The accommodation is very central, 20 meters from the beaches and 50 meters from the pedestrian area of Diano Marina, a commercial area where beautiful shops, bars, restaurants overlook and where the tourists walk in the evening.
The furniture is complete and accurate, it has also been designed not for rent but for living in it. We do not supply SHEETS AND TOWELS (bookable for a fee on request).

Diano Marina is one of the most popular seaside resorts in western Liguria, with its 3.5 km of fine sand, sports for all tastes, calendars full of events, excellent cuisine, and a truly enviable climate are the ideal ingredients for a holiday of relaxation and fun.

posiz. ottima- centrale -attrezzato - climatizzato - praticamente sul mare con accesso a spiaggia 50m.ben servita e a prezzi accessibili. qualche neo : da cambiare il saliscendi della doccia logoro e il divano ( ancora bello a vedersi ) ma datato e poco morbido per il sonno.

Schön aber laut.

Die Lage zwischen Altstadt und Meer ist eigentlich perfekt. Nachteil: Es ist bis nach 0.00 Uhr so laut, dass man die Fenster schließen muss. Die Wohnung liegt unter dem Dach und ist schlecht/nicht isoliert. Die Klimaanlage ist durchgehend gelaufen. Die Nebenkosten waren dementsprechend hoch. Auch die Matratzen (alte Federkernexemplare) waren unbequem. Die uns emofangende Dame sprach nur sehr wenig Englisch, ansonsten nur Italienisch. Sie auch nicht sehr freundlich.

Hervorragende Lage in Meeresnähe

Die Wohnung war für uns Zug-Reisende optimal! Strand vor der Haustür ebenso die Bushaltestelle und die kleinen Geschäfte der Altstadt! Im Mai war es angehm in Diano Marina und die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet! Insfern waren wir sehr zufrieden!

Aucune petite attention à l arrivée, aucun produit d'hygiène et de nettoyage à disposition, chauffage régler a basse température, on a eu froid.

All'arrivo i nostri ospiti sono ricevuti da persona preposta che consegna loro l'appartamento e spiega le dotazioni dello stesso. I nostri ospiti hanno anche il numero di cellulare sia del proprietario che della persona che li riceve, ai quali possono rivolgersi per ogni comunicazione (così come avvenuto in questo caso). I prodotti per l'igiene e la pulizia, visto anche le raccomandazioni relative il comportamento da tenere causa COVID 19, sono a carico dell'ospite. Comunque sollecitati telefonicamente abbiamo provveduto a fornire quanto richiesto. Il riscaldamento avviene tramite caldaia autonoma installata nell'alloggio. La temperatura può essere regolata, in modo semplice, a piacere dall'ospite tramite termostato posizionato a vista nel soggiorno. L'orario per il check-out è previsto fra le ore 8.00 e 10.00 del mattino, ma siamo sempre disponibili ( qualora non ci siano altri clienti in arrivo in giornata) a concordarlo con gli ospiti senza nessun costo extra. Anche in quest'ultima occasione, dietro richiesta, abbiamo accordato il check-out alle ore 12.30. Il nostro principale impegno, confermato in tutti questi anni dai nostri precedenti graditi ospiti, e far sì che si trovino come a casa loro e possano trascorrere nel nostro grazioso appartamento un bellissimo soggiorno.

Bella casa in zona centralissima

Ho trascorso alcuni giorni con mio figlio di due anni nel mese di agosto.la casa è situata nella zona centrale (pedonale) di diano Marina ed è ben servita.ho trovato l’alloggio pulitissimo e aderente alla descrizione del sito (aria condizionata,lavatrice,lavastoviglie etc).è arredata interamente in legno con travi del tetto a vista

Sehr gute Lage

Die Wohnung ist zwar schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber für Familien mit bis zu zwei Kindern zweckmäßig. Wir haben aber nur in der Wohnung gefrühstückt.

Superbe endroit à tous âges mer montagne bains marches

Bel appât idéal pour 2x2. Équipement.top.tant en mobilier qu'en vaisselle. Tv italienne seulement. Mer et promenade devant la porte mais appartement calme sur rue arrière commerces à proximité immédiate petite ville vivante même en hiver et station à visiter tout autour vivement recommandé été comme hiver Éliane 70 de Lyon Séjour mi janvier mi.février 2019

Diese Ferienwohnung ist wirklich schön. Wir waren jetzt zum 3. Mal dort. Ideale Lage in Diano Marina. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, nur die Betten könnten etwas bequemer sein.
