Mooi appartement van alle gemakken voorzien, prima bedden en eigen parkeerplaats in ondergelegen garage. Is echter geen penthouse maar gelegen op de tweede etage. Ondanks dat het weer behoorlijk van slag was heel goed naar ons z8n gehad

TORROX

Appartement impeccable. Dans l'annonce appartement non fumeur, c'est le cas aujourd'hui partout, aucun problème. Par contre n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce que ce n'est pas possible non plus sur la terrasse extérieure. Il faudrait que ce soit noté dans l'annonce détaillée Abritel. Seul bémol, la cafetière électrique avait beaucoup de mal à fonctionner. Sinon très bon séjour.

Une vue magnifique sur la mer

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances, l’appartement est très agréable très propre et très confortable, tout y est pour passer un très bon séjour, la vue sur la terrasse est tout simplement superbe.

Fantastisk udsigt

Frit udsyn over havet fra solopgang til solnedgang. I hele oktober kunne vi nyde alle måltider og udsigten fra altanen. Fantastisk. Lejligheden levede op til forventningerne. En ekstra lænestol vil være en fordel. Alt fungerede. Dejlig swimmingpool og fint med elevator direkte ned til bilen i kælderen, Vi nød de små charmerende turistbyer, især Nerja er en perle. Vi benyttede de små bjergstier bag lejlighederne, men savnede lidt bedre stisystemer langs vandet i gåafstand fra lejligheden. Men alligevel er det en lejlighed.med den fantastiske udsigt som vi gerne vender tilbage til. Udlejjningsbureauet havde vi ingen kontakt med, da vi både ankom og rejste midt om natten.

Excellent séjour à Torrox

Nous avons passons 10 jours merveilleux dans cette location. L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce. La vue mer est magnifique et le balcon très bien aménagé. Chambres climatisées, très propres et confortables. La place de parking dans le garage est un atout appréciable. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et n'hésiterons pas à y revenir.

Appartement très agréable et trés bien équipé, dans une résidence calme. Belle vue dégagée sur la mer. Nous venons dans la région à Torrox depuis 20 ans et y prenons toujours plaisir. Relations claires et faciles avec les propriétaires à l'écoute de leurs hôtes.

En près de 10 ans d'offre à la location de notre appartement, c'est la première fois que nous avons cette critique concernant le wifi de la part d'un locataire. Lorsque nous même sommes dans l'appartement, nous regardons, via notre ordinateur branché au wifi des films preuve que le wifi fonctionne avec un débit correct. Nous avons cependant averti la copropriété qui gère le wifi. Quant au décodeur, il est tombé en panne en pleine période de fêtes de pâques avec fermeture des commerces. Nous avons quand même trouvé une solution provisoire pour permettre au locataire de voir une chaîne d'information en français, sachant que la TV fonctionnait cependant avec les chaînes Espagnoles et allemandes. Il faut entendre que ces éléments ne sont pas une tromperie sur la description que nous avons faite de l'appartement mais le fait de circonstances regrettables.

Perfekt für Familien-Badeurlaub am Strand und Pool

- Die Hausverwaltung funktioniert auch ohne persönlichen Kontakt gut und reibungslos. - Die Wohnung ist ca. 300 m vom STrand entfernt. Der Strand ist nicht überfüllt; sehr angenehm. - Der Pool war für uns und unsere Kinder sehr gut. Ca. gut 20 m lang. Die Anlage wird laufend gepflegt. - Die Wohnung hat 2 Schalfzimmer, die für 2 Wochen Urlaub angemessen groß sind. Das gleiche gilt für Küche und Wohnzimmer. Lediglich der Balkon könnte etwas größer sein. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut; Marmorböden. Die Wohnung wird gepflegt. Das Haus wurde ca. im Jahr 2009 gebaut (lt. Aufzug). - Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz liegt 10 m entfernt vom Aufzug; perfekter Komfort. - Küchenausstattung ist gut. Alles da.

Très bel appartement, très bon standing. La terrasse est très agréable pour profiter de la vue sur la mer, on ne s'en lasse pas ! les 2 piscines de la résidence et la mer sont également très appréciables. Propreté impeccable. Je recommande vivement cet appartement pour passer de bonnes vacances !
