Completely renovated stone farmhouse in the Tuscan hills overlooking the hills and Volterra, ideal for those who want a beach holiday and contact with nature, in the silence of the countryside. The apartment and 'completely independent with private garden with table, chairs, umbrellas and chairs. It has cable landline and WII Fi. It is located 13 km from the sea, the road to get there and 'smooth and scenic. A 15 km from Bolgheri, 25km from Volterra, 60 km from Pisa, 100 km from Florence, 80 Km from Siena, 50Km from Baratti and Populonia and from the embarkation for the island of Elba. Time to relax in a beautiful accomodation

Clean, comfy, a big garden for the dog and yourself, a washing machine, a beautiful view over Guardistola. Pippo was too kind and helps with Tipps. Once a week there was fresh linen and towels. Top services. Beach is 15-20 minutes away, we recommend Casale Marittimo for nice evenings nearby, but also Guardistola has nice places.

Ein sehr schönes kleines Häuschen. Der gesamte Bereich war eingezäunt, so dass unser Hund frei laufen konnte. Alles war gepflegt und ordentlich, was man brauchte war vorhanden.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort - denke das sagt schon alles! Es ist eine kleines, gemütliches Ferienhaus mit allem was man benötigt. Liegt etwas abgelegen wodurch man wirklich seine Ruhe hat.

Relax e tranquillità

Il soggiorno alla Casina è stato al di sopra delle nostre aspettative. Esperienza molto positiva. Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e professionalità dai proprietari, che si sono prestati immediatamente a soddisfare una nostra esigenza risolvendo un problema causato dalla piccola taglia dei nostri cani, predisponendo un ulteriore protezione al cancelletto di entrata,per evitare eventuali fughe. Gesto davvero molto apprezzato. I proprietari sono persone molto gentili ed accoglienti, ma mai invasivi, la nostra privacy è sempre stata rispettata, sono stati molto attenti a non disturbare il nostro soggiorno, praticamente ci siamo sentiti come a casa, anzi meglio, visto la pace che offre quel luogo, immerso nella natura, naturalmente fresco e ventilato. Ma allo stesso tempo non distante dal mare 10/15min d’auto e da diversi centri Termali 30/40min. Consigliato veramente.

Un angolo di tranquillità rigenerante

Appendice di casa ben tenuta, ottima pulizia e con tutto l'occorrente di cui si possa aver bisogno. Esterno estremamente sfruttabile per godere di sole, silenzio e panorama sulle colline toscane della zona. Proprietari gentilissimi, disponibilissimi (siamo stati supportati in modo eccellente per un nostro problema privato) ed ottimi interlocutori per scoprire i luoghi da visitare durante il soggiorno. Vivamente consigliato. Ritorno sicuramente da prendere in considerazione.

Casa molto carina e con tutto l'occorrente,noi eravamo in 2 più 2cani e ci siamo trovati tutti e4 bene.ottimo compromesso sia per il mare, che per chi come noi, lo alternava a camminate in mezzo alla natura. Vacanza a Guardistallo Agosto 2020

Casa carina con un grande spazio esterno, adatto a famiglia con Bambini ed anche a famiglie o coppie con animali. Una cosa da rivedere sono i giochi nel giardino (altalena, scivolo )ecc . in quanto in pessime condizioni, molto sporchi quindi una famiglia con bambini molto piccoli non li poteva usare . Per il resto casina perfetta a 10 minuti di macchina dal mare . Ho dato due stelle al chekin ed alla comunicazione con il professionista in quanto all'arrivo non c'era nessuno ad attenderci per darci il benvenuto (cosa mai successa in tutti i luoghi dove ho soggiornato) ed anche durante quei 5 giorni si è fatto vedere solo per 5 minuti in quanto chiamato da me per un piccolo problema alla tv. Comunque apparte questo ... abbiamo trascorso una bella vacanza.

VIVA LA CASINA !!!!

A pochissimi km dal mare, ma in piena collina, in zona di campagna, fresca e leggermente sopraelevata con una strada di collegamento veloce e straordinariamente all'ombra, ideale meta di vacanza per piccoli nuclei familiari, la proprietà è di recente innovazione. Un grande giardino esclusivo e prospiciente l'abitazione è sede ideale per gli amici a 4 zampe, sicuro e tranquillo, quasi completamente all'ombra. Dopo una primavera di tensione a causa del Covid 19, era la vacanza che volevamo e che abbiamo avuto. Proprietari gentili, ma presenti e riservati. Se torneremo sulla costa etrusca con il nostro amico a 4 zampe Pepe, ne saremo sicuramente di nuovo ospiti. VIVA LA CASINA CON GIARDINO !!!!

Casetta veramente bella, realmente come nelle foto, attrezzata di tutto l occorrente, pulita e molto fresca. La vista è spettacolare.. Riposo per gli occhi e la mente. Albe e tramonti bellissimi. Da una parte si vede il mare e dall altra le luci di Volterra. Vacanza bellissima che non posso fare altro che consigliare. L ultimo pezzetto di stradina carraia è un po in pendenza. Ritorneremo sicuramente. Proprietari discreti ma presenti per ogni evenienza. In vacanza con il cane è perfetta

Filippo und seine Frau haben uns herzlich begrüsst und waren für Fragen und Tipps jederzeit offen! Wir haben eine Woche Erholung pur erfahren und würden das Häuschen jederzeit wieder anmieten und auch weiterempfehlen! Die Bilder entsprechen voll und ganz dem Zustand des Häuschens... Die Ausstattung entspricht ganz der Beschreibung... Es war sauber und gepflegt! Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden oder zu bemängeln! Guardistallo ist zentral gelegen und ein guter Ausgangspunkt zum Meer und zu den bekannten Städten wie Volterra, Siena, Lucca, Bolgherie etc. Eines steht für uns fest: Wir kommen wieder :-)))

una vacanza all'insegna della tranquillità

cercavamoun luogo per trascorrere alcuni giorni nella tranquillità, nelle vicinanze del mare: l'abbiamo trovato qui! l'appartamento è accogliente, pulitissimo e con una gradevole frescura, anche con 34/36 gradi all'esterno. Lo spazio all'esterno invita alla sosta e alla riflessione... e piccolo gioiello il locale bagno. Siamo stati bene e l'accoglienza è stata ottima: disponibilità massima e discrezione! grazie Filippo. Abbiamo cenato una sera a Guardistallo, dal Pinzagrilli... dopo aver letto diverse recensioni... ma solo se ci andate scoprirete quanto vale questo locale! Tutto quello che cercavamo l'abbiamo trovato!!!

Ein traumhafter Ort zum Entspannen!

Wir haben hier zwei wunderbare Wochen verbracht. Filippo und seine Frau waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants usw. gegeben. Das Häuschen hält, was die Beschreibung und die Fotos versprechen. Es ist neu und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist optimal, um ans Meer zu fahren und auch für Ausflüge nach Volterra, Siena, Pisa,... ist Guardistallo ein guter Ausgangspunkt. Der große Garten mit Liegestühlen, Grill und Sitzgruppe lädt aber auch dazu ein, einen entspannten Tag am Haus zu verbringen. Bäcker, Zeitungskiosk, Restaurants und ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Un'ottima vacanza

Un posto tranquillo, accogliente. Un appartamento ben arredato, con i proprietari gentili e disponibili. Pochi chilometri da un mare pulito, così come la spiaggia, e da piccoli paesi ricchi di piacevoli sorprese (come il pane di Guardistallo). Un ottimo ristorante da Pinzagrilli a Guardistallo.

Besser geht's nicht

Herzlicher Empfang durch den Vermieter, immer hilfsbereit und diskret. Fotos und Beschreibung stimmen mit dem überein, was wir erlebt haben. Ferienhaus neu und stilvoll eingerichtet, schickes Bad, gut eingerichtete Küche, bequemes Bett, ruhige Lage, eigener Garten mit schöner Aussicht auf Guardistallo, das fußläufig erreichbar ist mit mehreren Gaststätten. Guter Ausgangsort für Ausflüge sowohl ans Meer wie nach Volterra, Bolgheri, San Giminignano usw. Wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt und erholt. Können dieses Ferienhaus nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Bella Toscana!

Posso tranquillamente dic...

Posso tranquillamente dichiarare che è stata la miglior esperenzia su homelidays fin'ora. Accoglienza migliore di un hotel a 5 stelle, la tranquillità che si vive tra le quelle colline toscane non si trova altrove! Alla sera sulla strada per arrivare alla casa abbiamo anche incontrato mamma capriolo col piccolo che giravano liberi, oltre ai coniglietti selvatici che saltano qua e la. Confermo che la casa è ben arredata e funzionale, pulita ed è e tutto nuovo, ottima la disponibilità gratuita di internet. Il tavolo, le sdraio e l'ombrellone fuori rendono davvero confortevole il soggiorno (penso che mangiare la sera con Volterra illuminata in lontananza sia qualcosa di fantastico). Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Il massimo dei voti per una vacanza all'insegna del relax in un bellissimo contesto collinare, a due passi dal mare e lontano da caldo e confusione. Più bello dal vivo che non in foto. Nuovissima struttura molto pulita e perfettamente attrezzata. Il tutto è squisitamente condito dalla presenza molto gradita e mai invadente dei padroni di casa. Ci torneremo presto!

Noi ci siamo trovati beni...

Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo, per l'accoglienza ospitale e discreta, per la casa pulita e arredata in maniera confortevole. L'ampio giardino antistante la casa con panorama hanno reso piacevole e rilassanti i momenti vissuti in casa. Il mare dista soli 15 minuti dalla casa, la strada per arrivarci non è trafficata, ma anzi immersa nella camapagna toscana.
