Heerlijk met de familie twee weken in deze prachtige omgeving verbleven. Jon was zeer goed bereikbaar en de communicatie verliep erg goed. Het huis werd zelfs na één week heerlijk schoongemaakt

Family Vacay

Spacious house and yard, plenty of room for our multi generation family of 13 on vacation. Location was good, we had cars, with plenty of parking, for travel/ road trips. Check in was delayed due to travel and no cell service. Would recommend for those looking to have a quiet retreat from the cities, but yet close enough of a drive into cities. Grocery store was only 10 minutes away, and we even ordered a delivery for our day of check in!

Family trip

Great for big groups, the teenagers loved the pool and game area. We used the outdoor grill. Jon was great and attentive to our needs. Only disappointment was the location- thought we would be able to walk to Sopelana beach and the metro stop as well. It was more remote than we thought.

Très belle maison près de Bilbao

Très belle maison avec piscine, terrain de basket et terrain de volley en dur. De nombreuses chambres. Une belle cuisine et excellent salon/salle à manger. Les lits superposés au sous-sol permettent d'y mettre tous les enfants.

casa bastante buena para vacaciones familiares.

La casa se ajusta mucho al anuncio puesto. Lo primero agradecer a Jon su predisposición para hacer de nuestras vacaciones lo más agradable posible. La ubicacion de la casa es muy buena. 10 min de la playa de sopelana y 25min en coche de Gorliz (playa mas familiar). La casa es como se dice en el anuncio unifamiliar, con 4 habitaciones en la planta superior. Las habitaciones de matrimonio son todas camas de 135cm. En dicha planta hay 1 habitacion con baño incorporado con bañera, y otros dos baños con ducha (los baños están algo peor cuidados, las mamparas cierran con dificultad). En nuestro caso no utilizamos la habitación de abajo que tiene las literas y otro baño. La cocina aceptablemente equipada (con dos neveras, lo que se agradece), aunque no se puede comer en ella puesto que no hay sillas suficientes. Cosa que no supone un problema porque el comedor es muy amplio. El salon es cómodo y amplio pero con un Wifi muy lento (ya nos dijo Jon que es por la zona donde se encuentra) de modo que el uso de datos se hace necesario y más si sois bastantes de familia. Comercios como lidl y mercadona en el mismo pueblo como a 10min en coche. La piscina es pequeña pero perfecta para un chapuzón. También precisaría de alguna mejora en escaleras y en la ducha. Zona de barbacoa con muy buena pinta, que nosotros no usamos. Recordar en este punto que estamos en el campo, mosquitos, moscas e incluso alguna rata, vimos! La zona posteroinferior de la casa es donde se encuentra la canasta, la zona de ocio de ping-pong, dardos, etc.... perfecta para jugar en familia. Es una casa que es perfecta para vacaciones familiares aunque se agradecería algo de mejora en los baños. Jon un 10.

La verdad que disfrutamos muchísimo aunque no pudimos aprovechar la casa al máximo. Las instalaciones están mejor incluso que lo que aparece en la descripción. Está situada a nada de todo y Jon fue un encanto. Sin duda repetiremos si se presenta la ocasión.

geweldig ruim huis met goede faciliteiten, op een rustige plek

Wij hebben met de familie een geweldige week gehad in een mooi huis op een mooie plek in de heuvels boven Bilbao. fijn zwembadje, volleybalveldje en speelkamer met tafeltennis en tafelvoetbal. ruime keuken met veel apparaten, mis alleen een theepot. Grote eettafel buiten en een binnen. een aanrader voor grote familie vakantie

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette grande et belle maison. Dommage que nous n'ayons pas eu plus de temps pour profiter de tout ce qu'elle offrait. J'aurais bien fait une partie de baby-foot, de volley-ball ou plongé dans la piscine. L'endroit est très calme.Nous avons pris le métro pour aller à Bilbao ce qui évite les problèmes de parking. L'accueil a été charmant. Je recommande.

Fabolous house in great environment

The house is fantastic. It offers plenty of space, is well-equipped and maintained, and provides a lot of possibilities to be active - sports, games, nature etc. Jon and David were very friendly and helpful before and during the stay. We stayed there with 18 people, and had a great time mainly in the garden, but also with visits to Bilbao or the beach of Plentzia. I can 100% recommend this place for staying with larger groups.

Una gran casa, una estancia insuperable.

Acabamos de volver de pasar el puente de Diciembre 15 personas, todos de una misma familia: abuela y tía, hijos y nietos, con edades desde los 75 hasta los 6 años y todos y cada uno de nosotros hemos disfrutado la casa a pesar de ser una corta estancia de 4 días. La casa es magnífica, grande, espaciosa, limpia, muy bien amueblada y dotada con todos los útiles y menaje necesarios para acoger a 18 personas, que es su capacidad máxima. No hemos echado en falta absolutamente nada. Estancias grandes y luminosas, camas cómodas, calefacción potente, agua caliente con fuerza y en todos los baños, una gran sala de juegos y zona exterior habilitada también para practicar deporte, una gran televisión con muchas posibilidades de ocio (Wii, Smart Tv, Netflix...) juegos, libros. Los exteriores también son bonitos y están cuidados, buena piscina para disfrutar en los meses de calor, mucho mobiliario exterior, una gran barbacoa de la que hemos dado buena cuenta... La comunicación con los propietarios ha sido excelente desde el primer momento, tanto con Jon, con el que tuvimos las primeras comunicaciones vía mail, confirmamos la reserva y nos aclaró todas las dudas que nos fueron surgiendo previas al viaje, como con David que fue quién nos recibió y nos despidió en la casa. Han sido amables y rápidos respondiendo en todo momento. También destaco la ubicación de la casa, en pleno monte, aislada para poder disfrutar de la tranquilidad de la naturaleza pero a la vez muy muy cerca de la población de Berango y de la zona de playas y a un paso también de Bilbao permitiendo así ser punto estratégico para realizar turismo de todo tipo. En definitiva, una casa para repetir estancia y para recomendar a todas las personas que quieran alojarse por la zona. !Muchas gracias por todo¡ Cristina

Sehr schönes Urlaubsdomizil

Aufenthalt hat uns (Familie mit Kindern) sehr gut gefallen. Extrem gute und nette "Betreuung" durch David, den Bruder des Vermieters. Die flughafennahe Lage hat uns sehr gut gepasst wegen mehrerer An-und Abreisen während des Aufenthalts. Das Haus war geräumig und wie beschrieben gut in Schuss.
