Cellar of an entirely restored 18th century building, 55m2, floor comprising two bedrooms and a bathroom. Living room open onto a small tree-lined courtyard, facing south, quiet and not overlooked, with dry stone walls, terrace and garden furniture in exotic wood. Neat decoration, comfortable equipment. Nice views of the village from the rooms.
