space, large living room, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, terrace, balcony and garden.
The house stands on a cliff overlooking the bay of Cadaques and also looking to the open sea. We find a public stairway down to the sea near by the house. Here you can swim and relax on the rocks or you can walk a fiew min to the next beach "sa Conca

Maison pleine de charme au calme avec une vue magnifique
Un peu à l’écart du village cette maison est très bien équipée notamment pour cuisiner. Elle dispose d’une vue magnifique sur cadaques , différente à chaque heure de la journée en fonction de l’heure. La plage est à 5 minutes à pied. Merci Julia !

La maison de Julia est top un peu à l’extérieur de la ville ce qui évite le bruit .
La vue est absolument fabuleuse de la maison et elle est parfaite pour 8 entre amis ou famille

Heerlijk huis op prachtige plek
De 2de keer in dit huis en weer enorm genoten. Formidabel uitzicht over de baai, heerlijk huis, op loopafstand van het dorp etc. Vakantie kan niet beter.

La casa es perfecta muy bien equipada y con unas vistas espectaculares a Cadaqués .Está situada a 15' del pueblo andando.
El único pequeño inconveniente es que no hay microondas ni lavaplatos pero Julia nos dijo que está en proyecto solventarlo

Nous avons été reçus avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d'attention par notre hôte Julia. La maison est située dans un quartier calme, elle offre une vue exceptionnelle sur Cadaqués. L’accès à la mer est facilité par un escalier à proximité. La maison est très confortable, une plancha pour l'extérieur et un micro onde compléteraient parfaitement l’équipement de la cuisine pour un prochain séjour !

Encore mieux que les photos
La maison de Julia est une très belle maison de vacances, très propre, construite à flanc de colline. Une volée d’escaliers permet de descendre vers une petit crique pour se baigner. Derrière commence le parc naturel avec une très belle promenade vers le phare et une superbe plage de galets. Comme le village de Cadaqués est très touristique, il est agréable d’être légèrement à l’écart, pour bénéficier du calme et de la meilleure vue qui soit. Nous étions huit personnes mais nous avons tous eu beaucoup d’espace. Les deux niveaux de l’habitation, les trois salles de bain, le très grand séjour, la cuisine très bien équipée, tout nous a donné l’impression d’être chez nous. Julia a été très serviable. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison !

Vert nice house with fantastic view!
We loved our stay at Casa Kauer. The host, Julia, is very responsive and helpful in all respects. She welcomed us the first day to show the house and its facilities and met us the last day to say goodbye. The house is located in a very nice quiet area and perfectly located to get some excersise either you are on your way to the beach or to the restaurants. There is a parking spot in front of the house, leave the car and use your legs in the beautiful surroundings. We recommend this place and would love to come back later.
