Beautiful villa located on the exceptional site of Happy Bay. Sunset Fairy sun.
Villa of 160 m2 located on the exceptional site of Happy Bay. It is fully air conditioned, fenced and guarded (electric gate). The villa has been entirely decorated by the painter Francis ECK.
She understands :
- An entrance from the living room (leather sofa, coffee table, plasma: French and American channels, internet wi-fi and the library);
- A fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and electric plate);
- A cellar (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and American fridge)
- 3 large bedrooms (king size beds, cupboards and bathroom with shower);
- A large terrace overlooking the pool (living room, dining area, barbecue);
- Solarium of 50m2 with 6 chairs and
- A beautiful garden.
All parts of the Villa Lucia have a sea view.
For our customers we offer an additional free service. If you rent your car during your stay at our partner (+590 690 35 73 00). Julia will welcome you at the airport and take you if necessary up to the villa.
