The villa consists of two apartments divided into two plants, connected by an external staircase



The Villa, despite being in the central area, is located in a quiet place away from urban noise.



The first apartment has 2 large bedrooms, 1 living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.



It overlooks a splendid terrace, which represents the heart of the apartment, and is adorned with 4 large flowerbeds adorned with luxuriant plants and one with a large mandarin tree that ripen in December, an olive tree and an age-old cicas tree.



The second apartment has 3 large double bedrooms, all with balconies and equipped with air conditioning.



It also offers 1 spacious kitchen, 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower.



The rooms overlook a balcony from which you can enjoy the splendid view of the Ionian coast and Calabria.



Each room is equipped with air conditioning and is independent, guaranteeing each guest maximum privacy within the house



You will find available towels of various sizes, blankets, pillows, sheets



In the living room, you will find 1 sofa, chairs and a round table.



There are appliances such as a hairdryer, washing machine, iron.



There is a kitchen, stove, microwave oven, various kitchen utensils, Moka, and fridge

The Villa, despite being in the central area, is located in a quiet place away from urban noise. The neighborhood is surrounded by souvenir shops, restaurants, bars, tobacconists, market, beauty center and a bank with ATMs.



Very well connected by public transport and easily accessible by car.



Opposite the apartment is the cable car station that leads to the enchanting beaches of Taormina: the Bay of Mazzarò and the unforgettable Isola Bella.



The historic center is 90 meters from the apartment,

to admire all the monumental beauties of the historic center of Taormina, such as the Greek Roman Theater.



The Greek Theater and all the monumental beauties of the historic center of Taormina are easily reachable on foot in a few minutes.



Bus station 100 meters,

which connects Taormina with Catania airport and all the most important centers of Sicily, from which the most beautiful excursions depart: for the Etna volcano, the Aeolian Islands, Syracuse, Ragusa, Noto, Piazza Armerina, Agrigento etc.



Furthermore, at 800 meters, there is the "Lumbi" car park

it is usually the first large car park to be found in Taormina arriving by car, it offers its customers a free shuttle service to the historic center of Taormina (round trip).



At 300m from the apartment there is a guarded parking
