Emerald Key 501 is located on the 5th floor with an east corner view. Your comfort, the views, and the warmth of the sun make this unit perfect for your beachfront vacation! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath property is a perfect getaway for family or friends. Living room, dining room, and kitchen area have an open floor plan with newer comfortable living room furniture. Having the family together for a meal isn't a problem with a dining room table that accommodates six with additional bar seating. The kitchen is well stocked and ready for even the most gourmet cooks!

The main bedroom features a king bed with adjacent private bathroom that includes a new custom walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom features a queen bed with bathroom access and is accessible from the hall. The queen bedroom has a small additional balcony to enjoy great gulf views to the East. The second guest bedroom features 2 twin beds.

Emerald Key is convenient to shopping, dining and entertainment. Vacation is calling!

There is only one remote for the gated parking area on property. Additional vehicles can park in the open parking area.

Minimum age of 25 to reserve and must be present during entire stay.

No pets.

Emerald Key is a non smoking complex. Smoking is forbidden in units or on balconies.

Fall break

We have stayed at this complex multiple times. It's perfect for families. Only 18 units in all so low crowds and no elevator wait! Unit was clean and ready on time. Absolutely no complaints.

Another great year at Emerald Key

Great location. Beautiful view. Condo fit our needs and was very nice. Had an issue with the door and called the rental managers who responded in a friendly and positive manner. If anything to improve upon is the cleanliness of the walk ways, carts, and elevator. More people need to do their part and be conscious of what they’re doing and leaving behind.
