Super emplacement devant l’océan. Belle plage près des commerces. Commerces à proximité. Proche de toutes villes à visiter : Capbreton, hossegor, Biarritz, saint jean pied de port, saint jean de luz. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances

Tres bien situé

Petite maison dont la situation est ideale, juste derriere la dune, a proximité des commerces et des plages. La maison n est pas grande mais la terrasse est agreable. Joelle est tres accommodante.

Une propriétaire appliquée, organisée et arrangeante, merci beaucoup Joëlle ! La maison est vraiment petite, à 2 on l'a remplis. L'intérieur est sympathique. Après avoir contourné la dune (qq centaines de mètres sur le chemin des dunes après le portillon) protégeant du vent et de la chaleur une super plage à porté de main. Des kilomètres de sable ! Calme en fin septembre. Sinon dans une résidence avec plusieurs chalets à 4 unités d'appartement chaque.

Sind herzlich empfangen worden. Das Haus liegt direkt hinter der Düne. Es ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Danke

Je ne recommande pas du tout ce vacancier. Leur attitude a été plus que surprenante et décevante. Nous n avons pas eu de précision quand à son horaire d arrivée. Notre conciergerie a attendu de ses nouvelles en vain. J ai laissé les clés à sa disposition pour qu il puisse s installer à sa convenance. Puis le lendemain, un message très surprenant indique qu il ne veut pas du logement, invoquant entre autre la présence d insectes ! oui quelques abeilles butinent en Juin dans cette résidence où la végétation entretenue reste presente !!!!. Il me demande un remboursement directement sur son compte ! Cela ne correspond pas du tout aux modalités du site. Le pire il invoque que ma location n est pas celle des photos !!!!. Je crains vraiment que ce vacancier meconnaisse le fonctionnement du site, je regrette qui n aït pas communiqué afin d éclaircir certains points. Je crains qu il se soit trompé d adresse. Pourquoi n a t il pas pris contact avec moi ? Nous aurions ainsi pu l accueillir avec toutes les bonnes intentions qui nous sont chères en qualité d hote. Je loue la maisonnette de la d'une depuis plusieurs années et tous les vacanciers que j ai eu le plaisir d accueillir ont fait part de leur totale satisfaction.

Petite maison sympathique

La localisation de cette maison est parfaite pour accéder à la plage bien entendu (5mns à pieds par un chemin piétonnier à travers la dune) mais également au centre ville. Les fournitures nécessaires sont là. La salle d'eau est fonctionnelle ainsi que les chambres (petites il est vrai mais c'est pour les vacances). La terrasse couverte (assez grande en fait) a été très appréciée, surtout par temps de pluie ! Le parking privé (deux places) est un plus.

Terasse liegt auf der Rückseite des Hauses, also nicht zur Düne/Meer hin, damit hat man morgens Sonne, blickt aber zu den Nachbarhäusern, die einem teilweise auf den Frühstückstisch schauen, also ein bißchen Campingplatzatmo. In der Vorsaison ok, danach dürfte es nicht sehr ruhig sein. Vermieterin sehr nett, Strand sehr schön, aber natürlich mit den ortsüblichen hohen Wellen. Für das stürmische Wetter Anfang Juli kann niemand etwas, aber dass das Baskenland so grün ist hat natürlich seine Gründe; insg. haben wir uns wohl gefühlt.

La maisonnette de la dune se situe dans une copropriété comme la majorité des villas patio de ce type. La copropriété des Jardins de la plage est une résidence d'ambiance familiale qui garantie le calme même en pleine saison. Il y a donc des voisins qui sont souvent des propriétaires ne louant pas leur logement et qui viennent juste y passer quelques weekend ou vacances, c'est le cas des voisins faisant face à notre logement. Il est impossible de trouver un logement avec une telle situation exceptionnelle au pied de la plage et à ce tarif hors d'une résidence. Nous avons choisi cette villa patio orientée vers l'est avec le soleil le matin afin que la terrasse à l'avant de la maison soit un lieu de vie à l'abris du vent venu de l'océan parfois frais ou transportant le sable de la dune. Il nous semblait prioritaire de profiter du site sans avoir la nuisance du sable jusqu'au fond de la tasse de café du matin. Notre terrasse protégée orienté Est reste à l'abris de toute nuisance.
