70 m2 nice house build in 2010 with its own garden and terrace, all is new with fine design and decoration. The house is inspired of fisherman house . It is a quiet area between the center of the city and the port and its restaurants and its animation. 2 bedrooms one with large comfortable bed and the other with 2 single bed very comfortable too. Terrace garden barbecue, exterior furniture. All the confort.

Schönes Ferienhaus, zentral und doch ruhig

Es gibt Ferienhäuser, da fühlt man sich von Beginn an wohl. Dieses gehört definitiv dazu. Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hat alles, was man zum Wohnen und Kochen braucht. Zum Hafen und den verschiedenen Stränden ist es nicht weit - es empfiehlt sich auf jeden Fall ein Fahrrad. Das Grundstück ist gepflegt; vor allem hat man zwei Terrassen, so dass man zu jeder Zeit im Schatten sitzen kann. Mme Dimulle ist eine sehr freundlichen Person, jederzeit zu erreichen, antwortet umgehend und organisiert, was man braucht. Capbreton eignet sich als Ausgangsbasis für die Umgebung, seien es Ausflüge in die Pyrenäen, in kleine und große Städte wie Biarritz oder ins spanische Baskenland.

Agréable location au calme et idéalement située

Bonnes proportions pour cette petite maison idéalement située entre le port et le centre ville tout deux accessibles par piste cyclable, tout comme les magnifiques plages de Capbreton et de Hossegor. Rue peu passante, terrasse en jardin très agréable. Equipements complets, exception faite du four micro-onde (pratique avec les enfants...) qui manque à l'appel. Petit bémol sans conséquence! Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Lovely!

We stayed here for 2 weeks and had a very enjoyable time. The apartment is fairly compact but has 2 generous outdoor areas and is very well equipped. Lovely well appointed kitchen and bathroom, loads of fluffy towels, super comfy lounger cushions ect. We also found it to be very relaxing to stay with our one and 5 year old children. The street is one way so only people who live on it come down it and it is very quiet. Outdoor areas are safe and contained. Supermarket 3 mins walk. Also Slyvie - the host is charming and helpful. All in all can't recommend it enough.

Enchanté par ce sejour. La maison est neuve, les équipements sont modernes et de bon gout. Tout est propre et confortable. Salle de bain et sanitaires impeccables. Emplacement ideal proche des plages et des commerces tout en étant au calme. Pas de problèmes pour se garer devant la maison ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas dans le reste de la station... Deux terrasses (une de chaque cote de la maison) et un jardin pour des activités exterieures tres agreables (repas entre amis, sieste, bronzage). Les propriétaires sont charmant, tres accueillants et attentifs au confort de leur locataires. Je recommande sans hesitation.

Maison calme avec petit jardinet, meublée avec goût, propre et moderne,bien équipée en électroménager et en mobilier, bien située entre capbreton et hossegor, proche de toutes commodités. Seul petit bémol la literie de la chambre parentale.

Maions très agréable, on s'y sent comme chez soi!

C'est une maison plein de charme, très joliment décorée, très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. Les prestations proposées sont de qualité: les lits sont faits à l'arrivée: quel bonheur après de nombreuses heures de voiture! Tout est très propre. Nous y avons passé de très belles vacances en profitant du jardin et de la terrasse en toute quiétude. Le quartier est très calme (la rue est très peu passante) tout en étant proche du port et du centre ville: Vous pouvez vous déplacer à pied ou en vélo pour trouver tous les commerces nécessaires. L'accueil est très chaleureux et les propriétaires aux petits soins. Nous adorons cet endroit et y reviendrons. Nous recommandons cette location: aux familles avec des petits et des adolescents, aux séniors, couples.
