The town of Cullera - mountain and beach, about 30 km from Valencia, has all the desirable services. Ideal even for living all year round. Annex to the town.
The apartment has all the services in 150 mtr.: banks, pharmacy, police, etc. The place most sought and valued cullera. Festive atmosphere.
Many possibilities of excursions, sports and leisure activities: fishing, restau-rants, nightclubs, theaters, tours, caves, castles, etc. and the best beach, clean and without waves. 20 km. la Dehesa and the natural park of the Albufera (Lake). In Valencia you can contemplate the second Europe's largest aquarium, botanical outdoors and many other attractions. Its beaches are the best in the community, with a large Bay that just waves, without depth and kilometres of fine golden sand. Its waters are clean, warm and clear. Areas adapted for disabled people. We were extremely satisfied! José and Rosa were professional from the booking date to our very last day, excellent host and hostess!This clean, bright, fully equipped apartment has everything for a perfect vacation spot. Breakfast on the 10th floor balcony overlooking the beach and the first light of sunrise, a perfect way to start the day. We felt safe early morning and late evening walks along the promenade, where there were excellent restaurants and just steps from our apartment. A grocery store, the bus stop, cafes and pharmacy are all just steps from the apartment. The bus will take you to the train where you can go into Valencia. We would return to this very same apartment and hope do so in the future.

Escuchando el mar

La ubicación es excepcional, tanto por la distancia a la playa como al resto de servicios necesarios. El trato con la anfitriona muy bueno, flexibilizando horarios para facilitar el disfrute de la vivienda, que como ella misma dice es algo "vintage" pero que reúne las condiciones necesarias para disfrutar sin carencias de la estancia. Muy muy recomendable.

Un apartamento estupendo

El apartamento está genial!! Es muy amplio y todo estaba muy limpio. Ubicación a pie de playa. Hay un parking justo al lado. Volvería a repetir!!! Tanto el propietario como su hija, muy bien. Atentos en todo momento.

No wifi was a hell.

The description of the apartment is not correct. There is no dishwasher.   Wifi was 2 GB. It ended after half an hour. After the announcement we received 2 more. It was not enough for 6 people with phones and tablets. We had 2 autistic children, who were addicted to Wifi, for their help, now they had to be without.   It would be quiet, but it was not. The neighbors were worn half past night. San Juan was celebrated just outside, with a big stage and disco until 4 o'clock in the morning for 2 nights in a row. Since we did not sleep at night, we did not hurry to do anything on the day. We had no opportunity to change housing, so we were stuck here for a whole week. So this became a holiday from hell.

Why they chose this property

CULLERA has the best beach of the coast. It is an extensive Bay waters warm, non-hazardous and non-surf. The more area with all services (pharmacy, police, banks, supermarket, restaurants with popular prices, medical services...) The apartment is very quiet and calm because it is the tenth (10th, with terrace facing the sea and magnificent views). Two elevators and custodians throughout the year. It has a large terrace with awning facing the sea, without danger, prepared for children. Possibility of chairs to eat babies or baby bed. All services and tableware glassware washer, new appliances services. Spacious lounge with air conditioning. 3 bedrooms. Located in the Oasis, Paradise (beach of san Antonio Bay), the most highly valued area of Cullera, near the village. Parking of cars to 100 mtr, always free space.
Is newly renovated since last year, with all the amenities: air conditioning, full bathroom with bathtub and shower, videt, etc. Washing machine, oven, microwave, etc. TV screen flat, CD player, etc.
