Villa 100 m² renovated in 2011 and 2017 (double glazing and ecological insulation) calm, bright and relaxing.
Private swimming pool surrounded by a large wooden terrace of 40 m² for sunbathing and relaxation.
Calm, enclosed and planted garden of 400 m².
Large living room open to fully equipped kitchen.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (including 1 first bedroom with 1 kingsize double bed in 160 x 200 and the other with double bed in 140 x 190). A bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower. Separate toilet.

In the villa: games for children, books, tourist information, good addresses, board games

In the garden: barbecue, deckchairs, hammock are at your disposal.

The house is fully maintained with healthy and ecological products.

Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet, wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt benötigt, von den Küchenutensilien über die Waschmaschine bis zu Bettwäsche und Handtücher.Die Sonnenliegen und -stühle, den Essbereich draußen und natürlich den Pool haben wir täglich genutzt und konnten unseren Urlaub sehr genießen.Isabelle und Éric sind sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber.Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We really enjoyed our stay! From the first minute that we met Isabelle and Éric until our day of departure. The residence is in a small sub city of Avignon and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Your basic needs are around the corner, 2 bakeries, hypermarket in 5 minutes. The residence itself is clean, feels like new and there is a nice swimming pool. There is no airco but if you follow the instructions from Isabelle you can keep it cool and comfortable.

Maison plutôt agréable mais très chaude . Dans l’ensemble bon séjour mais la propriétaire nous a retiré 50 euros pour une nappe cirée soit disant déchirée alors que nous avions remplacé le moindre verre brisé . Mauvaise mentalité, je n’y retournerai pas.

Quel dommage que vous n'ayez pas suivi nos conseils pour garder la fraîcheur dans la maison ! À savoir fermer les fenêtres et entre-bailler les volets pendant les heures chaudes et tout ouvrir la nuit pour faire rentrer la fraîcheur... Vous qui parlez de mauvaise mentalité, sachez que nous n'avons jamais eu de soucis en 7 ans de location. Nous mettons tout en œuvre pour satisfaire nos locataires. Nous avons fait de même avec vous, ainsi vous avez pu bénéficier de prestations supplémentaires offertes à savoir mise à disposition d'une télévision écran plat 42 pouces, baignoire bébé, 1 place supplémentaire de parking pour garer vos 2 véhicules... Il est regrettable que vous omettiez d'en parler tout comme vous avez omis de nous parler de certains dommages occasionnés dans la maison à savoir nappe déchirée, bris de verres de bouteilles éclatées dans le congélateur ... Nous sommes déçus également de votre comportement et manque de transparence mais vous souhaitons tout de même une bonne continuation.

Super séjour dans cette maison, parfait pour des vacances entre amis

Maison moderne avec un jardin spacieux et piscine pour se rafraîchir (indispensable pendant la canicule !) La maison est parfaitement située pour visiter Avignon et ses environs. Elle est moderne et décorée avec goût. La communication avec les propriétaires étaient top, ils nous ont accueillis chaleureusement chez eux. Merci beaucoup

La propriété est semblable aux photos, très agréable à vivre. Proche Avignon et autres points tourisitiques. La communication avec Isabelle et Eric est très facile et réactive. Je recommande vivement.

Réception très chaleureuse par les proptiétaires Isabelle er Éric. Maison très agréable et fonctionnelle. Bien aérée la nuit. Jardin et terrasse avec la piscine sont vraiment appréciables. Environnement calme et voisinage très accueillant. Lieu idéal pour des festivaliers d'Avignon...ou pour une famille cherchant le repos...avec des commodités proches.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans la maison d'Isabelle.... L'endroit convient parfaitement si l'on souhaite vivre le festival d'Avignon tout en étant au calme ... Petit village sympa, transports en commun aisés : cela permet de vivre pleinement le festival sans les inconvénients du parking... Le logement est aménagé avec goût... Les propriétaires nous ont transmis quelques adresses de resto sympas... Bref un séjour détente et culturel réussi ...

Séjour parfait!

Maison spacieuse, très agréable et bien équipée. Nous avons profité au maximum de la piscine et de la terrasse et du barbecue car nous avons eu un temps magnifique. Idéale pour des vacances en famille. Les propriétaires sont charmants et très accueillants.
