Beautiful two bedrooms apartment, fully renovated in 2012. The room garden, located to the west, is 50 m2. The apartment is Ideally located: near beaches, the Croisette and Port Canto. Two supermarkets, two butchers, a fishmonger, pharmacy, hairdresser, post office and newsagent are located close to the building. There are also regularly a small market nearby.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Cannes! Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super – ganz in der Nähe verschiedener Strände und zahlreicher Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung selbst ist charmant eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht! Besonders praktisch war auch der vorhandene Parkplatz. Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich, der Check-in und Check-out verliefen völlig problemlos. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Schöne Wohnung für schönen Urlaub

Die Wohnung liegt in einem gepflegten Wohnhaus im Erdgeschoss ca. 5 minuten zu Fuss zum Strand. Alles was man braucht liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bäcker, Supermarkt, Restaurants etc... Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war von Anfang an unproblematisch und zuvorkommend. Alle Fragen wurden in kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Die Dame bei der Schlüsselübergabe war ebenfalls sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alles war sehr unkompliziert.Vielen Dank nochmal dafür. In der Wohnung selbst fehlt es an nichts. Die Küche ist komplett mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht.Sogar eine Spülmaschine ist vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und bequem eingerichtet. Der Platz ist für eine vierköpfige Familie mehr als ausreichend.Der Garten ist groß genug um auch draussen länger zu verweilen. Das wichtigste war die Garage mit eigenem Stellplatz, weil Parkplätze in der Hochsaison so gut wie nicht vorhanden sind. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt und würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder anmieten.

Cet appartement est : - bien situé quartier Palm Beach - très bien équipé, fonctionnel, refait à neuf, confortable - la place de parking est bien appréciée, car la voiture n'est pas indispensable commerces, plages à moins de 5mn Plus un bus qui mène au cœur de Cannes (pratique et belle balade le long de la croisette) -... et le plus, pour un appartement, le jardin où l'on peut se détendre au calme et à l'ombre Que souhaiter de plus ?

Description exacte et propriétaire ayant donné d'excellents conseils. Accueil sur place efficace et sympathique. L'appartement est très bien situé à proximité des plages (5 mn) et des commerces : supérette, boulangerie, boucherie (à 1 mn). Le quartier est très calme. Une voiture n'est pas indispensable. Il faut 15 mn pour se rendre à pied au centre de Cannes. Le PALM BUS, ligne 8, passe régulièrement également. La place au parking en sous-sol est bien pratique, en cas de difficulté pour trouver des places dans la rue. L'appartement a été totalement refait à neuf, il est décoré et est très bien équipé. La literie est d'excellente qualité.

Rien a dire à part du bien. Très bel appartement, propre, en bon état, bien équipé, joliment décoré, au calme. Très bine situé, tout est à proximité: plage, magasin, restaurants, parc pour enfants...Le jardin ombragé à été bien apprécié tout les jours( apéro, repas entre amis, espace des jeux pour les enfants) Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable donc nous y retournerons avec plaisir. APPARTEMENT TRES AGREABLE

Cet appartement a été refait à neuf récemment et avec goût. La salle de bain et la cuisine sont très bien équipées et très bien agencées. Le grand jardin de gravier à l'arrière de l'appartement est un plus indéniable. L'appartement se situe en outre dans un coin calme et très agréable de Cannes, avec plages et commerces de proximité dans les environs immédiats.

nous avons beaucoup apprécié le confort et l'aménagement de ce grand 2 pièces, qui possède un grand plus: le jardin où on passe des heures tranquilles. La situation dans le quartier du Palm Beach est parfaite: proximité des plages et de La Croisette,rue d'Antibes accessible à pied, bus au coin de la rue, supermarché et tous commerces au coin de la rue. Le garage privé est bien entendu très pratique. Bref , un séjour sans faute .
