Charming Apartment in port of Nice, Nice

Ideally located in the heart of Nice in the Port district. Our condo is on 2nd floor 1/2 of a very peaceful "Niçoise house"; it has been completely renovated in March 2013. Very bright, with it's South orientation, you will appreciate the view on the port/sea (photo) and the proximity of the front side.
This flat is well distributed with an "american kitchen" and a nice bedroom associated to the bathroom (shower). Designed for two to four people maximum, you will appreciate the air-conditionned comfort of the living room (large sofa/bed in 160 cms), the complete kitchen amenities and the tastefully decoration. TV/DVD/internet.
This flat is ideally located to let your car in a parking since it is close to the heart of the old city (Vieille-Ville), close to the beaches (300 m), close to food-shops and restaurants (50 m).

Nice by the Sea

Great location- close to shopping, the "Old Village" and to the sea. Local transit makes it easy to get around the city and out lying cities. Our host, Jordi, was very helpful and a wonderful ambassador for the city of Nice and the surrounding area.

Their coming in Nice was well prepared by exchanging mails before their coming. Very nice people, positive and smiling even with the capricious weather of these two weeks. They nevertheless adapt and move a lot and I hope appreciate the different aspects of the city and surrounding towns. I thank them for keeping the house in a perfect state. They are welcome.

A super flat in quiet area. Exactly as detailed in description. We stayed for a month and Jordi was kind and helpful. Complete linen change twice during the stay. Jordi was easy to communicate with and the meeting and greeting was excellent He demonstrated how all kitchen gadgets worked and showed us where the excellent local supermarket and boulangerie were - all within 5 minutes walk. Jordi is an outstanding host and we recommend his flat without reservation hoping to return in the future.

Das franz. Bett....

Das Bett war für uns die "größte Herausforderung". Wir hatten die Anzeige nicht explizit darauf gelesen/untersucht. Zumindest sind wir JETZT schlauer :-) ! Ca. 1,30 m Breite mit einer Bettdecke (ja ich weiß, franz. Modell) und ca. 1,80 Länge war das Bett für uns so, dass immer die Füße deutl. unten rausgeschaut haben. Das mag im hießen Sommer angenehm sein..., jetzt im Feb. hat es "irritiert". Trotzdem war unser Urlaub dort und in der Wohnung ein Genuss. Dieser Kommentar soll als reelle Anmerkung zu verstehen sein.

Für kürzere Aufenthalte gut

Lage der Unterkunft absolut top, sowohl verkehrstechnisch als auch infrastruktur mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in nächster Nähe. Trotz dieser Lage liegt die Unterkunft ruhig aber zu beachten ist, dass bei bestimmter Windrichtung in der Flugschneise und da kann mannschon dem Piloten zuwinken. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Schlimmer fanden wir, dass die Wohnung sehr hellhörig ist und vom oberen Appartement jeder Schritt zu hören, mit Frühaufstehern, also jeden Tag start zwischen 5 und 6 Uhr... das war für 4 Nächte so. Bett im Schlafzimmer für 2 Erwachsene sehr eng, Matratze usw. ist sehr individuell, unsere war sie nicht. Über Sauberkeit urteilen wir nicht, auch in diesem Bereich liegen die Standards unterschiedlich und doch recht individuell. Alles in einem würde ich die Empfehlung für einen kürzeren Aufenthalt aussprechen, für uns wäre es für einen Haupturlaub nicht. Kommunikation mit Vermieter hervorragend, Danke!

Merci Viktoria pour cette appréciation quelque peu subjective. Concernant les lits : un est en 140 cms et l'autre en 160 cms de large, ce qui était précisé dans le descriptif de l'appartement. Pour ce qui est des avions, il est vrai que par temps de mistral ils passent à proximité, mais les jours de vent de mistral sont peu nombreux et vous n'avez pas eu de chance. En ce qui concerne la propreté merci d'avoir laissé l'appartement dans un bel état, il aurait quand même été dans l'esprit des locations saisonnières de vider le frigidaire, de jeter ses aliments non consommés et de jeter le contenu des poubelles remplies a ras bord. J'espère que vous avez passé quand même un bon séjour.
