In the heart of a vineyard kept 65 ha, nestled between vineyards and pine forest, very quiet.
authentic mas in the Camargue in the town of Aigues-Mortes. Near the sea and sandy beaches. We only rent a house so our guests will be the only holidaymakers on the farmhouse.
Located 3 km from the center of Aigues-Mortes, 5 km from the beaches of Grau du Roi and 8 km from the Grande Motte.

You will be hard at work to discover the tradition of Camargue cowboys with its cheerful ferrades and shopping in the roundel.
A Aigues-Mortes, besides the fortified city built by Saint Louis crusade, you can visit the salt mountains and the Salins du Midi harvesting basins. If as salt gives you thirst in 20 minutes you will be Perrier source to find out how this famous water is collected and bottled.

Swimmers will enjoy the beaches that stretch continuously for 20 km between Grau du Roi and Palavas. If you are a freedom-loving nudist beach is reserved for you at the forefront of Espiguette.

Restaurants and discotheques welcome you every day in Aigues-Mortes, Grau du Roi, La Grande Motte or Port Camargue

J'ai passé une semaine dans ce mas avec trois ados. Cuisine très bien équipée, grand salon, bel extérieur. Il y a passablement d'activités à faire dans la région. La maison se trouve au milieu d'une magnifique forêt de pin ! Le seul petit bémol serait la route d'accès qui n'est pas goudronnée sur le dernier kilomètre... A conseiller !

Heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen na een dag vol actie in de buurt

Het huis ligt heerlijk rustig tussen de wijngaarden en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Erg fijn dat we onze elektrische auto konden onze elektrische auto opladen aan het normale stopcontact. Dit scheelde veel gedoe met een andere laadplek zoeken. Ook het uitspoelen en laten drogen van wetsuits en dergelijke kon goed op de patio. Catherine was heel behulpzaam!

Sehr ruhig gelegene Mas

Wir haben die Zeit in Südfrankreich sehr genossen. Wir verbringen unsere Ferien lieber fernab vom Massentourismus und haben aus diesem Grunde dieses Ferienhaus ausgewählt. Wir waren wirklich überwältigt von der Gastfreundlichkeit der Gastgeberin, die nur wenige Meter entfernt im Haupthaus wohnt. Von den weiteren Bewohnern, dem Gärtner und Hausmeister, hat man so gut wie gar nichts mitbekommen. Das Haus ist nur über eine endlos lang erscheinende (1,5km) und sehr schlechte Stein-Piste zu erreichen. Da ein Auto unerlässlich ist, muss diese Piste teilweise mehrmals am Tag befahren werden. Das Haus selbst ist funktionell ausgestattet. In der Umgebung des Hauses gab es wenig Mücken. Dafür aber Wadenstecher, die allerdings nur draußen auf der Terrasse ihr Unwesen getrieben haben. Man sollte somit auf ausreichenden Schutz achten und entsprechende Mittelchen dabei haben. Netze vor den Fenstern und Haken an den Decken für Moskito-Netze gibt es leider keine. Die Strände sind, entgegen teilweise anders lautender Angaben, innerhalb von ca. 20-30 Minuten zu erreichen. Wer es ruhig mag und dem Massentourismus aus dem Weg gehen möchte ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Très joli mas en pleine nature tout en étant à 2 minutes d’aigues-mortes

Le mas est situé au calme dans un très grand domaine viticole, à 2 minutes d’aigues-mortes, en pleine nature ! Vous pouvez observer tous les soirs une multitude d’oiseaux et de petits lapins à quelques mètres de la maison. La maison est très propre, très bien équipée. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Schöne ruhige Ferienwohnung

Sehr schönes und sauberes Anwesen mitten in der Natur. Sehr ruhig und trotzdem sehr nahe an Aigues Mortes, Grau Du Roi und an verschiedenen Stränden. Ein Auto ist allerdings erforderlich. Die Wohnung und die Küche sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Schöne ruhige Lage auf einem Weingut - mit dem Auto dennoch schnell am Strand und in der Stadt

Wir waren in der Wohnung mit zwei Kindern (8 und 15 Jahre) und zwei Erwachsenen. Wer es ruhig und in der Natur mag, für den ist das genau richtig! Man ist trotzdem mit dem Auto in 5 Min. beim Bäcker oder Supermarkt und in 6 Min. im Zentrum von Aigues-Mortes, in 10 bis 15 Min. am Strand. Aigues-Mortes ist ein Ausflug an sich wert (komplett erhaltene historische Stadtmauer auf der man spazieren kann, malerisches romantisches Städtchen, wo man Essen gehen kann , bummeln , mit Cafés und Eis usw., Ausflüge mit dem Schiff von dort möglich). Ein super schöner Strand in der Nähe (ca. 15 Min. Autofahrt): Richtung LE GRAU-DU-ROI und dann Richtung : Route de l'Espiguette. Ein riesiger Sandstrand, sehr schön und nicht zu viele Leute! Die Wohnung ist sauber, alles was man braucht ist da. Die Vermieter wohnen im Haus neben an, sind sehr freundlich, aber gleichzeitig sehr diskret, so dass man dort für sich alleine sein kann. Die Vermieter sichern sich gut ab (mit Kaution und Verträgen). Man muß aber nichts befürchten, alles ist sehr locker, wer sich normal verhält, kriegt sein Geld zurück und kann wie gewohnt alles normal benutzen. Weiterer Tip: In der Nähe gibt es viele Reitmöglichkeiten, Reitsachen nicht vergessen!

Très agréable séjour en Camargue

Nous passé une très belle semaine camarguaise dans ce Mas dont l'aménagement, l'équipement et la propreté rivalisaient avec le calme de ce domaine entouré de vignes que nous avons particulièrement apprécié. Les propriétaires étaient à la fois très accueillants et discrets. Bien des activités sont disponibles entre l'équitation sur les longues plages de l'Espiguette, les courses de taureaux camarguaises, la visite de la Camargue en vélos électriques, les Salins, et la visite de la belle ville d'Aigues-Mortes. Un grand merci pour ce séjour.

Très agréable location, propre et confortable à quelques kilomètres de cente de ville d'Aigues-Mortes, entre pinède et vignes, permettant ainsi de profiter de calme et de tranquillité. Bonne situation permettant de nombreuses visites touristiques et l'accès à plusieurs plages alentours. Propriétaire très agréable, à la fois disponibles et discrets. Idéal pour de bonnes vacances

Beauty and Remoteness

We enjoyed our two-week-stay in this house thoroughly. The house is part of a set of three buildings inhabited by local people in a somewhat remote area several kilometres off Aigues Mortes. To reach the house you have to take an unpaved bumpy road (appr. 1 km). A four-wheel-drive may not be necessary but we found it advantageous. The remote location protects the area from excessive tourism which is an asset. There is a lot of room for children to play. Our three kids (aged 3, 6 and 9) enjoyed the time spent there a lot. Tree climbing, pine cone collecting, boule games. Proprietors are very nice and helpful. There is one issue we hadn't expected and we feel that it should be mentioned for vacationers with small children. There is a watchdog on chain behind the house with a vicious bark. He is supposed to be chained at all times. However we found him loose in front of the house one morning. Even though the dog off chain may be friendly it did not make us feel comfortable leaving the children outside by themselves. The house is nicely laid out and very well equipped. The two bedrooms may become warm during summer. After four years of life in India we found it acceptable. However we did buy a cheap fan in the local market. The terrace is very nice and there is a convenient gas grill. The beach in 5km distance is ok, but we mostly visited a much nicer beach which is some 25 km away just outside of Ste. Maries de la Mer which has less visitors, nicer sand and higher waves. We recommend trying it at least once and maybe combining it with a worthwhile visit to the parc ornithologique. We recommend this house to all those who feel comfortable with a remote location and do not regret that going out for evening activities takes more of an effort.

BRAVO BELLE REUSSITE

Séjour très agréable calme et reposant.Habitation confortable, bien aménagée et charmante. Se situe à seulement 10 mn de la ville (à ne pas manquer de visiter), proximité de la plage très appréciable. Bref si vous passer dans le coin à ne pas manquer pour un séjour de remise en forme. Merci au propriétaire pour leur accueille à la hauteur de leur location. Bravo tout y est.
