In villa, comfortable apartment with garden
Completely renovated, comfortable apartment in villa, with garden equipped for the barbeque.
You can smoke but only in the external courtyard (the courtyard is covered and well equipped, no sacrifice for smokers)
The outdoor space is generous, it is not a problem to have a couple of guests for dinner, however the neighborhood must always be respected.
It is possible to use the barbecue for free, however the cleaning of the barbecue is the responsibility of the user. If the Barbecue is not properly cleaned, a contribution of € 10 will be asked for additional cleaning costs.
If desired, there is the possibility of parking in the villa (for a fee) and bike rental: 2 bicycles are available for guests for a small price to be agreed.
It is possible to use the beach umbrella for free.

Wohnung wie auf den Fotos angegeben. Außenbereich alles Baustelle lose Kabel -enden. Keine Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen. Mit der Vermieterin und Vrbo Italien eine Rückerstattung vereinbart . Leider nach 4 Monaten kein Geld. Also Vorsicht bei der Wohnung und der Firma

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Maria Ida dal 17 al 25 agosto.. Una settimana direi stupenda!!! Il tempo e I posti che abbiamo visitato davvero meravigliosi!! La signora Ida ci i ha accolti nel suo appartamento spazioso e davvero pulitissimo!!! Sia lei che suo figlio Davide sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili anche nell indicarci luoghi nelle vicinanze da visitare... E anche ristoranti dove mangiare bene... Grazie ancora

Appartamento internamente ristrutturato di recente e pulito.
Comoda posizione che consente di avere tutto a portata di mano e facilmente raggiungibile con pochi minuti in auto, ma tranquillo nelle ore serali e notturne.
Adatto per famiglie con bambini.
