Dommage

nous avons été très déçus du logement, humide, peu propre; de l'état du lit, canapé lit, très inconfortable, usité, avec des draps sentant la poussière. l'appartement est équipé d'un micro ondes, de deux plaques de cuisson électriques, les poeles et casseroles ne sont pas de la première jeunesse... la salle de bain est refaite, mais l'humidité ne permet pas aux serviettes de sécher. Le stationnement de la voiture ne pouvait se faire qu'à 800m de la maison (du à la situation géographique) mais la maison comprenait un garage trois places que la propriétaire a préféré garder pour elle et sa famille. Cela ne serait pas fondamentalement gênant si cela était indiqué dans l'annonce. Déçus car le contact mail avec la propriétaire avait été cordial, et la propriétaire nous a bien accueilli avec sourire et gentillesse, nous donnant des conseils et cartes spontanément. une bonne hôte mais qui ne prend pas soin de son logement, dommage!

It ' a family home and the meeting place for all of us.
The studio and the small two-rooms apartment comfortable and carefully furnished, are the accommodation suitable for a couple or a family of three to four people who want to discover the beauty of Lake Como.
The apartments are located in a stone house: the studio is equipped with a sofa bed and a bunk bed, the apartment of one bedroom and one single bed .
In both the kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove , refrigerator and microwave.
The bathroom includes a shower , toilet and sink and comes with a hairdryer .
Includes: Iron, the clothes horse , books , the line wifi , fan , bedding and towels.
Possible heating costs are not included.
Pets accepted.
The studio has a little terrace with table and chairs while the two-room apartment has a large window and a small outdoor space, from both of you can admire a splendid panorama .
There is provided a green space with barbecue, table, chairs and sun loungers .
The parking for the car is about 300 mt. from the house and the public.
