Adagio G-102 Poolside, Ground Condo with 1 minute walk to the beach!

Adagio is an exclusive community on the Gulf of Mexico in Blue Mountain Beach, off Scenic Highway 30A. Adagio enjoys 600’ of pristine beach frontage, and is a private and gated complex providing a secure and comfortable environment.

This beautiful three bedroom and three bath unit has dazzling views of the 8,000 square foot three-tiered pool that can be enjoyed from the master suite as well as the open living, dining and kitchen area.

The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops with marble back splashes, gas stove and KitchenAid appliances. The dining room seats six with room for three more at the bar. The poolside patio has lounge chairs to enjoy the amazing view.


Adagio features two Spectacular Pools--The 1,700 square foot gulf side pool is heated and has an infinity edge overlooking the blue green waters of the Emerald Coast. The main pool is an amazing 8,000 square feet that is cool even on the hottest days and includes three tiers with fountains and waterfalls. A large whirlpool spa overlooks the pool. The European cobblestone deck includes a variety of seating areas including lounge chairs and dining tables. The fitness center is centrally located near the pool. The gulf front lawn area makes for a fantastic spot to take in the gulf sunset or to enjoy a gathering with family and friends.


Adagio's convenient location allows for quick access to neighboring Grayton, Seaside and WaterColor where you will find some of the finest shopping and dining venues around. The area also offers a spectacular 17-mile biking/hiking trail along historic beach highway 30A. Destin is just 12 miles away. Bring your bikes or rent them while you’re here. The bike ride along 30A crosses some of the most spectacular inland lakes in the world. Kayak rentals are also available on the beach at Adagio.

Adagio is one of the best managed facilities on the entire gulf. This is a very family friendly place. Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 p.m. Gated access with security and maintenance staff on site seven days a week.

Parking is strictly limited to two vehicles per unit.

This property was very nice. We honestly weren't in it very long due to a maintenance issue. The property was very kind to move us to a unit right next door and even offer to help move our stuff over. We enjoyed our stay at Adagio!

Reviewer Comments: It is a very nice spacious well decorated place, we found it to be clean, but it could use some major updates and upgrades especially to keep up with others in the same complex. The only tv sercie they have is flip through channels, no guide, no smart tvs to access your Netflix etc... this is in all the rooms. The one guest room tv did not work, we called to get it fixed they came and left it on, then the next day it didn't work again either, we didn't bother calling again. We brought a couple dvds for our kids (had some rainy days) but the dvd player did not have any cables to plug it in.. The master mattress and pillows were not good, I thought my back hurt from working out but I Think it was a combo of the mattress and pillows. Most rentals have a Keurig, this one does not. There are some cheap very effective upgrades this unit could use.

This property is immaculately kept and has everything you could need. Clean unit, great mattresses and updated kitchen. Felt like the unit and the property were some of the best we've experienced along 30a. The pools and hot tub are cleaned every day, the property doesn't have a single piece of trash because the employees are constantly maintaining it. If you have kids, the pools are worth their weight in gold. Easy to get to the beach, easy to supervise kids at the pool. Overall just fantastic experience and will be returning to Adagio again, hopefully the same G-102 unit!

Can’t say I’ve ever had to buy garbage bags, coffee filters, toilet paper for a vacation rental before, but otherwise things were good. The AC seems like it is a bit tired as was the dryers ability to get clothes dry. Feels like these are target more to long term renters than to weekly guests as a result. We loved the area and will be back to explore more of 30a.

The staff was incredible and very attentive to our needs. Allowed us to arrive earlier than check in among other things. The gate attendants were all very friendly and helpful. The actual accommodations were above and beyond what we expected. The ease of getting around in this gated community is absolutely incredible. You can feel the pride taken in keeping this community clean and up to date. I really feel we hav e found our new got to for our yearly vacation.

The microwave is old and needs replaced. Also, the dryer took forever to dry things. And the washing machine did not seem to agitate the clothes - so we only did towles the week we were there.

When you walk into the condo, lights are on setting the mood for a welcoming stay. We love the location, First floor, right outside of the second pool. Our kids like sitting on the porch for their meals, we use decorative disposable table paper and play music for their enjoyment. We’ve had very few problems but the few times we’re addressed quickly and efficiently. The only problem we had was a snake outside our condo, we understand critters share this property but I have a daughter who is petrified of snakes and we had a hard time talking her into going back outside. We called management and they did send someone promptly but it was gone. We plan to stay again. Love Adagio

Love the ground floor... great for unloading car without stairs, easy access to pool, beautiful scenery at night with lights lit up outside. The rooms are all very spacious, the decor was great, sofa was very comfy, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook a meal. We would recommend this unit and Adagio to others. We will certainly return next summer.

Although some things were in disrepair for all the ambience and the decorating was very nice. But with our grandkids and had a great time.
