A renovated stone farmhouse located in the village of Kerdoualen, in the municipality of Moëlan-sur-Mer, a small fishing village in southern Finistère—very peaceful, sheltered, and listed as a historic site. Sandy and rocky coves are just 500 metres away, and beaches are a 10-minute walk along the coastal path. You’ll be able to go on excursions starting right from the house, enjoy water sports around the village (Kerfany-Les-Pins Beach, Beg Porz area), and go shore fishing depending on the tide.

The house features a large garden with a south-facing terrace. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom with a double bed (160) and 2 other bedrooms with single beds (2 and 2), plus a bathroom with a toilet. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, two living rooms, and a dining area. There is also another master bedroom with a double bed (160) featuring a shower, a separate toilet, utility room, wood-burning stove, and underfloor heating.
For picturesque walks, you can visit Port du Belon, where you’ll find the catch of the day, the ports of Brigneau and Doëlan, Pont-Aven (17 km), Concarneau (boats to the Glénan Archipelago), or Lorient (sailing), as well as surfing at Pouldu or the beaches of Guidel.

Bretonische Ferien

Ein sehr schönes renoviertes bretonisches Steinhaus mit wunderbarem Garten mit Obstbäumen. Man findet viele verschiedene Sonnen- und Schattenplätzen zum Entspannen auf den vielfältigen Gartenmöbeln. Gelegen in einem netten bretonischem Dorf mit kurzem Weg zum Sentier cotier und dem Meer, als auch zwei Stränden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder kommen. Einzige Anmerkung: in der Küche könnte einiges Equipment erneuert werden.

Relaxen in wunderschöner Umgebung

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr entspannt in einem großzügigen Haus mit ebensolchen Garten. Der kurze Fußweg zur Küste/ zum Strand und zwei Restaurants kam uns sehr entgegen.

Maison bord de mer

Maison très sympathique , joli jardin clos et une charmante petite plage à 6 minutes à pieds de la maison. Un environnement calme, la proximité d'un poulailler avec un ou deux coqs permet de profiter des premières lueurs du jour.

Belle maison au calme à distance à pied de la plage

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, favorisé il est vrai par la météo ensoleillée. La maison est parfaitement fonctionnelle, joliment décorée et très bien située, dans un beau hameau au calme. Le jardin est charmant. Plusieurs plages sont à 10 min. à pied par des sentiers agréables. Les environs de Moelan offrent une belle campagne et de délicieux sentiers le long des aven. L'accueil organisé par les propriétaires est chaleureux et de très bonne qualité. Seuls tout petits bémols selon certains : quelques chants de coqs chez le voisin. La chambre du rez-de-chaussée est moins agréable que les autres car elle donne directement sur la petite rue (mais il n'y passe quasiment personne).

Sehr gut!

Wir - 9 Personen - zwischen 3 und fast 76 Jahre waren sehr (!) zufrieden! Ja, die Beschreibung des Hauses war sehr präzise und die Fotos in der Homepage entsprechen der Wirklichkeit! Das Haus war sehr sauber und ist hervorragend ausgestattet! Die Informationen durch die Eigentümer waren sehr konkret und rundum hilfreich! Wir empfehlen die Adresse sehr gerne weiter! Hauptsächlich waren wir mit den Kindern am Meer, haben auch Märkte in Quimper, Concarneau und Moelan sur Mer besucht, meistens haben wir selbst gekocht! Es wäre schön, wenn diese Seite auch in deutscher Sprache zu lesen wäre!

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in Kerdoualen verbracht. Ich buche oft Ferienhäuser, doch keins war bisher so ansprechend, geschmackvoll und üppig ausgestattet! Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge in die schönen Städte, Häfen und Strände. Zu Fuß ist die Steilküste mit dem sentier cotier in 5 min zu erreichen, im Garten Lässt man den Tag entspannt ausklingen. Wir kommen wieder!

Beautiful house in very peaceful surroundings.

We had a wonderful family stay in Moelan sur Mer. This house is very tastefully decorated in restful shades of white, blue and grey and was very spacious for our family of 5. The nearby beach and creperie at Kerfany plage are lovely and the coastal walks (Sentier cotier )are really beautiful especially at Brigneau and Belon. We had one memorable meal out at La Taupiniere, Pont-Aven. Run by a T.V. chef and expensive but quite and experience. Guidel plage is nearby for good surfing beaches.

Maison parfait dans un endroit idéal.

Le maison était très comfortable et bien équipe. Il y a un grand, très beau jardin où nous avons prendre le petit déjeuner chaque matin dans le soleil! La côté est 5 mins par pieds sur un très joli chemin et il y a un très belle plage 2 minutes par voiture. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et nous allons retourner.

Notre meilleure expérience

Nous avons une longue expérience des locations tant en France qu'à l'étranger : aucune à ce jour ne nous a paru plus agréable que celle-ci! Prenez un hameau paisible proche de la mer. Ajoutez une grande maison qui ressemble plus à une maison que nous auraient prêtée des amis qu'à une location anonyme. Les propriétaires ont de réels talents de décorateurs! Tout est de bon goût, raffiné et élégant. L'équipement ménager est parfait, en nombre et d'excellente qualité. Excellent également l'ensemble de la literie. Un jardin de bonne taille, bien fleuri en ce début d'été. Je ne vous ai encore rien dit des propriétaires qui se sont montrés très prévenants et accueillants bien qu'à distance. Je terminerai par le chaleureux accueil et la disponibilité de Mme Mestric et de son aide pendant tout notre séjour. Une adresse exceptionnelle, je le répète!

Juste parfait !

Cette maison est aussi jolie qu'agréable. L'équipement est incroyable : tout est prévu tant pour les adultes que pour les enfants. La literie très confortable et le lieu silencieux sont propices aux belles nuits. Le jardin est très agréable. La situation fort appréciable car on accède à pied au sentier côtier. Les commerces sont à 5 mn en voiture. L'accueil est parfait et attentionné. Une vraie maison de vacances à la décoration raffinée où l'on se sent comme chez soi.

Séjour en famille pour Noël

Séjour particulièrement douillet en famille dans une maison très confortable et accueillante. Les propriétaires ont fait en sorte de rendre ce court séjour très agréable. La maison est extrêmement propre, décorée avec goût et tout est fait pour se sentir bien. Encore merci pour avoir contribué à faire de ce Noël en famille une réussite. Malgré la tempête, nous avons pu profiter du chemin côtier tout proche pour de magnifiques promenades dans un environnement calme et reposant. A renouveler très vite.

Superbe maison magnifique...

Superbe maison magnifiquement rénovée avec goût et authenticité. Nous avons passé une semaine très reposante on s'y sent comme à la maison. La région est magnifique et pas trop fréquentée... que du bonheur.
