Fabulous property

What a great home! Has a fabulous view. The house is well maintained and very clean. The kitchen has everything you would need . The owner was very welcoming. Would definitely rebook this property.

Wir haben zu viert 2 tolle Wochen in Fabiens Haus verbracht und jeden Augenblick genossen! Der wunderbare Blick auf das Meer, den man beim Essen auf der Terrasse genießen kann, die Ruhe, die super ausgestattete Küche, Betten in denen man bequem schlafen kann und ein Gastgeber, der sich so rührend um seine Gäste kümmert, wie ich es noch nicht erlebt habe, sind nur die wichtigsten Punkte! "Un angolo di Paradiso a Diamante"

Quest'Estate, dal 21 al 29 Agosto, con mio Marito e due dei nostri Figli, siamo stati ospiti di Questa Bella Villa a Diamante: il Signor Fabien, fin da subito, é stato gentile, a disposizione e accogliente, come anche i suoi Genitori. Abbiamo trovato la Casa pulita, ben accessoriata, luminosa e spaziosa; inoltre si trova in una zona silenziosa e tranquilla. Dal Gazebo e dai Balconi abbiamo potuto sia contemplare Meravigliosi Panorami nei diversi momenti del Giorno che ammirare l'isola di Cirella nella sua singolarità. Più volte abbiamo fatto colazione e cenato all'aperto e siamo riusciti ad utilizzare il barbecue esterno e il forno a legna, molto ben organizzati. Infine abbiamo goduto tonificanti bagni nelle acque cristalline dei Lidi vicini, semplici, ospitali e familiari. Speriamo.davvero di poterCi tornare la prossima Estate...!?

Meravigliosa!

La casa di Fabièn è bellissima, sia le stanze che gli spazi comuni sono ampi e confortevoli. La parte migliore resta l'esterno che offre la possibilità di mangiare con una vista pazzesca sull'isola di Cirella. Fabièn e la sua famiglia sono stati sempre molto disponibili con noi riguardo informazioni e consigli sui posti della zona, dalle spiagge ai ristoranti. Consigliatissima!

La pace dei sensi

La villa ha superato le mie aspettative e quelle dei miei amici. Le foto non gli rendevano giustizia. Svegliarsi la mattina con il panorama dell’isola di Cirella ed il mare è stato fantastico! Il barbecue è stato super apprezzato. Tutto stupendo! Se ricapiterà di tornare da quelle parti prenderò in considerazione questa villa. A presto! Silvia

''Soggiorno fantastico''

Siamo stati in questa fantastica casa per 10 giorni e non volevamo più andare via... Proprietari fantastici, molto disponibili e gentili. Abbiamo portato con noi anche i nostri due cani , la casa è perfetta per una famiglia numerosa che ha bisogno di spazio, in 10 minuti si arriva in spiaggia e a piedi si arriva a un supermercato piccolo ma abbastanza fornito.

Très bel endroit et accueil chaleureux

La maison est grande, confortable et on vit dehors sous la tonnelle avec une vue splendide. Autour des jolies plages, des petits villages accrochés à la montagne, des ruines à visiter. Beaucoup de commerces et de restaurants à proximité. Le village de Diamante est réputé pour ses fresques murales et est très typique. Les propriétaires sont vraiment très gentils et de langue maternelle française. Nous recommandons cette location sans réserve.

Soggiorno da Favola

Per chi vuole trascorrere le vacanze in totale relax con all'orizzonte un panorama mozzafiato...bhe questa è la casa ideale. Dotata dì tutti i confort e per i più esigenti anche di Wi-Fi .Posta in una zona tranquilla a debita distanza da una Diamante frenetica e chiassosa. I tramonti mozzafiato hanno fatto da cornice a questo piccolo paradiso.Da tornarci sicuramente, anche perché la villa è ben curato come il giardino. Un plauso anche ai proprietari, la Signora Aria e e suo figlio Fabien due splendide persone che ho avuto la fortuna di conoscere. Grazie di tutto e a presto

La casa è molto bella, grande e dotata di ogni confort possibile. Gli spazi sono grandi e il giardino oltre ad essere spazioso è anche molto ben curato. La vista sul mare permette di godere di fantastici tramonti. La signora Ariane è estremamente cortese e riservata. Voto 10 !!!

Ein-Traum-im-realen-Leben

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit reichlich Platz in jeder Hinsicht und einer beeindruckenden technischen Ausstattung. Es war sehr gepflegt (von Innen und Außen) , sehr sauber und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben als fünfköpfige Familie 4 Wochen lang die Lage, die Aussicht und das Wetter genießen dürfen und hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Durch den Vermieter wurden alle Fragen im Vorhinein beantwortet, so dass wir uns gut eingestimmt auf den Weg machten. Die Betreuung vor Ort war einfach perfekt - liebevoll und unterstützend wurde sich um uns gekümmert. Der Strand mit der vorgelagerten Insel ist einfach ein Traum (teilweise auch Sandstrand) und die Lage des Hauses am Hang mit dem unübertroffenen Ausblick sowie der zentralen Lage um seine Ausflüge nach Kalabrien (Sonnenuntergang beim Arco Magno, die Jesus-Statue in Maratea oder die Raganello-Schlucht) zu planen ist unbeschreiblich. Zu Fuß sind 2 kleine Supermärkte (mit frische Brötchen) und 2 Ristorante (Pizza auch zum Mitnehmen) leicht zu erreichen, die einem das Leben verschönern und mit dem PKW erreicht man schnell größere Supermärkte (Eurospar in Diamante, Vivo in Cirella, Iperspar in Belveder oder Lidl noch weiter im Süden), wobei man den Wochenmarkt in Diamante am Samstag Morgen ebenfalls empfehlen kann. Der Name Diamante kann wohl passender kaum gewählt werden, da es wirklich ein Juwel an der kalabrischen Küste ist. Mit vielen Geschäften, Restaurants und Eisdielen lädt es jeden Abend zu einem Besuch ein und lässt einen entweder in den kleinen verwinkelten Gässchen immer wieder etwas Neues entdecken oder auf der breiten Strandpromenade die lauwarmen Sommernächte genießen. Diese Unterkunft muss man eigentlich jedem weiterempfehlen.

Einfach wunderbar

War die Unterkunft wie auf den Bilder? Nein, denn es war noch viel schöner! Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gepflegt. Die Betten sind bequem, die Garage ist so groß, das sogar unser Volvo XC 90 hineingepasst hat, in der Küche gibt alles was man sich nur vorstellen kann und WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Und der Blick ist einfach traumhaft. Man kann sich garnicht satt sehen. Man sitzt wunderbar auf schönen Holzmöbel im Patio und genießt den Sonnenuntergang. Vielen vielen Dank an Fabian und Ariane. Ihr seid ganz wunderbare Gastgeber und euer Haus ist ein Traum. Wir wollten gar nicht nach Hause und kommen ganz sicher noch einmal zu euch.

Vacances au paradis

Une maison moderne de tout confort avec une terrasse exceptionnelle avec vue sur mer et sur l'île de Cirella où il fait toujours bon y vivre avec son superbe couvert en bois massif sculpté. La maison est très bien entretenue et le propriétaire et ses parents sont particulièrement avenants et sympathiques, ils sont rapidement disponibles en cas de soucis car ils habitent à proximité. La maison est grande et spacieuse, bien clôturée, elle convient particulièrement bien pour des familles. Le coût de la vie est avantageux et la qualité des produits locaux est au rendez-vous. Les plages sont très facilement accessibles à pied ou en voiture ainsi que le village de Diamante. L'animation est reine dans ce village avec beaucoup de concerts nocturnes de qualités et des commerces ouverts jusqu'au bout de la nuit. Les excursions sont également superbes et nombreuses dans la région. Bref, des vacances parfaites dans un lieu de rêve, reposantes mais également animées, gastronomiques, le tout pour un prix global des plus attractif. Je recommande sans réserve et chaleureusement à tous cette location pour un séjour authentique et de qualité en Italie.

« Que du bonheur! Villa spacieuse et confortable, jardin absolument unique et tellement agréable et calme. Vue imprenable et coin gazebo parfait pour les repas avec four à bois pour pizza et bbq. Deux véhicules garés en sécurité sans problème. Proximité immédiate de la plage, des bars et commerces. Et surtout que des touristes italiens, donc séjour authentique. Casa e dintorni stupendi

Casa bellissima con vista incantevole (tramonto sul mare mozzafiato). Pulita e con tutti i comforts. Facilissima da raggiungere. Eravamo in cinque e siamo stati benissimo. Il mare è a due passi e di una bellezza che non immaginavamo. Tantissime pizzerie e ristoranti con pesce fresco a portata di mano. L'ospitalità, la disponibilità e gentilezza della sig.ra Ariane e di suo marito vanno oltre ogni commento! Da consigliare a occhi chiusi...

La casa è stupenda, perfetta! Ti viene voglia di trattarla molto meglio della propria. Il posto è bellissimo con un bellissimo panorama. Diamante è un bel paesino turistico. E' indispensabile avere un'auto. I proprietari sono molto speciali. Sono ospitali, con un bellissimo spirito calabrese. L'annuncio è perfettamente coerente con quanto si trova nella realtà. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo. Abbiamo trascorso un bellissima vacanza !! Massimo & Monica

Séjour parfait !!!!

Nous avons séjourné en Calabre du 18 au 28 juillet 2013 !!! Lorsque nous sommes arrivés que place , nous avons été très agréablement surpris par cette villa qui apporte tout le confort nécessaire. La vue sur la mer est magnifique et le paysage splendide . La villa offre tout le confort (espace de vie bien grand, trois belles chambres, une super cuisine, un garage, deux salles de bains, ...). Les propriétaires vous fournissent la literie et tout le nécessaire toilette !! Les lits sont hyper confortables... Bref, il est impossible de manquer de quelque chose et vos vacances se dérouleront parfaitement !! Concernant les environs, les magasins sont très proches, la mer est à 10-15 minutes à pied ou deux minutes en voiture !! Un parking est à disposition et est entièrement gratuit. La plage juste en face de la villa est vraiment magnifique. Nous tenons à mettre l'accent sur la gentillesse des propriétaires... Ils ont TOUT fait pour que l'on se sente bien et qu'on passe des vacances magnifiques. Leurs conseils, gentillesse et simplicité nous ont permis de passer des vacances inoubliables .. Nous conseillons mille fois cette destinations de vacances ! Il est impossible que vous soyez déçus ... Ludivine, Priscilla, Lucia, Grégory, Pascale et Iliano
