The house is divided into two independent parts, one for the tenant and one for the owner of an area of 8000 m2 surrounded by vineyards and olive trees not overlooked. the pool is heated May June September and October, and the pool house (deep fryer, ice cube machine, plancha, beard cue ....) is at your disposal .A 20 km of the sea (the grau of the King the great mound. .) and 1 h of the Cevennes we are ideally placed for nice walk. for more information you can contact me.

BEAUTIFUL PLACE

Lovely couple , beautiful amazing place , nice and peaceful just what i wanted , if you like peace and quiet and walks this is ideal, ,exactly as described, they gave us a couple of bottles of wine which was very nice 😀, i took car so could drive to monoco and st tropez and also get about ,supermarket 10 mins away ,saving up now to go again awesome holiday 😀

Perfect spot!

What a beautiful spot! It had everything we needed and Daniel and Valérie were lovely hosts, available but entirely discreet. The highlight for us was the pool area - we spent most afternoons there, enjoying the respite from the heat of the day. The home is a great base for exploring the area and a trip to the beach was only about 35 mins away. We’d definitely recommend a stay here!

Cycling & relaxation

Good location for us to mountain bike from the house directly onto the forest trails in nature & isolation. Fabulous house to spend time also, Daniel & Valerie were excellent at ensuring privacy but also helpful if required.Lovely outdoor & pool areas & comfortable inside. Short cycle to the cafe/ Bar & Supermarket. Big thank you jim

A luxury estate

We spent one week in a luxury estate without open wishes. Everything was fine and the contact very pleasant. Because of various offers like boule, table tennis table, a nice pool or a trampoline, it is very recommendable for families. Thank you very much!!

Magnifique Gîte

Très beau gîte dans un superbe endroit.Le petit coin cuisine extérieure à côté de la piscine est un vrai plus. Des hôtes très accueillants et sympathiques.Nous recommandons vivement et y retournerons certainement si nous revenons dans cette région.

Sommerferien

Wir haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der Aussenbereich mit Garten, Pool, und Poolküche ist einfach ein Traum. Daniel und Valerie sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wenn wir wieder in dieser Gegend Ferien machen dann sicher wieder hier.

Très bon séjour

Accueil chaleureux par Daniel et Valérie, maison très propre et confortable avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Le gros point positif : la piscine avec la cuisine extérieure et le trampoline, nos enfants ont adoré et nous aussi. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit pour des vacances paisibles au milieu des vignes, tout en étant proche des sites touristiques et de la côte.

Alles was bijna perfect

De accomodaties is haast perfect. Het zwembadwater is werkelijk verwarmd. Aan het zwembad grenst een buitenkeuken met veel mogelijkheden. Aperitief, bereiding van eten, bbg en een bakplaat voor groenten en vlees is aanwezig en bovendien makkelijk te bedienen te bedienen. De vakantiewoning grenst aan de woning. Maar de eigenaars zijn zeer bescheiden en zeer aangenaam in de omgang. De vakantiewoning is zeer gunstig gelegen van het en eveneens centraal gelegen om uitstappen te doen in de omgeving. Het enige minpuntje is het geluid van de autosnelweg dat je soms kan waarnemen wanneer de wind uit een ongunstige hoek blaast. Wij zouden er allezins terugkeren naar deze accommodatie.

Gîte au Top dans une région magnifique

Le gîte est impeccable et parfaitement équipé (petit bémol pour le lit en 140cm, mais c'est vraiment le seul petit défaut). 2 belles terrasses, mobilier extérieur et surtout l'espace Piscine avec le pool house équipé d'une plancha, d'un barbecue, d'un réfrigérateur et d'une machine à glaçon est vraiment génial. Nous y avons mangé tous les soirs. Nos hôtes, Valérie et Daniel, sont charmants, aux petits soins, discrets et serviables. Bref nous avons passé une magnifique semaine à Vergèze et y retournerons avec plaisir.

Agréable et reposant

Espace piscine idyllique, Maison bien équipée, propriétaires très sympathiques et discrets. La piscine chauffée est un vrai plus. Seul petit bémol, les serviettes ne sont pas fournies, mais nous le savions.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié....

.... la maison: il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Très spacieux! Entrée séparée, la place pour garer la voiture. Seulement la mezzanine un peu bas... .... l'exterieur. Le jardin, la piscine (chauffée!) et surtout la poolhouse! Extra!!!! (On entend en peu l'autoroute, mais cela n'a pas dérangé) .... les propriétaires! Très sympathiques, attentifs et toujours à l'écoute!!! On s'y est beaucoup plu et aimerait bien retourner! Merci encore!

Entspannte Ferien in ländlicher Umgebung

Wir haben herrliche Tage hier verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles perfekt wie beschrieben, super eingerichtet und ein gepflegter Garten. Soviel Luxus für uns als Paar war toll. Der warme große Pool, dann schöne Liegen unter Olivenbäumen, grillen im Poolhaus. Leben wie Gott in Frankreich. Danke an Daniel und Valerie für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft und den leckeren Wein. Wir haben uns in den Caveau d‘ Heracles gut damit für zuhause versorgt. Der marché in Calvisson war toll und auch sonst gibt es viel zu entdecken. Wir haben noch nicht alles gesehen und hoffen wieder zu kommen. Merci ♥️ Monika und Guido

Traumhaft!

Schönes Ferienhaus mit großem, gepflegten Garten und Pool. Highlighti st das Poolhaus mit Außenküche, insbesondere die Eiswürfelmaschine. Die Eigentümer sind nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Angaben im Inserat sind zu 100% zutreffend, die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Wir kommen gern wieder. Liebe Grüße an Daniel & Valérie

Super séjour

Super séjour, au calme. Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins et toujours prêt à rendre service. La maison est très chouette et la piscine avec son coin barbecue est super sympa. Proche des commerces et d’un jolie parc. Si nous repassons à Vergéze c’est sûr que nous saurons où dormir. Merci pour l’accueil.
