Our rural apartment is located in one of the most beautiful places in Asturias, in the Natural Park of Las Ubiñas-La Mesa, near the Senda del Oso, 35 minutes from Oviedo, just 50 minutes from the beach and Gijon only one step for hiking, horseback riding, cycling, climbing, caving, and a host of multi-adventure sports. You can also enjoy the excellent cuisine of the area, famous for its seasonal dishes such as hunting (wild boar), the Asturian stew or stew, made with raw materials from the area. What more could you ask for?
It has a Jacuzzi in the master bedroom with stunning mountain views, cozy fireplace in the living room-kitchen, sofa bed, private barbecue and garden furniture.

La ubicación es perfecta para los que buscan desconexión total. No hay cobertura de móvil (al menos de Vodafone ninguna).
Estás rodeado de bosques preciosos y ríos con agua.
La carretera que asciende hasta la aldea es empinada y tortuosa,pero poco transitada. No hay peligro. Hay algunos jabalíes pero no molestan.
La molestia viene en realidad de los gatos y perros. En particular me molestan más los gatos porque se cuelan por todos lados. No es un problema de fácil solución. Los perros si no vas con perros, tampoco son un gran problema porque no son agresivos. Si llevas perros entonces tienes que buscar un equilibrio entre tus perros y los del pueblo.
De la casa me gustaron las vistas desde la habitación y el baño y el esfuerzo de instalar placas solares.
La cama no era cómoda. Demasiado blanda. Las almohadas de mala calidad. Tampoco era de buena calidad la ropa de cama.
El jacuzzi funcionaba correctamente.
El salón tiene el inconveniente de tener metido dentro el termo del agua que lo hace feo. Sacarlo fuera daría más espacio y es más estético.
La cocina carece de sitios para guardar cosas de comida.
La comunicación con el dueño es a través de una señora que vive a pocos metros que regenta un bar muy cera de la casa que por estar siempre cansados no visitamos, y que te ayuda a resolver problemas como si se desconecta el WiFi por ejemplo, como nos sucedió a nosotros.

Apreciamos tu comentario y el tiempo dedicado a compartir tu experiencia. Respecto a los gatos, su presencia es común en aldeas rurales, donde son esenciales para el control de roedores y ayudan a evitar el uso de venenos dañinos para el entorno. Entendemos que no todos los huéspedes están acostumbrados a estos animales, pero forman parte del equilibrio natural junto con los perros de la ganadería.
En cuanto a la comunicación, estuviste en contacto directo con nosotros, los propietarios, a través de correo, y además contamos con una persona de confianza en la aldea para cualquier imprevisto. Nos esforzamos por brindar una atención cercana y personalizada.
Sobre la ubicación, a 500 metros de altura, permite disfrutar de vistas espectaculares. Aunque la carretera es algo pendiente, consideramos que es parte del encanto de la zona. El trayecto, aunque pequeño, forma parte de la desconexión que muchos de nuestros huéspedes valoran.
Lamentamos que el colchón no haya sido de tu gusto. Es un modelo Pikolin de calidad con tecnología Bultex y viscoelástica, diseñado para adaptarse al cuerpo. Las almohadas, también de calidad, son de la marca Velfont. Sabemos que estos elementos son muy personales, pero nos esforzamos en ofrecer lo mejor para garantizar un descanso óptimo.
Agradecemos tus sugerencias sobre el termo y siempre estamos abiertos a mejoras. Nos alegra que hayas disfrutado de las vistas y del esfuerzo por hacer la casa más sostenible. Gracias nuevamente por tu estancia.

La casa se situa aislada en el monte, con lo cual la estacia es muy tranquila y acogedora.
El único inconveniente es que al tener termo hay que administrar el agua caliente. Por lo demás, todo muy bien.
