Garden and orchard are distinctive and exclusive key elements of the house: over 50 evergreen trees, 27 plants and fruit trees, and dozens of flowers, ornamental plants, aromatic and healing plants, on an area of 1,000 square meters.
The exterior of the Villa encompasses four areas: the courtyard, the patio, the front garden of the house and the garden-orchard at the back. The entries to the house are three: one for cars and pedestrians and the other two on two streets.
The garden is the core that crowns the Villa and that will welcome you with its colors and perfumes, as well as the mostly endemic and spontaneous flowers and plants.

Traumhaftes Haus

Wir waren 2 Wochen mit 4 Erwachsenen und 6 Kindern dort. Luca hat uns sehr herzlich in seinem liebevoll und toll ausgestattetem Haus empfangen. Er hat uns viele Informationen über die Umgebung zur Verfügung gestellt und war jederzeit erreichbar. Die Betten waren super bequem, der Garten wunderschön mit vielen schattigen Plätzen und Sitzgelegenheiten. 2 Zimmer sind separat vom Haupthaus. Auch konnten die Zimmer super dunkel gehalten werden, durch die Klappläden. Die Fenster sind sehr gut isoliert, so dass man auch durch kein nächtliches Hundegebell geweckt wurde. Sehr entspannter Aufenthalt!! Es gibt 2 Küchen, eine ist eine Art Außenküche, jedoch überdacht, quasi ein Extraraum. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Traumhaftes Haus

Das Haus war wunderschön und perfekt ausgestattet . Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsenen dort und es war mehr als genug Platz für jeden. Es gab für jedes Schlafzimmer ein Badezimmer und die Zimmer waren sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Garten ist perfekt zum entspannen und super geeignet für gemeinsame Abendessen. Die Umgebung ist sehr abwechslungsreich und wunderschön (Surfen, Fahrrad fahren, Strand, Städtetrip nach Cagliari). Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :)

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus und die Lage ist traumhaft. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. 2 Kühlschränke, jedes der 5 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Klimaanlage und neuen Fenstern incl. Mückenschutz. Alles ist sehr gepflegt. Vielen Dank Luca Dein Haus ist spitze.

Tolles Haus, super Lage, wunderschöner Garten, sehr netter Vermieter! Eine Reise Wert!

Wir waren 12 Personen und haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dem großen, perfekt ausgestatteten Haus verbracht! Der Garten, mit vielen Früchten, ist traumhaft; groß und schön schattig. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, sehr gut deutsch-sprechend und hat uns nachts sehr freundlich empfangen und alles noch ausführlich erklärt. Bei Problemen war er sofort zur Stelle. Der Strand in 200 m Entfernung ist nicht überlaufen und das Wasser kristallklar. Ideal zum Schnorcheln. Er ist umschlossen von Felsen, auf denen man ausgedehnte Spaziergänge machen kann. Wir werden sicher mal wieder ins dieses wunderschöne Haus, in der Nähe des tollen Strandes, mit kristallklarem Wasser, kommen. Es waren wunderschöne zwei Wochen in einer perfekten Umgebung!

Schönes Haus in sehr guter Lage

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt, das Haus ist gepflegt, sehr gut ausgestattet und mit einem tollen Garten. So sehr haben wir das Ferienhaus genossen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles hat gepasst. 5 Schlafzimmer, jedes mit DU/WC👍Und Klimaanlage. abbiamo trascorso una bella settimana dal 3/7/2021 al 10/7/2021, la villa e' dotata di tutto cio' che occorre, pulita e accogliente, bei spazi esterni per rilassarti, un favoloso barbecue, zona tranquilla, per chi ama uscire di sera, deve allontanarsi un po' dalla casa, perche' non offre molte distrazioni ma trovabili a pochi KM il sig. Luca e' una persona squisita e disponibile, ci aveva preparato un elenco di spiagge e ristoranti nelle vicinanze la consiglio vivamente

Super Haus, super Lage, toller Garten, sehr netter Vermieter!

Wir haben perfekte Ferien in diesem wunderschönen, geräumigen Haus verbracht! Der Strand ist in 2 Min.zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Garten mit frischen Früchten ist traumhaft, ein grosses Cheminée für gemütliche Grillabende und einfach viel Platz! Wir waren mit unseren 4 Kindern und den Schwiegereltern da. Diese hatten sogar ihr eigenes Häuschen mit separatem Eingang, für uns wars perfekt. Vielen Dank für alles!

Nous avons passez un très bon séjour au moins d'août, maison très grande, grand jardin, nous étions 10 et chacun a été ravis. La plage est très jolie, à quelques pas de la maison donc l'emplacement est parfait. Hôtes très gentils et très accueillants, je recommande sans hésitation.

Groot en goed voorzien huis met heerlijke tuin, vlakbij surfstrandje.

Huis en tuin waren nog mooier dan ze op de foto’s leken; echt tiptop. Heel fijne plek om een week te verblijven met een groep. We waren blij met de redelijke prijs en alle douches (5 badkamers + 2 buitendouches!) en de wasmachine en airco’s. De eigenaar (aanwezig bij aankomst en vertrek) was heel voorkomend en vriendelijk. S’Arena Scoada en Putzu Idu vond ik niet zo veel aan. Wel veel mooie strandjes en leuke plaatsjes (Oristano, Bosa) in de buurt. Minpuntje vond ik het enorme gedoe m.b.t. afvalscheiding, maar daar kan de verhuurder niks aan doen.

Jolie maison familiale

La maison est parfaite pour accueillir une grande famille. Fidèle à la description. De beaux espaces, nombreux sanitaires, un beau jardin agréablement aménagé. Très proche de la plage, 3 minutes à pieds. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos enfants et petits-enfants. Les propriétaires sont très agréables et facilitateurs. A noter, le fils de Pepita parle français.

The villa lies in a still uncontaminated place: the silhouette delimiting the Marine Protected Area Penisola del Sinis – Isola di Mal di Ventre towards the hinterland is characterized by a coast with precious and, in some cases, unique environmental situations and landscapes. In the lower stretches of the coast there are beaches of rare beauty made of sand and quartz fragments; in the upper parts, imposing cliffs overhanging the sea work as viewpoints towards the opposite Island of Mal di Ventre, in the North, and the Scoglio del Catalano, in the South. This stretch of Sardegna is unique for the extraordinary sensation of continuity between earth and sea it provides. Our Villa borders the protected natural area of Sale ‘e Porcus (where you can see, from may to november, pink flamingo, ardea cinerea and other species) and the recently founded Sinis-isola di Mal di Ventre natural sea-park. It takes about 5 minutes by car to the well-known Is Arutas quartz beach and to Capu Mannu, the best place in Italy for surfers and wind-surfers. San Giovanni del Sinis archaeological site and the ruins of Tharros – a phoenician-punic town – are nearby. Furthermore the beautiful fields of Is Arenas Golf Club are only 10 kms away. Whether you’re looking for sports or peace and stillness, you’ll find in a position for both all year round, in the complete intactness of our nature. Sinis’ weather – in fact – is definitely good and inviting to a holiday period in every season to go in for many open-air sports.
