Its position is convenient to reach all the beaches of the coast in a few minutes. The villa has been furnished by the owners, art lovers and passionate travelers who, enriching it with many small details, have made it even more magical and unique!
It consists of a large kitchen with sea view, lounge, two bedrooms, two bathrooms: one with shower and the other with tub. In addition, upon request there is a sofa bed in the lounge.
The large patio with sea view is furnished with table, chairs, armchairs and wicker sofa will help make your holiday unforgettable.

More than we expected!

My husband, daughter and I had a lovely stay at Villa Michaela. It was everything we hoped for and more. The house is bright and well maintained, the kitchen is well equipped to cook and the outdoor patio area and garden are fantastic. I will always have a picture in my mind of sitting in the garden under the olive trees looking out at the rolling waves. What a pleasure! We hope to return and certainly recommend staying at Villa Michaela!

Best villa in Lazio!

We had a most amazing 10 day rest on Michella's villa in September. The place is perfectly equipped with furniture, especially the kitchen. The most comfortable and cosy place of all house is the terrace with huge wooden table and a special place with armchairs and a sofa. House has 2 bedrooms: one for adults and 1 for the kids, but even the kid's bedroom is large enough to accommodate 2 adults. It also has 2 bathrooms, which are clean and spacious. We had a small dog with us and he felt very nice playing in the yard. The only 2 things that get us a bit upset: - the conditioner broke at the 2nd day of our stay, and wasn't fixed during it (but frankly speaking it wasn't very necessary so we didn't really remind the owners of it) - there is no beach you can reach by your foot easily. There are 2 hotel beaches which both cost around 5 euro per person without any equipment (sic!). There is also a public beach in 10-15 mins walk, but you would literally need to walk on the side of a busy road without a pavement. The best option for us was to use car and get to Gaeta beach in 5 mins. The owners were amazing and left us a bunch of great food along with some of their own specialties like olives, oil and wine.

Perfect!

Just returning from a week in Gaeta and very glad we selected Villa Michela for our stay. The house is clean and comfortable and even nicer than the photos. We especially enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, good shower and views of the sea from the lovely covered patio and yard. Even though there are neighbors on either side, the yard is gated and the house is private. You do need a car, but it’s in a convenient location, close to both the center of Gaeta and the pretty town of Sperlonga. I was a little worried about walking to the beach since I knew the house was on a busy road, but it was really no problem to cross. The closest beach access is at either The Summit or Il Ninfeo Hotel. Both rent chairs and umbrellas, and there’s a small discount at both when mentioning Villa Michela. We only went to Il Ninfeo’s beach, and I thought the price was reasonable. There are also many other beaches, restaurants and cafes less than five minutes drive away. The Di Ciaccio family was welcoming and responsive, especially Maria Rita who was patient answering all my questions. We also appreciated the gift of homemade wine and the use of the vegetable garden behind the house, where we could pick fresh tomatoes, onions and other fruits and vegetables. We would definitely return if in this area again. Highly recommend.

Delightful Property

Love the huge wooden table on the outside patio to sit and watch the view, play cards with the family and have dinner. Quaint property. Gaeta is such an interesting little town. Found some great restaurants down by the water. House is close to the beach. Would highly recommend this property. We were driving from Rome to Positano and chose Gaeta as our place in the middle to stop. Glad we did.

Beauty all around!

This was such a lovely place for our family to stay! We have 3 small children and they put another cot in the 2 bedroom room for us. The view while having meals or sitting to read is just so beautiful and relaxing. Maria Rita was extremely helpful anytime we needed something. It rained for most of our trip (in March) and she was so kind to offer us a free night stay for the following day that was suppose to be sunny! We took it, and were able to take the kids to the beach after all! So thankful! We want to come back some day.

Fab place beyond expectations. We were at villa Michela last week for the second time in two years...fantastic. The place suited us like a glove. Two adults and two little girls, we enjoyed any aspect of it, from its wonderful spatial qualities to its cleanness, location and decor, flexibility and cosines. Un angolo di paradiso veramente sospeso tra cielo e mare

Abbiamo amato ogni momento del nostro soggiorno in questa magnifica casa. Ci accoglie un panorama che incanta. Prima il giardino, poi il mare e il cielo. Sembra un quadro che non vorresti mai smettere di ammirare. La posizione è invidiabile. Alta sulla costiera, sempre fresca e ventilata, ma a poche centinaia di metri da una delle più belle baie del posto con acqua cristallina e sabbia fine. Abbiamo trovato ogni comodità possibile. La cucina ben attrezzata. Le stanze da letto con letti comodi. Il salone splendidamente rifinito. Aria condizionata in tutte le stanze. Bagni ampi e molto funzionali. Ma la parte del leone la fa il meraviglioso patio e il giardino. Ideale per mangiare con tutta la famiglia e per ospitare altri. Incentrato tutto intorno ad un tavolo enorme, per oltre dieci persone. Il giardino con sdraio, amache e perfettamente tenuto. E alla fine la chicca del Barbecue. Un menzione speciale alle sorelle che gestiscono la casa con amore e disponibilità. Un posto dove certamente torneremo e che difficilmente si dimentica.

Il nostro cenone di capodanno era buono, ma la cornice di Casa Michela l'ha reso magico e speciale, una casa al mare come la vorrei: comoda con una cucina superaccessoriata (le proprietarie ci hanno promesso che aggiungeranno ancora altre stoviglie) biancheria di qualità e in abbondanza ed un patio che purtroppo non abbiamo usato essendo inverno ma che è uno spettacolo. E' stato un piacere essere vostri ospiti, a presto!

Bellissima vacanza -Прекрасные каникулы

Abbiamo soggiornato nella nella villa Michela 4 settimane. La casa spaziosa, ben arredata, con vista splendida sul mare dal giardino del cucinino e dalla terrazza. Molto pulita, silenziosa, con un orto piccolo. La spiaggia piu vicina e piu bella della zona. Complimenti a Maria Rita e tutta la sua famiglia per ospitalita, continuate così!!! Sicuramente torneremo!!! Assolutamente da consigliare. Мы провели на вилле Микела 4 недели. Дом очень уютный, красивый, с великолепным видом на море из сада, из кухни и с террасы. Есть небольшой огород. Ближайший пляж находится в пешей доступности и, по нашему мнению, один из лучших в этом районе - небольшая уютная бухта, относительно малая заполняемость по сравнению с другими пляжами. Очень удобное расположение для знакомства с регионом. Спасибо большое Мария Рита и всей ее семье за гостеприимство. Очень бы хотели вернуться сюда еще раз. Grazie mille per tutto e a presto! Tatiana

Tra sogno e realtà

Villa Michela è uno di quei pochi posti al mondo dove ti domandi dormo o son sveglio? Dopo aver seguito le dettagliate informazioni di Maria Rita su come raggiungere la destinazione ci ritroviamo in uno scenario meraviglioso una villa con vista mozzafiato e con un tocco esotico che ti fa per un attimo sentire di esser davvero in paesi lontani. Ideale per staccare completamente la spina (grazie anche ad una lenta connessione internet) la casa offre tutti i comfort una cucina spaziosissima e ben fornita ideale per chi ama stare a casa e godersi un po' di pace dopo aver passato una giornata al mare. Comodo l'accesso alla spiaggia appena sotto casa ci sono 2 lidi un po' cari ma ne vale la pena!!! Non vedo l'ora di tornarciiiiiiiii

Splendida villa con vista mare, grande giardino, silenziosa, luminosa e accogliente.

E' stato un soggiorno piacevolissimo, la casa è arredata con gusto, completamente nuova, le vetrate su tutto un lato della casa la rendono luminosissima e regalano una vista incantevole. Pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort (aria condizionata, cucina attrezzatissima). Il giardino è grande e c'è un bel tavolo nel patio per mangiare fuori. Adatta anche per famiglie con bambini. Proprietarie estremamente gentili e disponibili. La consiglio vivamente. E poi Gaeta è splendida sia da visitare che per il mare.

comfort e vista meravigliosa

siamo stati benissimo a villa michela, io mia moglie e la mia bambina di 3 anni. la posizione della villa è perfetta con una vista mozzafiato e la possibilità di visitare tutte le insenature del golfo gaetano. La casa era veramente pulita e accogliente, dotata di tutti i comfort compresa una cucina spaziosa e super-attrezzata. siamo stati benissimo ed era novembre, non vedo l'ora di tornarci anche d'estate per godermi anch e lo spazio verandato esterno e il bellissimo giardino. Domizil mit Meerblick

Organisation mit der Vermieterin klappte im Vorfeld prima. Sogar ein nächtlicher Abholservice wurde arrangiert. Haus ist ein Traum, vor allem die große Terasse, Garten und Küche. Gut ausgestattet mit offenen Blick zum Meer. Strand ist fussläufig erreichbar, allerdings empfiehlt sich ein Auto, da man eine größere, starkbefahrene Strasse überqueren muss. Lärm durch die Straße war nicht schlimm, allerdings war bei uns Vorsaison, daher nicht viel Verkehr. Wir durften uns an dem Gemüsegarten bedienen, Großvater hat uns mit selbstgepflücktem Obst erfreut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt mit unseren 2 großen Kindern. Sehr erholsame Tage!

Wow, that's a magic holiday home!!!

Hello, We are just back from an Italian break. My family and I had the chance to spend the most amazing time in villa Michela. It's beauty, the magic of the settings (truly breathtaking views), and the fab house atmosphere and taste, is only matched by the owner's kindness. The Di Ciaccio's are truly lovely. Villa michela is perfect for kids as well as for adults no matter if you love to get cooking an Italian recipe or sunbathing or just hammock napping. The location is also ideal, although a car is advisable. We sincerely recommend this fab accommodation...

Wunderbare Woche in der Vila Michela in Gaeta

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Gaeta, auch wegen des herrlich gelegenen, stilvoll eingerichteten Hauses, mit seinem schön bepflanzten Garten und dem herrlichen Blick auf den Golf von Gaeta. Das Haus war in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Die sehr freundlichen Vermieter haben uns Wein, Gemüse, Oliven und Olivenöl geschenkt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall in die Vila Michela zurück kommen. Sämtliche Strände sind in hervorragendem Zustand (allerdings kostenpflichtig). Gaeta hat eine herrliche Umgebung und ist zudem eine wunderschöne Stadt mit sehr guten Restaurants direkt an den Stränden. Ein rundum empfehlenswertes Haus.

Villa Miche, soggiorno indimenticabile

Location perfetta e panorama mozzafiato hanno fatto di questo breve soggiorno uno dei più belli della nostra vita (vacanziera). Unito alla bellezza degli innumerevoli luoghi circostanti attraenti per la loro storia, le loro bellezze paesaggistiche e la loro incredibile varietà di prodotti della cucina e dell'artigianato locale. Ottima soluzione per una vacanza rilessante e rigenerante, lontana e nello stesso tempo ad un nulla dal clamore quotidiano delle spiagge affollate raggiungibili facilmente a piedi con percorsi a volte da trekking, o in auto. La villa è arredata in modo funzionale con arredi nuovissimi e di qualità, per i più esigenti si potrebbe tutt'al più aumentare la fornitura dell'attrezzatura da cucina, è fornita di ogni tipo di ellettrodomestico necessario a permanenze più o meno lunghe e in condizioni meteo più svariate. Villa Michela offre la possibilità di scegliere ogni giorno una vacanza diversa. Non perdete l'occasione di fare una generosa scorta del fantastico olio extrevergine prodotto da Di Ciaccio Senior. Unico neo, nel prezzo non è compreso il bel tempo garantito per tutta la durata della permanenza. Conviene pagare un supplemento per farselo fornire (se ci si riesce, naturalmente). Insomma un'esperienza da ripetere anche anno dopo anno.

Perfekt!

"Wir wurden von der Vermieterin herzlich empfangen und bekamen viele nützliche Informationen über Strände, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten... Bei auftretenden Problemen ( defekte Lampe) wurde sofort reagiert und Abhilfe geschaffen.Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub braucht. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist traumhaft!! Wir würden einen Urlaub in/um Gaeta und in diesem Haus immer wieder machen!"
